- General Capello - General of the United Human Governments within Galaxy 131. Cool headed and hard, he remains constantly ready for action and prefers to deal with threats before they get worse.
- Admiral Jonson - Admiral of the UHG Fifth Fleet. A hot headed leader who's always looking to bring his fleet glory, as well as having a severe distaste of pirates.
- Admiral Petrov - Admiral of the UHG Fourth Fleet. A trickster of an admiral that prefers to use new and innovative tactics to catch opponents off guard. The leader of the fleet that managed to capture V.I.R.G.O.
- Commander Smith - The Commander of the UHG Station Dark Space. This nervous leader is able to speak both military and science, which earned him his current position as the line of contact between the scientists aboard his station and the UHG Galaxy 131 War Board. He specializes in defensive tactics.
