Byakuya decided he would test the boys skill with his normal opening move. He would flashstep past him, slashing at his chest and back, sheathing his sword at the end. He would do this with his normal speed, which is fast enough to catch a cheetah running three times its speed.
Byakuya would turn around and quickly draw his sword, aiming for the strangers neck after that initial move.

Cole Maibara swiftly blocked both attacks with ease, merely moving his arm to one place, then another. Once he saw Byakuya aiming for his neck he'd duck, letting some aura build up around him for a second before sending a shockwave into the ground that would paralyze Byakuya if he remained on the ground and didn't jump. It was always a simple tactic, but very useful when dealing with heavy-duty enemies. He'd smirk, then making an upward slash if he jumped and continued his attack.
Byakuya flashstepped back, but looked as if he had not moved off the ground, he ahd simply moved a few feet off the ground, and was using his reistua stay off the ground. He moved forward again, having drawn his sword, he would keep it that way. With uncaring eyes, he did a double slash at the guys chest and arm.
Cole Maibara smirking when Byakuya flashstepped back, he'd just spin the blade once more. "Such a handy trick you've got there, Mr. swift feet." he looked up. It was normal for him to start using emotional stress to get the better of his opponents, so he began slow while still blocking the attack one handed so that when they hit his blade, it would seem like he was distracted. "You've got a sister, right? What would you say if I found her after battle. Eh? Maybe gain you a new heir." This was not like him at all, Cole was completely against everything he was saying. It was one way of showing he had no control over himself at this moment.
Byakuya slashed the blade aside, and stepped so fast, there was no sound, and almost no mevment (that was what it looked like.) He had the blade pointed at the mans neck, with his eyes still unemotion. But if you looked closely, you would notice a change in a certain feature of his. Byakuya was aiming for his neck when he said simply. "Die."
Cole Maibara looked down at the blade that was now pointed at his neck, his own blade flaring with the black aura that he had gathered up, attempting to take a slash at Byakuya's side, moving his neck back slightly as well so that it'd take more time for Byakuya to hit him, and at the same time, granting him more time to make his own attack. The shadows below would begin to dance, some of them forming small hands that would attempt to grab Byakuya's feet if he didn't move quickly from where he was.
Byakuya would continue to move forward, noticing the man stepping back, he would step in and still try to impale the man, simulatneously, you would see his left hand aimed down.
"Sokatsui"...A blindinly powerful surge of powerful blue electricity/energy would surge into the ground. Leaving nothing but cloud and dust for the next few minutes. Byakuya will have flastepped away from the explosion, into the blindspot of the man he was facing.

Cole Maibara sighed, falling back now to completely dodge the blade that was on-coming to his neck, falling down until reaching down to the shadow hands that grabbed himself and pulled him down, then sending him back up a few feet away. "Sorry, but I'm not just gonna let you kill me that easily, Byakuya. A few sword tricks and fancy mumbo-jumbo with your words won't simply kill me." he'd think, then laugh, scraping his blade across the ground, sending a powerful shockwave (looking like a Getsuga Tenshou) at Byakuya. The 'demon fang' probably wouldn't hit, but he still wanted to use it, considering it was his most useful attack.
Byakuya was in a corner, so once the wave started to come after him, he uttered another hado spell. He raised his left hand again, and said
"Hado #73 - Sōren Sōkatsui" A huge blast of electricity, triple in power and double in speed to the last one, cam flying out of the smoke toward the blast of shockwave that was heading toward him. It would cut through the blast, and continue heading toward the target.

A teenage boy entered the dojo, a sword strapped on his back as he looked around the empty dojo, he let out a sigh of relief as he brushed some hair out of his face. "Good, more room for me to train..." he whispered as he withdrew the big sword from his back clutching it in his finger less gloved hands, "Remember...try not to use fire..." he muttered to himself his voice slightly husky, almost like a girls. They looked at the wooden dummy in front of them as they raised the sword above their head and tried to cleave it, using a lot of strength behind his blow.
Little did the boy know that a pair of eyes were staring at him from the entrance.
The woman they belonged to was leaning against the door, and was incredibly silent. It was as if she didn't even exist, in a way. It was only after the dummy was attacked that she smiled, then rose her hands to clap for the boy slowly, but impressively.
"That's quite impressive. Are you very skilled with that blade, and the art of battle?" she asked, voice as smooth as honey.

Agnimitra blinked as he heard the slow clapping. He left his blade in the dummy, he had managed to get it through the head before it got stuck at the start of the chest. "Who are you?" he asked as he placed his hand by his side, he'd reach for his sword if he needed it. "I have been trained a bit and I believe I am skilled with this blade...why?" he asked with a tilt of his head.
"Oh, well, it's of no...gargantuan importance." said the woman, a tiny smile on her rose red lips. She was dressed nicely for spring, in a black, warm knit dress that came to her knees and clung to her body. She wore boots that were high enough to disappear beneath the modest outfit.
"Though, wasting all that training on a wooden dummy seems a bit...boring, don't you think?"

