Chou is one of the fastest things around and can outrun most things when he wants to. Additionally his senses are stronger and vastly more heightened than the average human, and honestly he likes to think of himself as having a good sense of humour! He's quite creatively-minded and can wriggle out of trouble, and enjoys making people laugh and smile and cheering them up when they need it.

A rather tall young man Chou is evidently lanky though nimble in his movements. With short, unkempt dark navy tangles of hair and vivid blue innocent orbs, most of the time he resembles nothing more than a young teenage lad with a mischievous grin planted firmly on his features. Commonly he sports tight fitting trousers and a baggy shirt, suggesting the impression that he doesn't take himself too seriously.

Playful and high spirited Chou is an easily-liked individual who prefers to keep the peace than cause any up-roar. Sometimes funny, he likes to cheer others up and be entertaining, but that's not exactly a guarantee. He's obedient and does what he's told to; out of loyalty and partial fear, but overall he'll do whatever it takes to keep those he cares about safe and is rather stubborn about it too. He is the guard-dog after all!

As a shapeshifter he has the ability to transform into a dog, as well as the capability to change into various breeds too. But that's all. He's amazingly good with his ability though and doesn't tire nearly as much as he ought to. A few notable features he has are his slightly pointed ears and noticeably sharper canines. Acting as the official 'guard-dog' for the bar his duties primarily involve watching over the bar during the night and keeping an eye out for any suspicious activity and intruders. With this responsibility Chou resides in an overly-large doghouse out the back of the bar made especially for him, and when he's not patrolling the place at night he functions as an additional set of hands to help around the bar during the day if needed. Plus he'll run the occasional errand and do deliveries. Everyone seems to like him, both staff and customers.

As a witch she is excellent in spell-casting and most works of magic, and given her role as manager Lily is a true perfectionist when it comes to multi-taking and juggling various tasks at any one time. She is organized to a fault and knows how to carry a conversation with just about anyone.

A petite woman for sure Lily is blessed with her looks, but very wise in maturity. Her hair is beautiful and soft and a lovely shade of pink; a neatly trimmed fringe falling across her forehead with two longer strands hanging down and cupping the sides of her face, two long and perfectly straight ponytails extending down to her hips. Similarly her eyes too are a gentle pink. Normally Lily dresses smartly, with a shirt and skirt attire matched with a snug fitting jacket and smart plain shoes. She dresses to impress and puts the time and effort in to look good.

With a tough no-nonsense attitude and a sharp tongue to match, Lily is considered the 'boss of the boss' and knows how to get things done. Despite her charming appearance the girl is quick to pile pressure onto others and can be quite a bully at times, but she means well deep down and only wants the best out of people. She prides herself on being organized and cares an awful lot about the bars success.

Lily is considered an old-school witch and knows a vast amount of spells that are permanently tucked away in the back of her head. Likewise she has a vast collection of spell-books and has a broom hidden in the bar "in-case of emergencies", she says. Although born from supernatural origins she passes completely for a typical quirky human girl and doesn't raise any suspicion. She also fulfills the position of the bars manager and takes charge over the goings-on in its day-to-day business. Viewed as the 'second-in-command' over the bar she works directly under the boss and her role includes making sure the place stays afloat and ordering people about, as well as covering up any 'incidents' that occur inside the bar with her magic and ensuring the human punters do not suspect anything of the supernaturals. She has her own small apartment not far from the bar and her personal phone-number is always found next to the main till in the bar.

Kallistrate has worked for the Council for over two centuries, upholding their laws. She worked her way up the ladder, and now works as a sort of caseworker, particularly for complicated cases. She is strict, but fair, and her vengeance is terrible for those that disobey. Between her Naga battle form and her ability to turn anything living into stone, she is a formidable enemy.

A proud beauty, her chiseled face reflecting the sternness of her manner. However, her ability with glamour, which she gained with time and practice, allows her to appear like a brown-haired, blue eyed human.

Kallistrate is very concerned with Eris and her placement in Japan, as well as Molyneux' own adherence to the Council's strictures. She is not afraid to nag, ambush, and annoy, so long as it assists her in ensuring the laws are kept, and kept to the letter. She was chosen especially because the Council believes that she would have no problem subduing the both of them, and if necessary, become their executioner.
