Abilities:

• Puppeteer: Ophelia's primary ability revolves around manipulation. However, rather than traditional mind control, Ophelia instead opts for sheer physical dominance - taking control of the body away from the mind, as opposed to controlling the mind itself. Given an average weak-willed human, she can force the mind into seclusion and effectively replicate mind control by holing their consciousness away behind dark mental doors.
• Strength: For a slight wisp of a girl, Ophelia is impossibly strong. She can punch through concrete, and wield her massive weapon as if it were a toy.
• Agility: Ophelia's movement is supernaturally quick and acrobatic - she can jump very high, run very fast, and bend every which way that most people shouldn't bend.
• Tough: While Ophelia can be wounded like anyone, her pain tolerance is ridiculously high, and her body can keep going when suffering from wounds that would cripple most others.
• Ethereal Form: Ophelia's existence itself is unstable - she frequently fluctuates between the corporeal and ethereal planes at random. She can also transform herself voluntarily into an ethereal form, enabling her to inhabit the bodies of her puppets.

Appearance: Ophelia is a small, unassuming girl. Or more, she would be unassuming were it not for her skin - grey, pale beyond belief and more-often-than-not, bloodstained - and her eyes. Her eyes are pure white, blank and eerie. Staring into them is like staring into pits, hypnotic and terrifying all at once. Ophelia has a gothic style of dress, her black clothes permanently bloodstained, and a crimson red cloak torn around the edges. Her ethereal form is like that of a shade - dark grey and translucent, smoky and poorly defined.

Equipment:

• Double-Bladed Pole Axe: With an axe blade on each end, curved like a crescent moon, and a deadly spike upon each tip, Ophelia's primary weapon is deadly and cumbersome - though she tosses it around like a feather. Bound to her, Ophelia can call the weapon back to her like a boomerang when she throws it.
• Ball Hammer: A long warhammer with a spiked ball as the head, almost as tall as Ophelia herself.
• Chainsaw: Picked not for its practicality, but for its horrific and fearful reputation amongst modern humans, Ophelia acquired this weapon relatively recently. She seldom uses it in serious combat, but rather to torture already helpless victims by cutting pieces off of them, or to chase powerless innocents down with maximum fear.

History: A previously human entity from Orlesia, home of Arrow and Aliana, Ophelia - then named Alice - was possessed by a banshee spirit at a young age. This spirit melded itself with the girl's soul, corrupting her and transforming her into a sadistic, obsessive and murderous creature that broke from society and fled to gather itself. Adopting the name of Ophelia from a foreign play, chosen for the spirit's previous life - murdered by a cheating husband after being heartbroken - she then set out to right the wrongs of the banshee's life. This involved murdering not only her past husband, but also his lover, and both of their associates. From there, the banshee spirit slowly faded into the background after her purpose was completed, leaving Ophelia a shell of the child that she began as, twisted and sadistic. Forever both embittered and enchanted by men by her experiences with the banshee's mind, Ophelia drifted from man to man, masochistically choosing those she knew would betray or harm her. When they did, she murdered them and all around her, and moved on. This continued until she reached the court of the king itself - in an effort to reach the king, a man widely rumoured to have affairs with many women. It was there she encountered Arrow, who innocently attempted to help her, finding her dirty and bloody sneaking around the castle halls. Only days later, however, Arrow left the castle as part of the king's army.

Ophelia has been following him ever since.
