a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by LyricalZodiac

Description

Image

Name: Marissa Jane Highland

Face: Hermione Granger, played by Emma Watson

Age: 23

Race: Caucassion

Height: 5' 8"

Weight: 120

Personality

She's a master martial artist.

Marissa, also called Mari, has always been on top. She would never take no for an answer and she never backs down from a challenge.

She's relatively a nice person. She's extremely sarcastic.

Deep down, she is a caring person and if you asked her nicely enough, she'd do it for you

She also has a pretty spicy attitude if you rub her the wrong way.

Equipment

Like stated above, she's a master martial artist, so she usually uses her body to fight.

Though, she does have a few weapons of choice. One is her bow and arrows. She is a known marksman and she isn't afraid to show it.

She also carries a knife with her for, you know, stabbing things. It's also used for close-ranged combat where she can find use for it.

Marissa Highland looked at Zekil. "I'm a pretty good marksman and I can beat someones ass if the really provoked me," she said. "I can evade someone pretty well, being nimble and all." She smiled and took another sip of her drink. She lowered her volume, knowing it was a bit loud.

Marissa Highland walked into the bar after her training and went to the bar, ordering her usual drink. "Scotch on the rocks," she said. Then she took out her earphones and put on some Christina Agulera and blared it so it would blow out her eardrums. She didn't have a very good training session, so she was in particular bad mood.

Marissa Highland shrugged. "I really don't give a shit," she replied. She lowered the volume on her music. "Sorry, must be too loud," she told Zekil. Then she turned back to Chek. "Meh, I'm okay. Bad second half of training, but I really will live," she said with a sigh.

My father found out I left without permission. I'm in for so much shit when I get home," she said, getting up to leave.

Marissa Highland looked at him incrediculously. "Umm, well, I just got yelled at for being out after hours and just got extra training hours that I don't really deserve," she told him. "My name is Marissa, by the way. You can call me Mari, if you'd like."

Marissa Highland looked back into his eyes. His eyes were blue-green, and she easily got lost in their color. She was speechless for a few moments. "It's perfectly fine, Derek. Nice to meet you," she said, holding out a hand to shake his. "Thanks for your concern. There's nothing that anyone can do about it, though," she said sadly, looking into her drinks.

Marissa Highland looked at him curiously. "I don't know what you mean. Besides, I don't even think there's a beach here," she said to him. Then she took another sip. "Why don't we just stay here and chat and stuff. I don't really feel like going out anyway." She wasn't in the mood to move. She was sore from the day of hard core training her father put her through.

Marissa Highland felt warmth radiating from Derek's body and had to move away from him slightly. She was already hot because of the fact that she was just training for 15 hours straight. "Maybe another time," she agreed.

Marissa Highland then looked confused. "Why?" he asked, talking about the running. "Are you a capable fist fighter?" he asked him. He loved finding out about these types of things. "I don't know if you do or not, but I do," he mentioned. Then he turned back to Houto. "Hello there, little guy," he said.

Marissa Highland was breathing heavily at the Bar door. She escaped from a rough training, hoping that her father wouldn't catch her for a few hours. She made sure that she wasn't being followed before walking into Gambit's. When she walked in, the first person she noticed was Derek, the man she met from last night. She walked over to him, but before speaking she ordered her usual. "Scotch on the rocks," she told the bartender who was busy doing something else. He nodded and she sat down next to Derek. "Hey, you're here early," she stated.
