The Jim Henson Company has really done well with the Muppets. I'm stoked about Fraggle Rock and The Dark Crystal as well.

Some Special Announcements:

After som calculating I want everyone to realize that we've broken 50,000 words in this story collectively and are ebbing very quickly toward 70,000.

THis is a HUGE accomplishment especially considering there are three of us and we've only been at it for about four months. Less if you consider I was absent for two of them. So really…2-3 months. That's HUGE you guys.

To celebrate this and make it easier for all of you to enjoy the fruits of you labors I've been consolidating posts into larger scenes and taging them accordingly. So if your character was in a scene with another character that ENTIRE scene has been condensed in one post and tagged so that it appears in your character's personal profile.

I have also transcribed everything we have done into a Fanfiction.net story which will allow you to print everything we do here. In this case I've broken the posts into chapters for us. I've posted 10 chapters so far.

Doing this accomplishes a few things. For one it makes it so the events of the story and all your contributions are in the correct chronological order and lumped together properly. You'll also note that I haven't edited the posts, so all of your work in there as you wrote it.

If you have a Fanfiction.net handle or a pen name you'd like me to add into the declaimer I'm writing to indicate that the story is from more than one writer please let me know either privately or here.

Keep up the great work writers and realize that what you're really contributing to here is a story and not just a short one. You should all be proud of what we're doing here. I know I am.

Well, my life just got incrementally more awful. I'm afraid I might not be able to post for a couple of weeks. One of my professors, who was LATE in assigning this 6-page paper thats due Thursday (a day I have two OTHER papers due) has just realized that we have our big 10-12 page paper due the following Tuesday (a day where I have a 12 pager due for another class).

I want to scream.

And she's like "Oh well, my bad but ya'll gotta do it."

Just no compassion.

Ruins my fifth year anniversary plans with my fiancee, my once a year visit from my fiend in AZ, and a weekend I've been looking forward to for months.

Please bear with me until the shitstorm that is my current state of affairs passes.
