This is where enrolled TWoS players may submit NPCs. NPCs are characters secondary to main (profile containing) ones. They will be played within the plot with limited player access.

You may submit applications for normal humans and (Rank-C and Rank-B) Saniwa characters. To ensure quality, Rank-A and Rank-S Saniwa apps require special GM permission. High-ranking characters are heavily influential to the House. If you wish to apply for a high-ranking character, be prepared for a critical review. If you cannot demonstrate a persuasive concept, I will deny your pitch.

Do not submit NPC forms without GM permission. Please first pitch me NPC concepts through PM. If applying for a main plot NPC, please describe which episode/arc you are submitting them for. If applying for a Sandbox NPC, describe the time period you're setting them in. Upon pitch approval, you may submit your NPC application form here. Having experienced the horrors of trench warfare as an infantryman in the Great War, Ernst Richter knew that war had to be in motion. The age of static battlements was over- armies had to be swift, fast, and flexible. Maneuverability was key. Richter watched as fighting scouts dueled in the skies over France, twirling about in a deadly ballet thousands of feet above his trench. He realized how efficient railroads could resupply militaries (although these freshly and efficiently-supplied reinforcements would be doomed to die, stuck in trenches), but most importantly, was introduced to the concept of armor in the Battle of the Somme.

Powerless against the steel monsters, Richter’s comrades were systematically cut down by the British tanks. Bristling with machine guns, and protected by steel plated armor, these beasts were impervious to anything the Germans had on the front line. At a ripe age of nineteen, Richter lost his right eye to a steel beast, and vowed that if he ever had to fight in another war, he would ride in one of those.

Years later, he got his wish. Now an Obersturmbannfuhrer in the newly-formed Wehrmacht, Richter was given command of a section of tanks in the 10th Panzer Division. He saw action in 1939, taking part in the invasion of Poland, then again in 1940 in the Battle of France. In the Fall of 1941 Richter was prepared for another swift victory following Operation Barbarossa, the invasion of the Soviet Union. This time, the odds were not in his favor. Equipped with Panzer I and Panzer II tanks, the Germans were caught by surprise when Stalin’s armies unleashed their new T-34. Although his early mark Panzers were able to take on older Russian tanks, the new T-34 inflicted heavy losses against them and Richter, along with the rest of the 10th Panzer Division, was promptly pulled from the Eastern Front to recuperate.

It is now September 1941, and the Battle of Kiev is in full swing. German forces are beating the Russians badly, and now re-equipped with modern Panzer III and Panzer IVs, the 10th Panzer Division is re-deploying to their former battlefield, thirsty for revenge.

Like a predator scouting for prey--he patrols the European wilderness for signs of weakness in movement. Though he carries a rawness akin to animal brawn, he leads his company with professionalism and care. Through his single eye, he keeps close watch as Germany’s Eagle on behalf of his fatherland and his family.
