Locations:
Nak Nak Tribe:
Geography: The Tribe is located in the middle of the desert with few vegetation of life. It is unclear how they get water. The center of the tribe is a tall black peak that reaches up to about 200 feet. The black rock is steep and hard to climb but the tribe has no issue scaling up and down the structure.
Population: Just a short walk of about 50 miles north of the Training Grounds is a tribe of indigenous people. These beings range from 2 to 3 1/2 feet tall and have a thick brown fur that covers their body. They wear no official clothing with the exception of trinkets and jewelry made of bone and stone. Their faces are flat and smashed, resembling a type of pig. They appear to not be hostile and are quite jittery.
Buildings: The few buildings in the area are dirt made and held together but unknown means. There are many clusters of hovels but each cluster tends to be fairly far from each other as if they were individual clans. The black peak in the center of the village has a temple that is carved into the crater on top. The temple houses the Shard and often the natives climb to the top to worship the piece.
Ghastly Town:
Geography: What appeared to be a merchant town, this place is located by the sea some 300 miles east of the desert. The town is of medium size and close knit giving many weaving ally ways. There is little to no nature in this area aside from the growing algae and vines.
Population: The town has been deserted for quite some time now. Perhaps a great battle sent the people fleeing or maybe a plague of sorts killed them off, regardless... there is no signs of life here. That does not mean that this task will be an easy one.
Buildings: Appearing of gothic nature, there are many small cathedral type places. The alley ways are small and narrow, winding in a bizarre pattern. The place is desolate and nearly destroyed so be weary of the crumbling buidlings. Close to the sea is the largest standing building lined with gargoyles and others statues which also appears to be a church/cathedral. It might be a good place to start looking for the shard.
Sage's Castle:
Geography: Deep in O'Hare Mountain territory is a low valley. This valley is rather large and spreads out for hundreds of miles. Dead center of the valley is a slight hill on which a massive castle was built. The surrounding valley is town and farm land that is governed by the lord of Sage's Castle. There is a river that runs dead center through the valley and castle. The Castle itself has a large 30 foot wall with two main gates on the north and south end. The gates are run but two switches, one in the barracks and one at the gate itself.
Population: The town surrounding the castle is deserted as the castle can not maintain protection for all the people. Everyone who is alive is within the castle. The castle itself is called Sage's Castle because of the man who built it. Sage was a wise and potent leader but left this world a long time ago. He had never meant the world harm and hid his realm away from the rest of the world. The current ruler is not as forgiving. Lord Baroxx is one of the few humans that controls a standing army. They survive through bitter harsh tactics and do not accept travelers. The shard was crafted into the hilt of Lord Baroxx's sword and he will not give it over lightly.
Buildings: The Castle itself it strong and has two high points. Both lookout towers allow for watchmen to survey the surrounding lands easily enough and must be taken into account. Inside the castle walls is a barracks for the troops, several homes for farmers and villagers, an armory, a few store houses, and then the castle estate itself which has hundreds of rooms.
