Hey everybody, I'm Vyndian Thor. Just 'Vyn' or just 'Thor' is fine. I'm going to try to find a good roleplay to my liking, or maybe create my own if that's cool. I'll try to stay active as much as possible. I'm a friendly guy, and I love to meet new interesting people, especially fellow nerdians! ;) Anyway, if you'd like to play (I like fantasy best, but ask anyway, I'll definitely consider any genre) then hit me up! Or just say hey. Can't wait to see the in's and out's of this place!

Vyndian Thor is an awesome name. Is that a character of yours? If so, could you tell me a little about him/her? What is your history with roleplaying? How do you feel about tigers? What's your favorite color? Got any cool hobbies, or anything?

Lol, thats a lot of questions. 'Vyndian' is a name I use often for different characters, but most often he ends up being a paladin, or other type of tanky class. He is rather mature, and feels the need to protect those without the ability to protect themselves. He is what I want to be! Also, my last name has 'Thor' in it, and the Thor everybody knows of is actually part of my name's history, so my nickname at work is Thor.
I have a good pit of history with RPGs, but never any that were extremely successful. I feel I have the ability to do so, but I've been looking for the right community. This definitely looks like the right one!
Tigers are awesome. Duh.

And I'm in the Marine Corps, so.... Not really a hobby, but I get to shoot guns every once in awhile. that's fun. I play D&D, which is a hobby, so there's that.
Thanks for the warm welcome Sato! I think I'm really going to enjoy Gateway. Hey, if you're into fantasy/magic/combat RPGs, I'm starting my own. I have some GM experience, so don't worry, I'm not quite so green lol. It's called 'Strike Back!' Check it out, and send some feedback please? Even if you aren't going to play, I'm always looking for some good feedback from the elites.

Sure, that sounds like fun. I'm not elite, by the way. :P I'll take a look at the RP, for sure. Your character sounds really interesting. I like the idea of this paladin, big strong guy, who needs to protect people. It would be fun to write something and build a character to either complement or antagonize those features. ;)
