Equipment

Following a long career in the Imperial Taiyou Army, Kazuo was critically wounded in battle, and was selected to join the ranks of the Steel Ronin, elite warriors in the Taiyou Military who serve as specialized shock troopers.

The Steel Ronin at first, appears to be some sort of ornamental guardian, humanoid in shape and bearing a fierce-looking high-tech Naginata spear roughly nine meters in length. Once activated, the true natures of both the glaive and its wielder quickly become apparent. The Steel Ronin's assault suit is a highly-maneuverable, fully-articulated mechanical monstrosity. The human pilot inside is linked to a complex subdermal interface wired directly to the electric impulses coming from his brain, allowing the Steel Ronin to move and react at the speed of thought...faster, even, because of the awareness-heightening properties of the subdermal UI. The DevilSuit itself has a one-to-one locomotion system, such that the pilot's thoughts and actions inside result in corresponding motions by the suit. Thus, pilots are able to make the suit walk or swing its powerful weapon using little more than instinct. As for the weapon, the glaive is powered by a localized wave-force field that can split even the toughest molecular bonds (such as those found in Astartes power armor) with little trouble.

Kazuo Ishikawa winced in pain as he weighed his options, grasping his MX Type-2 rifle, he looked to his wounded. "Let's get out of here..." He muttered as he coughed in pain, Kazuo wasn't going anywhere and neither were his comrades, a Tachikoma was a fighting machine, and their APC was badly damaged.

"I had orders..." Kazuo spoke up. "Orders to round people up... for the camps..." He said as he clawed his way out from behind the table, the flames lapping at an outline of something spider like hanging from the roof.

Inside the APC the driver spoke. "Yusuke! Corporel Yusuke Arame.. I'm.. I'm pinned under a piece of metal.. and I'm bleeding out!"

Even with the Tachikoma in the area, a well placed RPG could quickly turn the tide. So Kazuo shouted. "You guys win this round... just.. let us leave in peace.."

Kazuo Ishikawa began to panic, jiggling the now jammed rifle in his hands as Kazen approached, of course the child like voice returned, followed by a loud crash as seemingly nothingness crushed and displaced and then a buzzing was heard, a large spider like thing seen sitting there, roughly the size of a compact car, it spoke to Kazen. "You don't want to hurt him! Pick on someone who can fight back! Nyaah!" It said, opening it's two manipulator arms to reveal the barrels of 7.62mm Machineguns.

"Checkmate!" The Spider-like tank said. Then it looked to Revvy, and nodded it's body. "Yeah! Let them leave in peace!"

All while several Taiyou Warriors moved to try and help Kazuo out of the bar.

Arame would wince in pain as he pointed to the Radio. "I... Call an ambulance on the radio.."

Tachikoma Shook it's body then pointed at Kazen "He's going to hurt Kazuo... I can't let him do that! He's going to put a smile on his face! I Saw Dark Knight! I did I did!" It said, pointing it's arm at Kazen. "Don't you dare! I'll come get you!"

Kazuo Ishikawa seemed to shake as he stared at Kazen, trying to unjam his rifle, a superconductive ferromagnetic slug caught in the chamber. Then Kazen spoke up. "Tachikoma!" This illicited a response from the big blue spider.

"Yes Kazuo-san?" The Big blue spider would then swing around, and try to place itself between Kazen and Kazuo by standing over the Taiyou man, shoving one of it's machinegun armed arms in Kazen's face. "You do big boy crimes? I do big boy crimes to!" It said in a girly voice. the Tachikoma now was impossible to ignore, and a shivering Kazuo was under it, trying to unjam his weapon.

"Don't make me shoot you!"

Kazuo Ishikawa narrowed his eyes as he slammed the lever and it racked, ejecting a slightly deformed ferromagnetic slug, resembling a small flechette dart. Racking the weapon a new round was chambered and the weapon powered up. "And I use an MX Type-2 Kinetic Carbine... which fires a 5.56mm Projectile at ten times the speed of sound..." He then winced, his field of fire blocked off by the Tachikoma, which was standing over Kazuo, lowering it's body to shield the man from Kazen's weapon.

"Your weapon can't pierce my armor! You'll have to get around me to get him!" The Tachikoma said, lowering it's body over the man to effectively shield him from the gun. "I won't shoot you unless you shoot me! So what'll it be Kazzy?" It said.

Arame would be unconscious at this point.

was effectively stuck on the ground with a Tachikoma standing over him. He was growing weaker by the second as blood oozed from the once clean white armor that he wore, that one bullet was enough to put his career on the sidelines, eyes narrow at Kazen. "Someday my ancestors... will grant my bullet swift destiny... and you will be felled by my hand." He said as the two other Imperial Warriors rushed to the man's aid, both aiming their weapons. "Back Away." They said with a snarl, a second APC Pulling up with a large red cross painted on the side, the Ambulance had arrived.

The Tachikoma remained silent as it pointed to the side. "Go!" It ordered as fire crews put out the fire in the first APC.

