Setting
Castelia is a sprawling seaside metropolis located in south central Unova. It is the heart of business and economy of the Unova region. Most of its city streets are crowded with different people rushing around, trying to get to work, home, or other places, creating a hustle and bustle scene for city life. You can find just about anything in this majestic city, including a primitive spaceport for off-world visitors. More notably however, Castelia has an entire building dedicated to teleportation based transportation, utilizing pokemon to allow people to instantly travel to and from the city from many places across the galaxy. (There is a building in Ridgecrest City on Terra with corresponding pokemon to teleport to and from, for instance.)

Titania Brightsmith glared back. "I don't know, and I don't want to find out. Nimbasa's too far away...the sewers! Painkiller, lift that manhole!" The Aggron did as requested, wrenching the metal disc out of the ground easily. "All right. I'll go first. Painkiller, return!" And with that, the regional champion bravely descended into the dark tunnels.
An individual with oddly metallic looking skin and eyes glowing with unnatural golden light made his way down a street dressed in rather stylish boyish clothing and sporting a backwards cap through which his bangs hsot out in a stylized fashion. His exposed joints bore seams not unlike that of a ball jointed doll. He had a smug grin on his face, and carried himself with an air of belonging, as if those that turned to stare at his debatably strange appearance were the ones that were weird. This was his new camouflage tactic, not giving a chainsaw. Hands in his pockets, he observed everyone around him with at least mild interest, though his eyes tended to linger on the ladies--Or at least, the ladies that appeared to be around his age. By the looks of it, he had pokemon on his person, still in their balls.
"Yes......Yes I agree!" came a sudden female voice from somewhere behind the boy in the cap. "It seems that in different dimensions, pokemon are able to evolve past that in which we already know"
Two women walked down the street side by side, one was talking excitedly on a phone, whose voice was the one that could be heard. She had short black hair and deep crimson eyes. She herself wore rather boyish clothing, though no boy would be seen wearing shorts that short.
The other woman had long brown hair and brilliant green eyes. She stared uninterested at the ground while she waited for the other woman to hang up the phone. She wore a green hoodie with a brown Mini Skirt. Both women seemed to have Pokemon on them as well. Six balls each on their belts.
"Well that's all in theory......listen professor I have to go......Yeah......Yes! Absolutely any time!.....alright.....Good Bye Professor Oak" the woman with short hair said as she hung up the phone and walked past the boy.

A pleasant voice. DIN-002 turned his head and totally just... checked the two females out right there and then. He processed their appearance, judged what he saw, and cataloged that data away for later use. There was nothing interesting to be found there, but it was a force of habit. He did however like what he saw. Making his move, the questionable stranger casually snuck around the two's perimeter and moved up behind them. With seemingly no warning he wreached out and wrapped an arm around both of their shoulders. It honestly wasn't an aggressive gesture in nature, though they might notice that his body was unusually 'stiff', hinting at the rigid metal that made it up. He was not however resting his weight on them. Rather, he casually took place between them and smiled at them both in a somewhat friendly manner. "Well Well--What's two fine lookin' trainers like you doing wandering the streets?~" he asked. His tone. His actions. His general body language. It was readily apparent that he was flirting, and quite bluntly the two were free to smack him if they so wished. That... might sting for them though. "Got some free time?~" he continued without waiting, jumping straight to the chase.
"Gah what the?!?" Ryoko stammered as the boys suddenly wrapped his arm around her shoulder. Wait, was he hitting on them? Well that hadn't happened in quite some time. Ryoko blushed slightly "Buzz off jerk" She said brushing his hand off of her shoulder.
Kimi gasped and shuddered as she felt his arm slid around her shoulders. She was sensitive to touch and really tried to avoid having her personal space violated. The boy of course had no way of knowing that. She looked over to Ryoko "U-Uhm we were just on our way to the Gym" she said
"Kimi!" Ryoko snapped "This creep don't need to know where we're goin" she said stopping and folding her arms
Kimi gasped and shuddered as she felt his arm slid around her shoulders. She was sensitive to touch and really tried to avoid having her personal space violated. The boy of course had no way of knowing that. She looked over to Ryoko "U-Uhm we were just on our way to the Gym" she said
"Kimi!" Ryoko snapped "This creep don't need to know where we're goin" she said stopping and folding her arms
The pseudo-human male didn't seem overly fazed by this and let the arm around Ryoko drop, though he kept one arm around Kimi. If she was uncomfortable, he didn't seem to notice it. He turned his gaze on Ryoko specifically and gave her a cock-sure grin. "Heeey, no need to get all defensive about it~ I can't help it if you look like someone I might want to hang around!" he explained, shrugging his shoulders helplessly. Was this guy for real? "So I take it you're challenging the Pokemon League?" he started, but did not wait for either of them to answer. "Why's that?" he asked, seemingly genuine in his curiosity.
"For your information 'kid'" Ryoko said with a snarl on her face "Kimi here was asked to give an Expo at the Gym, to teach potential elite four members" She said. Ryoko missed the days when she used to stomp kids like him out of their hopes and dreams of becoming Champion.
Kimi blushed as Ryoko spoke "You make it sound like a big deal" she said quietly looking away.
"It is a big deal Kimi, it's time you got the respect you deserve" Ryoko said stomping her foot down "You were Champion at one point, and you were in the elite four for a damn long time" she said looking at Kimi sadly "You're a damn good trainer and I wish you could see what I see" she said. It seemed she had been holding this back for quite a while.
Kimi simply bit her lip and looked towards the ground. What could she say?

