Promotions?

I was thinking of maybe doing promotions to leader positions as characters join, I dont know though.... any ideas anyone?

Yes, that is good to do. If you're planning on doing some kind of Roleplay like this. You can't have too many grunts. However, there is also the risk of having leaders being inactive. That's dangerous because leaders are important in running the group. If they become inactive then characters involved would be frozen until the person posts again.

I thought of that. If a leader becomes inactive I'll have them killed off in one way or another, and then replace them. That will keep the story moving and if someone wants to leave the post of leader that'll make it easier.
