As for the two reservations for the Pub/Club owner Aquamarine has first dibs? I mean, if you guys want to do a co-ownership or want to have both a club and a pub then that would be up to you two to decide.
Lastly the powers, I was thinking for the most part that everyone should have only one big power or two small. I guess I'd like you guy's opinions.

Sure. Your guy could handle the money and the employees. My guy could also have his own brewery and supply the club with alcohol.

Since this guy can change the property of matter, it's a pretty big utility power. He could also be the towns supplier of raw materials. Such as oil, gas, alcohol, even fresh water. Cut out any unnecessary trips to the outside world.

On that, my character's power is refilling. She could refill the bank, the water towers, and food supplies if needed. Just a random thought I decided to pop in there.

Um, Not to be the bearer of bad news but I don't really think that could be counted as a power... there's a actually a superpower wikia that you could look at for more ideas. I'm going to go look and see if there's something similar to what your talking about.