Titania Brightsmith groaned. "Man. Thought I was gonna go out to eat tonight. Thought wrong. The hell was with that Bisharp, though...man, what a waste of an evening. At least Belana still seems friendly enough."
Valorie was quiet, but her grip on Titania's hand was tight. She seemed frustrated over what she'd seen, glancing up at Titania briefly.
"Yeah, Val, I'm bummed too. A shiny Bisharp. A fucking SHINY. And it was already owned, but its Trainer was nowhere close. What are the damn ODDS!" She punched a wall in anger with her free hand.
"Let's get back to my place. Who knows what Jessica's up to."

"...A what now?" Valorie asked, stumped. What was the point of owning a pokemon like that at all? Why not just release it? Perhaps she merely didn't understand. Whatever. "Alright..." she continued, only to stop herself... "What about Cafe Sonata?" she asked, still hoping to get something to drink. In all honesty, she was also hungry, but her stomach was a traitor that just wanted to give her bigger thighs, and she'd have none of that.
"Sounds like a plan to me," Titania nodded. "Hopefully we'll remember what happened after we stop drinking this time."
Valorie Ryder blushed slightly at the reminder of what happened /last/ time. Without further ado she would head on in towards cafe sonata--The classier of the bars around these parts, what with it's fine atmosphere and all.
A young female, appearing around the age of 13, held one of Castelia's semi-famous castelia cones and nursed it idly as she watched passerby with eyes that glowed slightly and irises the color and texture of the northern lights. She seemed to have no drive to be anywhere, or to get anything done. Nope. This one was content for the moment being... or at least she appeared to be.
Unfortunately, one passerby was anything but. Instead, the woman was fiddling with a small device that sat on the ground. It looked like a small tower, and had the complete interest of an Electrode that was near the woman. This was a good thing. An entertained Electrode didn't randomly set explosions off.
The device in question was a small tower shaped object that was designed with a Dusknoir motif and color scheme. The device itself didn't seem to do anything though, even as the woman took a wrench to it multiple times. She was dressed steampunk, and her Electrode sported an accessory in a monocle. She had six Poke Balls sitting at her waste, two of which seemed to shake every now and then.
She seemed very alert nonetheless, at everyone around her. Perhaps this was why one of her Pokemon was not in a Poke Ball.

Valorie found herself watching Ginny in a rather nosy manner. Now what exactly was this girl doing..? She soon found herself staring in the girl's direction as if waiting for an explenation to reveal itself. It was only a matter of time now. Either Ginny would notice the girl with the glowing eyes staring, in which case Valorie's powerful eyes would bestow onto her a supernaturally pleasant mental sensation of calm and relaxing, or Valorie's curiosity would get the better of her and she'd approach. The false teenager staved off the urge for the immediate moment.
The woman pressed a few buttons on the device, and a small yellow light on it began blinking, before turning red as per the Dusknoir eye. She then took a device out of her backpack, a small remote with a screen on it. She designed a camera it seemed. She took the small tower and turned it off along with the remote after some playtesting, and put it in her pack again.
She seemed to reach for something she thought she had with her, then gasped.
She reached into her pack and took out a change of shoes, swapping her running shoes for what looked like a pair of roller blades. Sliding these on, she strapped them up, and took the remote out again, pressing several buttons on it. It was here that she noticed she had someone watching her, which positively had her freak out.
Her stoic demeanor dropped instantly as she leapt into the air and fell on her rear. Her eyes were saucers as she stared at Valorie.
She seemed to babble off a list of locations in a state of panic. She did manage to get herself back up, the button she pressed having changed the wheels of her roller blades to lie flat on their side, creating a solid surface she could walk on, instead of wheels.
She looked ready to flee at any moment, which concerned the Electrode somewhat.
She seemed to reach for something she thought she had with her, then gasped.

Valorie just sort of approached Ginny after the moment had passed and the other female had embarassed herself by trippling all over her own feet. Somehow it was hard to feel threatened by her presence She couldn't figure out why!~ "A while?" she responded in a light-hearted tone that suggested she wanted to know why Ginny had asked. "What're you making..?" se asked, apparently curious. If she noticed Ginny's anxiety it didn't seem to have an effect on her. She for one did not have any pokemon out, though her satchel bulged with it's contents some.
Um...I-I don't think it's important...I don't need to say...Mercury...we're going. I should go now.
She quickly changed her roller blades to their wheels and took off with her items alongside the Electrode.
Kalolo was soaring through the sky on her spear, the wind blowing her scarf in her face as she came crashing down, screaming in her squeaky voice. "Ahhhhh!" She hit the ground, the wings on her spear retracting as it stuck into the ground and she faceplanted, not realizing her invisibility shield wasn't on.
A female mawile happened to come around the fallen female... thing and just sort of stopped there, staring at the person smashed against the ground. Did... did she eat it? Was this poor soul dead? She leaned over and jostled the other slightly. "Hey--...Hey!" she said in an urgent tone, trying to determine the status of the fallen...er...thing.
Kalolo slowly got up."What, what are you!? How can you see me!? Oh no...it wore off!" She picked up her spear, now standing up, she was only a little more than a foot tall.
