Ok about your question. Werewolves aren't evil. Yet were infected by a demon disease or curse or something along those lines. So no they aren't evil and shadow hunters don't hate them but some do and some hate everything that isn't human or shadowhunter but werewolves do hate vamps so if that didn't answer your question just say what you didn't understand.
