4. Rating is P-13 and sometimes R for Violence. We do not mind cursing just don’t do it a bunch. In addition, that means no cyber-sex as well, but we will allow romance.
5. We would like if you posted at least once a week, I would prefer every other day, but some people do have lives. If you are out for a time let me know.
6. Have fun < LAME, I always hated that one cause you knew that you weren’t gonna have any.

Vampires- There is three main Vampires in the World of V.D.
The Royal, Ancient or Head Vampire – These Vampires have lived for centuries, knowing most If not all of their limits. They have expert knowledge of necromancy and the dark arts, and are usually high members of society.
Blood Vampires - These Vampires are younger than their Royal Counterparts, and they were born rather than being bitten. Blood Vampires can have a family power, but it is not as strong as a Royal Vampires’.
Virgin Vampires- Were once Humans that have now became a Vampires. This a major rule so listen up, if you want to become a Blood Vampire you must be a virgin of the opposite sex of the vamp that bites you. If one condition is not met, then person becomes a ghoul. (This makes it so vamps do not randomly form armies of full-blown vamps, and also give them a fighting advantage against most) They do not have a Family Power.
Ghouls- The servants of Vampires
Rules for Vampires -Vampires can only be killed by head shot, heart shot or by holy items, blessed items or holy water.
Second, normal weapons (one that haven't been blessed) have little to no effect on them. They have a weakness during the daytime, and have trouble crossing water.
Finale, Vampires are stronger, fast, and have semi mind control. They heal faster than normal humans do, however very few have the ability to teleport or mist, some can go through walls, but not full blown teleporting this is based on family history not every Vampire can do what another Vampire can do.
There are Four Major Vampire Clans, each with its own power,( if you do not wish to be part of a clan just write it out and if you want to make your own clan with its own power you must ask one if not all GMs first)
Stellfires: turn into fog
Drakkens: Change into bats
Galborans: fade into shadow
Mortieres: See into the future
Rules for Ghouls- Ghouls are zombies that hunger for flesh. They are under complete control of the vampire, and can operate machinery. They must be killed like a vampire... so destruction of head or heart.. or vamp they are controlled by.
Lycans- Lycans can reach phases were a human can go from a hairy man, to a full-blown wolf and back again.
Undeveloped Lycan- These Humans have several characteristics of Werewolf behaviour. They have longer hair and sharper canines, with usually unruly temper. They become slightly taller than most humans are and some can equal strength to Vampires. During the full moon, their bodies change into what Hybrid Werewolf would look like.
Condition- Bitten by a Hybrid Werewolf not during a full moon.
Hybrid Werewolf- This is another form of a Lycan in which fur has covered over all the Human, their body has grown to Massive sizes, and they very muscularly built. Reaching to height over 6’7 all the way to 8’0. They are much stronger than Vampires are, but are more like to go into a blind rage. During a full moon, some can change to characteristics of what is to be known as Full Werewolf.
Condition- Bitten by another Hybrid Werewolf or Undeveloped Lycan during a full moon, or bitten by a Full Werewolf not during a full moon.
Full Werewolf- On a normal Day this person appears normal, but this is the Werewolf form in which the human, during a full moon reaches the full level of Lycanism. During a full moon, the body becomes 100% Canine, forcing to walk on all fours. A full Werewolf appears a larger, more muscular wolf, with a shoulder height reaching to 5’0 feet, 8’6 long on average depending on age and sex.
Condition- bitten by a Noble Lycan not during full moon or a Full Werewolf during a full moon.
Noble Lycans- These Lycans are the zenith of their race, the strongest and the Fastest these are the lifeline to all other Lycan off breeds. Nobles have the ability to change there form to any stage, (From Undeveloped to Full) even to a normal Human appearance. However, during the full moon their true appearance can be seen. During a full moon, unlike a Full Werewolf who is forced to walk on all fours, A noble Lycan can walk on it’s hinge feet. When walking erect a noble Lycan during a full moon have been known to reach 9’0 feet, the size of a small giant.
Condition- Must be bitten during a full moon by another Noble Lycan to become one. Usually considered a great honour, rather than a curse. It is said, “That you were truly loved if a Noble makes you one of his own, for a Noble only attacks to kill.”
Birth conditions- Werewolf can have children, usually more rapidly than Vampires, some Mothers have been known to cut down their paternal stage to 7 months rather than just 9.
The stage of which a Werewolf baby is given is still not completely understood. Once thought to be based on genetics, but some cases have proven false. Were pair of Undeveloped Werewolf gives birth to a noble without any relation to a noble ancestor. As well as the counter, when two noble Lycans gave birth to a normal human child. However these event are usually a rarity.
The most common setup can be based on a system.

