"Battle of the Hosts"

Rules
I don't really want to go in depth with these.
Any roleplayer who joins this should be experienced.
No Reserving. I'll pick who fits the roles best.
THE NATURAL is taken by me. Because of limited computer use I can't put up a character now.
If you've read these rules, put your favorite food in the history box of your character.
I'm not putting up a character skeleton. This way I can see what you think is important.
Romance is good. I want it. But don't blind us. Feel free to take it to PM.
No really intense violence. These are high schoolers, not killers.

Real quick question; What the hell is a 'Host Club'? I see Host Club Rps on here all the time, and it always confuses me. I get that this is from a manga or something.

A Host Club is a group of guys who live to flatter girls and make them feel pretty.

If you want an example, look up Ouran High Host Club. It's a really good anime, comical and entertaining.

Huh..When I looked up 'Host/hostest Club' on Wikipedia I got that they are bars that cater to women/men, much like an escort service. From what I read it seems that Hooters, the bar/resturaunt is an American version of them. Sound about right?

You go in, the staff flirts with you so you buy stuff..like a strip club with no boobies. What I don't get is why this is in a school?

lol Estrella. Noxize is correct, however there is a very popular anime called Ouron Host Club which is where a bunch of rich school guys spend their time and money impressing young girls, getting money, and throwing parties. It's a comedy and fairly funny if you like Anime.

Okay! *cracks knuckles* I just spent the last forever amount of time working on my superhero character for another RP, so I couldn't work on my character for this. It's 11:24p here right now and my internet kicks me off at midnight. So I'll start working on my character, but it may or may not be up tonight. If it's not up tonight, I'll have it up first thing tomorrow. So, if you will, if there are others trying for the "dark" character spot, please wait for my entry before choosing. I'd greatly appreciate it.

I stopped myself. I was about to write the cool guy into my characters history. Problem is now I have a mind blank. XD

@AnimeGirl: Since the roleplay takes place in the school BEFORE school starts back up, guests won't be needed (although we might have a few visit now and then. Also, on the subject of your character. I just want to clear this up lol. So she is a friend of Kaori who helps with decorations for Kaori's host group, but also does decorations around the school. She isn't technically part of the host club and is female. Is this all correct? Sorry just making sure >_>
