Lieutenant Raiden
A by-the-book soldier, he is very strict where need to be. He wears a heavy black trench coat. He's very intelligent on most things and helps people out on a daily basis. He always carries his Desert Eagle. He's 6'7, muscular, and has snow white hair.

Description
He's very muscular because of his service in the army, but he's very slender. His snow white hair is cut just above his eyes and about hangs over them, he's 6'7 and has golden eyes.
Personality
He's a very nice person, but if you piss him off he'll yell and scream at you. He demands respect for all people and any trouble making will fluster him. But he does like to have fun, drink, and play cards.
Equipment
He wears a heavy trench coat that hides his ancient desert eagle. He wears under the Trench coat a black T-shirt and black Jeans. He wears large black boots that make a statement whenever he steps into a room.

Lieutenant Raiden's Story

Lieutenant Raiden smiled big and took his stance with the drink still gripped in his hand. "Bring it, old man." He chuckled and stomped his foot once.
Lieutenant Raiden grabbed the punch with his free hand and let himself get tripped up by his General's leg. He then regained his stance not letting a drop of vodka hit the floor, he grinned before throwing a gut punch taking a small sip from the drink.
Lieutenant Raiden pulled his hand away gasping softly, the blood running down the palm of his hand. He grinned, gritting his teeth. The glass poked out from the thin layer of skin from his hand. He did a three-sixty spin and got close to Ethan, headbutting his forehead.
Lieutenant Raiden felt himself crashing into a table, his hand throbbing and the glass penetrating more layers of the skin, "AH!" He gasped, breathing hard. The broken table lay under his back and poked him in uncomfortable places. But he kept pushing... 110% right? The contents of the glass his General had broken was leaking into his severe cuts. It burned like hell but he kept his screams inside. He got up quickly shaking off the numbness in his arm, "Shit.." he sighed softly.
Lieutenant Raiden tiredly moved to the side, dodging his punch just barely. His breathing slowed as he took some nearby napkins and applied pressure to his cuts. The blood flowed out of the napkins, not really helping. He ran towards Ethan giving him a swift kick in the gut, making sure not to miss.
Gary Mandolera tries to ignore General Ethan beating the nine hells out of Lieutenant Raiden. Being a normally gentle person, he would never dream of fighting a subordinate in a bar, especially not in his current state of having a lame left knee.
Lieutenant Raiden looked at the girl, she was in danger being so close, "I'm fine, just fine. Just a few knicks!" He smiled trying to keep a smile. He turned her around patting her on the back keeping an eye on his General out of the corner of his eye.
Gary Mandolera quickly finishes his pita and tea. It was good, but there was...a fight right next to him? "Check, please." He still hadn't lost his healing touch, but would he be able to get between the feuding officers and talk them down before someone got hurt?
Gary Mandolera quickly writes a check for the meal. "Yeah. Watch my back. Let's see if I can't break up a bar fight while I'm trying to do well by doing good on this world."
Gary Mandolera gets out of his seat, but the kick to the abdomen seemed to have done the General in for now. Cane-walking as fast as he could over to the Lieutenant, he says rather softly, "Listen carefully. I need to touch you to heal your wounds, but I can't do it without your permission. Shall I?"
Lieutenant Raiden victorious, he smiled and patted his General on the back. "Yeah go ahead and heal him on up... And That would be great! But there's a few pieces of glass still there.. I don't know if you can get around that but do what you must!" He smiled.
Gary Mandolera simply smiles and runs his hands over the Lieutenant's back, ostensibly feeling for glass but really using the paladin's signature lay on hands ability. Armor and weapon he had none, but he still had every bit the blessing he received at the beginning of his career.

Lieutenant Raiden felt a bit akaward, but let the man do what he must. Obviously he knew what he was doing. He also watched the girl and what she was doing to Ethan. Raiden then looked at Gary and tilted is head..
Gary Mandolera finishes healing the Lieutenant. "The shards should get attacked and decomposed, being the foreign objects that they are. You'll be a little sore where they are for the next few days, but you should be okay for now."
Lieutenant Raiden felt the pain in his back slowly being breathed away... He smiled at Gary and grabbed his hand in a thankful shake, "Thank you, thank you so much!" He must have been one of those crazy miracle workers, "God bless you." He nodded.

Oh, he does. He does indeed.
”
Gary Mandolera decides not to explain that he's a paladin, as he looks nowhere close to the part. "Ring it up to being around the block a few times," he says with a smile.

By the way, call me Gary. I'll be in town for a week or so while my knee gets replaced. Until then, I get to walk around with this cane here.
”
