Large curved horns rising above his already tall stature, solid silver eyes. His long hair is dark blue against his red skin. A thick five foot long tail extending behind him. He wears dark leather studded with short spikes.

Description
Lawless is six feet tall, his horns curving back adding another few inches to his height. His hair is dark blue and falls down around the small of his back. Clear silver eyes which glimmer slightly but do not reflect make some believe him to be blind when he can see quite well. Small bone spikes line the underside of his jawbone. His uncharacteristic appearance makes it quite difficult to judge his age, but he appears, at best guess, to be in his mid twenties.

Personality
Darkly sarcastic with a scathing wit Lawless grins at the prospect of trouble. He believe it is every creature's right to take what they want if they can defend their right to take it. He is not an idiot though just grabbing what he wants, he is smart and cunning, leading people into traps before taking what he wants from them.
He also has a charming side, a charismatic speaker and incorrigible flirt he has a hard time resiting women, though few he has encountered can put up with his appearance asside from other Tiefling.
Equipment
A dagger on his right hip and a coiled spiked chain on his left. He keeps darts and small blades hidden on his person at all times. His belt has many pouches, magical and non that carry an assortment of things. Food, potions, lock picks, even rope with grappling hook as well as all the supplies he needs for laying traps. He also includes several poisons both debilitating and deadly.
History
Lawless was born into a rogue's life. His father was a human spy and cat burglar, his mother a tiefling singer and entertainer. An odd romance ensued to which Lawless was the result. He was born full tiefling as they always are to tiefling women. He was trained by his father how to fight, pick locks, and leave no trace when thieving. His mother taught him tiefling honor and educated him well.
Given his appearance he was too noticeable to be a spy or other confidence trickster like his father. He entertained for a while growing up, juggling and small slight of hand as well as picking pockets and cutting purses. He grew bored with his city a number of years ago and has been traveling ever since.
Lawless has recently made a familiar bond with a Grimalkin named Syn. Who has some minor empathic abilities and is a skilled shape shifter.

"You get six cards to start. Anti one, highest anti goes first and everyone throws in coins to add up to the number." He points to the number in the corner. "Then the power of the dragon activates and the next player goes. If they have a lower power number then their power also activates, if it is higher it doesn't but they have a better chance of starting the next round. After three rounds the player who's flight adds up to the highest wins the pot. That's the basics."

"I've won a lot of coins that way. But it's mostly a game for Tiefling and those of Dragon blood." He shrugs. "Not many humans have ever even heard of it. I don't understand why, it tends to be more skill than even your poker games which rely on luck more than anything." He sips his own ale and looks at Ebony.

"Lawless," he reaches out and shakes hands with the creature and chuckles. "Not human you say? What gave me away? Was it the horns? Must have been the horns." He reaches up and runs his fingers over his back curved horns and chuckles. His tail still wrapped around the base of the stool where he is sitting.

"That's just because you don't know me yet." He chuckles. Demonic appearance aside he isn't a bad person. His morals are a bit slanted, but who's aren't? He keeps shuffling the deck with one hand, the speedy motions of his hands indicating both a soft touch and high dexterity.

Listened to the flute and shuffles the cards. He flips the top three over and looks at them critically. "Silver 12, good things coming to those who do good. Green 2, good chance of an evil deed's sucess, and Green 10, evil begetting more evil. Curious."

Shuffles the cards a few times then slides them over in front of Ebony. "Cut the cards. Maybe your fortune will be better than my own."

"Entirely up to you. I recommend between 3 and 5. Then stack them again in any order." He sits back and sips his ale while he watches what the wolf man does with his cards.

"Copper 10, powerful change for good or bad. Gold 11, great things coming though at cost. Green 6, Evil either gaining a hold within to wealth. A very auspicious hand." He looks at Ebony and raises an eyebrow at him.

"These two are powerful Good dragons. And the Gold gets more powerful with other good cards. SO the power of this card is increased after drawing the Copper. In play the Copper is unlikely to activate as it is more powerful then most cards, however it could become more or less powerful with the next draw. If you are willing to give it a chance..." He holds out the deck to Ebony to draw the top card.

Lawless Takes the card and looks at it. "Blue 11, more powerful, but it indicates a choice you must make with heavy consequences." He looks at the hooded figure. "They are similar to Tarot in some respects, though they are about as accurate I have rarely had an inaccurate reading."

"Indeed," he points to the Green 6. "And it could corrupt you." He finishes his ale and puts the empty mug on the bar counter.

"Corruption comes on many levels. This is a Mid Level Green. Not one of the greater corruptions, but the possibility is there." He motions for the bartender and orders something to eat.

takes up his cards and begins shuffling them once more. "If that is how you interpret the cards then take that path." He closes his eyes and picks up the top card of the deck. He shudders and drops the card onto the counter. A five headed dragon with a 13 emblazoned on the corner. Each head a different color. Red, Blue, Green, Black, and White. "Tiamat... that's not good."

"Tiamat is the queen of the Evil Dragons, those that come from her blood. If your hand had been all good dragons it would have been able to withstand her. But as it is now they are split 50/50. There is no telling what will come, but it shall be a trial of that there is no doubt."

"Up to you, but I almost never pass five cards for a telling." He shakes his head and lays the deck on the counter for him to draw or leave.

"Bronze 7. This may tilt things in your favor. It indicates help from the past, old friends, things thought lost." He shrugs. "Beyond that I know not what." He takes the cards again and sees who Ebony is waving to. "Oh, you know the lovely songstress. I gave her a reading not so long ago. She owes me a song in return."

"Yes it was a few days ago." He smiles at her softly. "The cards were right. I merely interpreted what they said so you could understand. But I should find someone to play with or else they may get upset with me. My mother always told me to let the cards have their fun or they might rebel. It has been too long since they played."
