This is where players can list NPCs that have been used or will be used in roleplay. These NPCs can also be optional for new players to pick up. Players do have the option to make their NPCs a PNPC which basically means that you would prefer to be the only player who can control that certain character or that permission must be granted specifically by you first, this may be the case for family members.
