Well this is the first time I've read the OOC (yeah I know, shame on me...) and I think it'd be best for my character if I switch her to band two. I'll edit her for the guitarist instead of a bassist.

EDIT: If we don't get any new people within the next couple of days I'm going to go ahead and make a second character. (A guy character.) He'll be for Band 1. I've already got an idea for what I can do for him and some secrets for him, too. :P

Awesome! I very nearly lost hope for this. Glad to see it's starting to get people. Er, person. But it's a start!

Worst comes to worst, I can double up too. I've found it becomes kind of a necessity in band RPs a lot of the time, and some people don't like it, but what can ya do.

A couple other RP's I'm doing are bottoming out, and I'm asking some of them to join. I know one person who mentioned possibly joining.

I'm anticipating this staying in the dark for at least a bit, until we get enough people to start. Once we get active we should show up more in searches.

Just a heads-up, Ted might be changing drastically. It's nothing that would require changes in you all's profiles, just that I'm fidgeting about his instrumental role.

On another note, if it helps boost us towards filling out both bands and nobody minds me doubling up, I can come up with a drummer for either Band 1 or 2. Figure if I do one for Band 1 we'll have at least one band finished, but if I create a drummer for Band 2 instead we'll both only need one more person unless Band 2 decides to go ahead as a trio.

A trio for Band 2 seems likely. Depending on when Dreamalot gets back to me I may be changing Ted up some to make the band more...unique, as I mentioned before.

If worst comes to worst I'll make a drummer for Band 2.

In that case, I'll soon have a profile for a drummer for Band 1 in.

NEWSPOST. Sorta.

Dreamalot has a friend coming in for something in Band 2, and I heard she was planning on doubling for Band 1's bassist (feel free to correct me on this Dreamalot). If Dreamalot's friend plays the drummer, we may be in business, or at least Band 1 can start picking out their name and refine their style. Though that leaves Band 2 without a bassist.

Cypher's already planning on rolling up band 1's bassist. So it wouldn't be necessary for Dreamalot to double, and we've got all spots soon to be filled :P

I've got a friend who might be able to fill a role, so I'll reserve Cypher's spot just to be safe, unless he's going to come up with the profile tonight or tomorrow. With that character and Dreamalot's friend we'll have enough to start, with room for managers, roadies, etc.

So, everything is pretty much good to go then? I had been considering offering to double up as well but it seems now that might not be necessary.

We may be good to go, though extra players for people outside of the two core bands would be wonderful. Does anyone have a timetable for when Cypher is going to put in his character? I'd rather not reserve that spot forever.

Having received no reply in the past three days (as Cypher has not been online in that time), I'm forced to agree that the position for Band 1's bassist will have to be opened up again.

We may have an applicant for Band 2's drummer, pending a profile cleanup.

Any word back on that potential drummer? I've not heard from Cypher in the meantime.

Currently the profile is not up to standards. I PM'd her a while ago; no word back. If I don't hear from her by Friday I'm rejecting her character. Granted, the position is still open if anyone wants it.

Fret not, I've talked it over with Armageddon who, hallowed be their name, has agreed to double down as the drummer for Band 2. So I do believe we now need only a bassist for Band 1.