Agnimitra blinked, "Weird choice of words..." he muttered as he looked at the outfit she was wearing and the tiny smile. "Aren't you cold?" he asked as he crossed his arms, he was wearing his usual outfit as he shifted his weight, the chain hanging off his sleeve seemed to jingle. "Yeah it does seem boring, but it is not like there are monsters roaming about and killing. Least not that I know of!" he remarked with a laugh, "After all this isn't a video game...though life here can make it feel like one."
"You'd be surprised!" the woman said with a laugh. "It's warmer than it looks. Turtleneck and sleeves, the whole ordeal." She walked up to Agnimitra, hands at her sides.
"You might also like to find out that...yes. Monsters are roaming around waiting to be fought. To be killed. Do you like bullfighting? Because I have something...much better, and much less gory. Bulls are rather alright animals when you don't anger them, after all. Gargantuan monsters, however..."

Agnimitra nodded, "But no pants. It's like wearing a long sweater. Iunno, I know I'd be uncomfortable in it." he remarked, "Glad I won't have too." he added as he watched her walk up to him. "Huh, monsters are roaming to be fought? I'd thought...well don't know what I thought." he remarked with a chuckle. "I like fighting...and yeah I agree bulls are nice creatures...but you try having your balls tied and then poked with a sharp object and see how you feel." he remarked. "And what are...Gargantuan monsters?" he asked her as he grabbed the hilt of his sword and withdrew it from the dummy, with a bit of difficulty, it was stuck deep it seemed.
"Well, for obvious reasons," commented the young woman. Her arms folded over her chest. "The Gargantua are...well, without saying, large monsters. On my planet, Aberash, there's a competition being held to fight these monsters. Like bullfighting, except it's alright to have no mercy for these guys. And they're much bigger. Forty feet or taller. Come in all different shapes and forms. How does that sound to you, do you think?" Tien asked, leaning forward with an eyebrow raised.
"That catch your fancy?"

Agnimitra nodded, "Sooo giant monster things, that come in different shapes and sizes as well as no one minds killing them because they are...what mindless creatures?" he asked. "Sounds fun! I could use the extra training against moving targets." he remarked with a smile, "Ya never know when someone is gonna wanna fight another for no apparent reason." he commented. "So yeah it catches my fancy."
"That's great! How soon do you think you can make the trip?" she asked him, eyes growing bright. "It's no money for the trip, and boarding is free for competitors." she explained. "And, well, you'll need to sign a Release of Liability form before anything happens. But don't worry! If you get hurt badly enough, we usher you out and try to save your life best we can. You just have to understand that we're not gods." She grinned so wide at that.

Agnimitra nodded, "Well I have...ah screw school. I can go whenever. So I don't need to bring any money? All the better for me." he remarked with a grin. "Wait is food free?" he asked, "I will sign the form..they hand those out all the time at field trips. Same thing right?" he asked as he shifted his weight a bit and sheathed his sword. "Sure the more I know the better."
"Field trips...? Well, perhaps!" she chirped, clasping her hands behind her back. "If this is a fighting school, we might have more to teach you. We have veterans from old battles you can speak with. They might be able to give you tips." she told him.
"So, brave young man, if you could tell me your name, we can be on our way. That is...if it's alright with your parents, as well. My name is Tien. You can tell them that."

Agnimira shook his head, "Nope just on field trips they make your legal guardian sign a form in case of injuries and such. Though I would love to hear from the oldies of war. Always useful." he remarked with a grin. A frown crossed his face. "I'M A GIRL!" she corrected her as she crossed her arms, "And yeah should be fine, I don't have any parents left...also my name is Agnimitra." she told her. "And nice to meet you Tien, just...remember I am a girl I don't care if you don't tell the others that I am one, more fun to shock...just can get old."
"Of course you are," said Tien quickly. She did not seem phased by her outburst. "I knew it all along. I just wanted to make sure you knew."

Agnimitra frowned, "Why wouldn't I know I was a girl? Just cause I don't wear dresses or make up or look like the pretty girl, doesn't mean I wouldn't know I am not one." she told her. "Following someone to a weird planet light years away seem like an awesome adventure. One that doesn't come around often." she explained. "Plus as you said, I could learn a lot. A valuable fighter? Wouldn't go that far, I believe I could become a good or even a great fighter... given the chance.
"You've...got a lot of spunk, kid," said Tien, nodding. "Alright, let's get going, then, shall we? The second round will be starting tomorrow. You'll have just enough time to prep and get used to the city of Vien. My city." she told Agnimitra.
She began to walk out of the Dojo, looking back over her shoulder for the young girl.
