Titania Brightsmith ordered another Double Team, though it was getting apparent that it didn't have enough oomph to get through something this phenomenally bulky.
The Mandibuzz rested her body and seemed to relax as she recovered 50% of her max health's worth. 170 becomes 360 HP.

Magnezone let off another Tri Attack, but Magnezone's strength was starting to fail. Three so far and none of them had resulted in status...how disappointing!
The Mandibuzz shrugged the hit off and and smirked as she fired off a Dark Pulse that was dark indeed to score the hit, despite having multiple Magnezone to choose from. Flinch chance?
Titania Brightsmith felt quite satisfied, as did Magnezone, when the Thunderbolt issued forth, trying to make Mandibuzz into Kentucky Fried Vulture.
Titania Brightsmith decided that instead of pressing the advantage, it was time for a change (and to scout for another potential Dark Pulse).

The Mandibuzz took the hit well, but was Paralyzed. Not that it mattered, she wouldn't be paralyzed this round, although she would move last. Her move of choice however as the switch occured was Air Slash, the blade of air cutting through Lucario as she came in.
Titania Brightsmith scowled as she had sent Lucario to her doom with that switch. Why would she want to Air Slash a Magnezone unless she predicted that switch...whatever. Magnezone was stat ailment-free now, and could Thunderbolt with abandon, which it would do upon coming out.
The Mandibuzz took the hit and seemed to be in pain. Not that it mattered, she wouldn't be paralyzed this round, although she would move last. Her move of choice was a Dark Pulse, the dark pulse of energy ripping into Magnezone.
Magnezone was still feeling the last one, and toppled to the floor as its anti-gravity generators gave out. In came Excadrill to try to end this nonsense with X-Scissor.
The Mandibuzz for sure couldn't take the hit and collapsed to the floor, knocked out, leaving the door open to be entered.
Titania Brightsmith smirked and started to search the now unguarded room as Excadrill flexed a little bit.

The room was another one that had an elevator in it. This area was for the higher officials only normally. Akil had access, but no other Elite 4 Member or Gym Leader did.

She had the insignia painted on her as she utilized 300 Speed to outspeed the Excadrill and glare at it with a most intriguing glare, as if she was trying to Attract it to her.
While she apparently succeeded, eating an Earthquake against her 170 Defense wasn't great, but 303 HP allowed her to tank it well.

Titania Brightsmith couldn't risk the chance that Purugly would try to Snatch Durant's Hone Claws, so she told the small but potent ant to rush forward with a nasty-looking Iron Head.
