In an RP the time between posts means nothing. You don't assume time has moved forwards until people post as such. So no, it would not make sense to think time has advanced, not at all. With no posts to do so, there is nothing to have moved time forwards. The story cannot be moved forwards without players RPing it, you don't just assume that because days have passed between posts that the story timeline moves on. One cannot reasonably assume that it is hours since the fire started. Not until the players involved post saying as much.

I am so, so sorry for falling off the face of the earth. To say "Real Life got in the way" is the understatement of the century...

Thankfully I was conveniently outside the main storyline, I'd like to reincorporate myself, which may require a new character, either way, I'll read back and try and regroup.

Sorry about the extended absence everyone. A lot of real life shit has been going on--- including me being in the middle of a move to Michigan. I'm staying with my mother for a few weeks until everything gets settled in. She has dialup and a really crappy computer, so it's VERY hard for me to log on here. But because I know I won't be moving until the beginning of the month, I will make more of an effort to sit through these load times for you guys. I will have to recap and come up with a reason for absence of my character, but once we do such, we will get moving at a steady pace. My fiance sort of has me involved with a bunch of random projects, on top of being a leader of the Mentors, so I'm juggling a lot. Hope you guys forgive me. ;)

Also, I intend on updating the introduction to include an idea I wasn't sure in the beginning I wanted to add or not. It will involve a treasure at the center of the labyrinth and it will help centralize the plot on a specific object for conflict. :)