Kazuo then looked up to Mirana, coughing up blood. "Those who showed us mercy... I am in your debt... we are still enemies... and when my debt is repaid... I will fight... for the Empire..." He said as Medics moved to place him on a stretcher.

Kazuo Ishikawa shook his head. "You need not... I'm just a soldier trying to serve his Empire... I'll be taken care of at the barracks..." He said, declining the offer for a tank, preferring the technology of his own people, once he was loaded into the Ambulance, the Tachikoma vanished, engaging it's therm-optical camouflage. The last two Soldiers were slowly pulling out, and Arame would be loaded onto the ambulance as well.

Kazuo would get one last word in at Kazen. "I'm sure Chelsea would just love to be sliced in half by Sakura... I'll find you... and you will never know.. wha.. hit you." He said as the painkillers took hold, and the armor was removed, as quickly as the men came, they were gone, the burned out APC Still there.

Kazuo Ishikawa grasped the railing on the Taiyou APC which was being escorted by a series of Tsunami Tanks, one in the front and one in the back, the tanks rumbling lightly as they made their way through main street. Kazuo and then nodded and jumped from the APC, which idled quietly, having been patched up from his last gun battle, he grasped his MX Type-2 Kinetic rifle and then he approached the door and stopped, nodding too Tashi, and Choetsu.

"Let's do this..." He said as he pushed the door open and then he spoke up.

"Hello! Please being assembling in a line so we can please being taking you to relocation camp now." He said aloud as he racked his rifle.

"Sankyu for you.. cooperation." He said as he waved the rifle around, looking for a target.

Kazuo Ishikawa looked to the ground as the beer bottle shattered at his feet. "We are now privileged to bringing you to labor camp." He said as he racked his weapon with a clack-clack sound. Then he heard another voice. And promptly saw someone lunge for he and his men.

This prompted the two men to lunge for the other man to detain him, head on to knock him to the ground, while Kazuo would look around and grin. Seeing Marmalade he narrowed his eyes. "You! On your feet!" He said with a grin, while Tashi turned to Wren, racking his rifle.

"On your feet! You too are going to please detain in camp."

The two Taiyou soldiers would try to wrestle the man to the ground, attempt to tie him up with rope, and drag him off towards the waiting APC, which was being used to house the prisoners, while Kazuo growled at Marmalade, seeing him dart through the crowd, and with complete disregard for human life he fired his rifle, sending blue streaks of light searing towards the running man, as the fire spell was cast, Kazuo dove to the side, and fired another suppression salvo towards the man.

Tashi Uremeshi would rack his rifle and aim it to Wren, seeing the android powering up he would reach for his belt, and grasp a small cylindrical device, sliding a switch and handle forward he hurled it towards the android, the grenade reached a mid-point between the Soldier and the Android, and promptly detonated in a powerful Electro-Magnetic Pulse.

Choetsu Hoshi kept his eyes on the back door, seeing Vinny he shouted. "You! Come out here now!" He barked.

APC Driver would see a blip on the scanner system provided by the APC, provided by a triangulation given via orbital, and ground feeds from the base, though disrupted to an extent the scanners tried to get a fix on the Drone.

Jet Tengu Pilot Eased his Jet Tengu on a bank in a wide circle around the APC, also picking up a strange blip on the scanner systems, which utilized distortions in the air and powerful infrared scanners, banking his Tengu to the side, he tried to scope the origin of the Blip.

Tengu Jet Pilot Would ease the jet over the Tanks and the APC, and then he pulled a lever, the gnashing of metal echoed as the Tengu transformed into a small mech and promptly landed on the ground, autocannons loading as it began to walk down the street a ways. "Mm the stuff of legend!"

Kazuo Ishikawa would glare at the man who just got on the skateboard to bail out, leveling his MX Type-2 Kinetic Carbine on him, he fired several shots as the man peeled out and tried to escape, blue streaks of light searing towards the man. "I said obey!" He shouted, turning to his comrades, whom were in the process of trying to drag the other man out to the idling APC, racking his rifle he began to chase the Skateboarder, but the Mecha Tengu was a few steps ahead of Vinny

Tengu Pilot Grumbled as the boy faded off his thermal scanners, in the darkness he couldn't see much, even with a spotlight piercing the darkness, the Pilot had no way to catch him, and so with the flip of a switch the Tengu jumped into the sky, and transformed into a jet, promptly darting off into the distance.

Kazuo Ishikawa Realized that Tashi had screwed up by not taking the machine to the APC after it was deactivated, and so he turned and aimed his weapon. "Don't we all... your weapon is damaged... if you fire it and kill my comrade... I will make sure my shots permanently destroy you." He said as he took careful aim, assessing the situation, wondering if one of the shots from a Tsunami could pierce the window and strike true.

The APC would be largely unaffected by an electrical bolt, as it was designed to withstand far more thrown at it.

The shell spun and remained inert on the ground, glowing a bright blue smashed shell laying on the ground before turning white, yellow then red then finally it was no longer glowing, Kazuo looking to the android with a grin on his face. "Don't screw with the Empire." He said as his men moved to carry the Android to the APC, Carrying two prisoners, it satisfied the quota for the day, and they would be taken to the camps.
