Power Clarification and Limitation

Due to a unified recognition of a possible future problem by several RPr's and the GM of an issue of the powers of my character, I have created this little area to clarify and limit the said powers, as well as add a place to do the same to any other character, should the need arise.

Suggestive control: what is it?

Basically, Frank can subliminally message so well as to changing the very thoughts of a person. What does that mean? It means that, power-wise, Frank could 'tell' you to do anything he damn well pleased and you'd do it.

This is where the limitations come in. Because of his fragile mental state, Frank has neither the practice nor sanity to actually make people do as he wants. Furthermore, this 'suggesting' can be resisted, but the ability to resist is based on A) what is being suggested (i.e., 'give him your five-hundred dollar coat' is harder to resist than 'kill yourself' because it lends much less mental stress), B) the mental strength of the person (i.e., a SWAT officer is much harder to convince than average Joe Shmo due to training), and C) what is being asked versus personal experiences (i.e.; A trucker guy who was beaten and abused as a child will be easier to be convinced not to beat the white ass of Frank than a man who is one beating and abusing)

Additionally, Frank must have some kind of incentive to suggest anything. Therefore, the stronger the incentive, the easier it is for Frank to successfully suggest. For example, with the handing over of the coat, Frank was freezing his ass off, and was sure that he would freeze without a coat, therefore making it very easy to suggest that Rich Joe to hand over his coat to Frank.

Final note: these are 'suggestions', not commands. He won't think, "Gimme the money", he'll rather think, "I haven't had food for three days...I need money!", at which point, if successful, he will gain money from passerby.

As for the Self-exploding, it's exactly that: the fury of a megaton bomb is unleashed, destroying anything unlucky enough to be caught in the blast radius.

The limitations: it is very unlikely that he will ever be set off [pun intended], for to explode, Freak has to be freaking-out...and I mean FREAKING-out. Frothing at the mouth, jibberish, you name it. He has to COMPLETELY lose control. Additionally, he tries extremely hard to avoid this loss of control, thus making the chances of an explosion even less likely.
