Wow. Okay, maybe someone should post a big topic of this, someone who sees it all day, and will probably go postal one of these days from it.

DON'T USE View Your Posts. It's the message that I've seen a million times.

Subscribe or bookmark the topic that you want to see on a regular basis and then go to your control panel and access them there. It's easier, and it stops the site from slowing down.

Hmm, there is a thread LOCKED about this topic RIGHT BELOW THIS ONE.

The answer has been given enough times already, but for consistency:

Basically, View Your Posts is a search tool that when hit, does a search for all your posts on the ENTIRE site. By doing so, its very memory hogging considering the content on our site, due to this and the number of people using it - for the wrong reasons - and as such it tends to bug/stop working.

All I can say, as I always do, please use bookmarks and subscriptions, one it saves the site bandwidth and memory, two it saves hassle for me with the same question, three it will be more organised for you.
