The Psychic Rebellion is a group of Pokemon that consists primarily of Psychic-Types, Dark-Types, Poison-Types, and Ghost-Types. They are united under the belief that the Psychic-Types are the superior Pokemon Type and that the other types are subservient to them. Their overall goal is to repaint the world in their own image...a world where Psychic-Types rule and the other types serve to them in a strict pecking order. They have been known to kidnap other Pokemon, wild or domestic, and use their skills as laborers to whatever desire they wish to achieve. Many labor camps exist all across Ruula because of this, specifically in the wilderness where it's hard to locate them or in places where they can't be reached. There is no knowledge as to where their headquarters is situated, but there are rumors as to where they might be...if you can find the right Pokemon.

Their only mortal enemy at the moment is The Crimson Guild as they have yet to interact with any of the other factions. Yet, they have made themselves an enemy to the United Pokemon League as well as a potential ally to the Addzar Coven should they figure out their line of work. Like the Crimson Guild, they tend to stay away from human affairs unless they get in their way.