HL+HL=HL, FL or in very rare cases NL
UDL+UDL= UDL or HL
HM+UDL=HM or UDL
HM+HL=HM, UDL or HL

Rules for anyLycan-
1. Bites don't always mean new lycan, but they can if that is what the person intended.
2. Lycans are stonger than Vampires, just as fast, more common to be stealthy, and have a better regenerating factor.
3. Normal weapons don't do quite as much, but still hurt like hell in cases. Silver is deadly.
4. Lycans are very irrational in half to full form werewolf mode during full moon, thus they don't really have the strategic abilities of Vampires.
Hybrid Races- It is shown above what happens when a Human and Werewolf have a kid, so down below shows the other off-breeds and mixed races.

BV and VV+HL and FL= 1/2 V, 1/2L, (3/4V to 1/4V and 1/4L), (3/4L to 1/4L and ¼ V) (1/2V and ½ L)
HV+NL= (I don’t even want to go there man! Let’s just say that baby would destroy the world)

Ya for those who want to know whats going on Im gonna sum it up for ya.
In VO or whatever. Their is an impending war that is going on that lies underground the human world. But as more and more battles take innocent lives, it will be harder to just call this a silent feud between races, but an all out war.
We are reaching the Climax of this chapter, We are planning for a time skip in about 20 or so pages, to finish the Vampire Diaries and jump into a new chapter. The chapter will end when the public finally know the truth about this hidden war ,which will shape the face of mankind for ever, almost to its desruction.
In truth the line between ally and enemy is blurred, their are no one group of Vampires or Lycans fighting against each other, but it fact private faction are growing that are merging the two races, and taking this world by their own means.
Factions so far and current condition.
Faction Stellfire- This small group is an Mix of Vampire's, Lycans, Humans, and Hybrids. Lead by Revenant Stellfire an ancient vampire who is a master of Tactics and Warfare. This Faction supports the idea of Rights to Humanity, and understands the importance of the Human race.
Crimson Scar - A privately owned organization that is dedicated to the destruction of all vampires. It is rumored the owner, Nihl, is a wealthy Vampire himself, and that he wants to be the last one left, to live into eternity as the only immortal man. The organization has billions at its disposal and hires thugs and hoods who know about the Midnight Wars to do battle for them as their privately trained slayers in their project R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N., the Regiment of Eradicating Vampires, Others, and Lycans Under The Inscriptions of Nihl.
The inscriptions of Nihl are some documents in the Nihl family 'justifying' the killings of vampires and lycans, though why REVOLUTION isn't currently fighting werewolves is yet to be determined.
Motives are unknown to members not on the Board of Executives.
The Vampire Council - An ancient society that handles all matters of Vampire's and any other sub-group. They control several urban areas and Cities. The American Council Station is Located in New York City. The European Council Station is located in Worms, Germany. The Stellfire Group is planning on heading to Worms for a International council meeting as the American representative. The Vampire Council is Currently Supporting the Stellfire Faction, and Warring against the Unknown Werewolf Faction.
Unknown Werewolf Faction- This group is clearly, Unknown. its only true motive is to feast on Humans and attack Vampire factions, But there is a clear sign of a ringleader. Who manages the attacks and hits. An Idea of A Ringleader is supported by the involvement of the Crimson Scar.
The Catholic Clergy- This group is currently in a time of peace, not looking for trouble. This faction will only act if the human race is clearly in danger. Base of Operation, Rome.
The Assientians- An arm of the Catholic Church. Thier role is to protect the Human race from another "fall". This can be seen in avoiding another Black Plague. The Black Plague was a Cover-up story to protect any Werewolf or Vampire did not wish to be attacked by their Ancestors' war. The Black Plague was actually a Massive Race War Between Lycans, Vampires, Humans and several other races. This war killed off over Half of Europe's population. To avoid another war, the records of this war were hidden, and the Vampires and Lycans who wanted peace either hid or went under the Assientians’ Protection. An Organization, which previously protected Vampires and Werewolves from persecution.
Over many years intermingling and procreating, a new race has been formed. A mix of Werewolves, Vampire and Human grew and developed. Named after their organization, this new race became to be known as the Assientians. This group is now used by the Catholic Clergy as an Counter-Terrorist and Recon unit, to help keep the veil over the eyes of the humans, and the general peace between races.

So far, The Stellfire’s group is about to head to Worms. However, before that, Thomas an Assientian has offered his help to Train Revenant in the tactic of Modern Warfare. Revenant wishes to learn because of the long sleep, which as set him up to a disadvantage in understanding this new world. However, Revenant is a fast learner. Also part of the Group is Jessica another hybrid and hired hand. William a young Werewolf, who is currently suffering from Amnesias and acts like a dog, in which the group hopes to fix. Reen a young human girl, who has been caught up in the impending war between races. In Finale, Valdreth Stellfire, Revenant’s younger brother.
Aesthor- A hired hit man of the Crimson Scar is currently perusing the Stellfire group.
Right now- Thomas, Revenant, Valdreth, Jessica, Reen, and William are heading toward the New Jersey Police Academy, in a car, to help train Revenant the new tactics of warfare, and cure William of his Amnesia with what ever way they can.
