Character sheet layouts (+Requests)

Hopefully this is a decent Forum to put this in, I tried to think of what exactly it would be under.. Anyways, like the Subject says I am taking a liking to making various layouts. Here are two examples of what I have done, and with time I will make a lot more. Things are slowing down around me, so I should be getting back at it relatively soon.

If you have a request for more specific layouts then please do tell and I will put a priority to developing one. Basically all I need to know is what has to be on the character sheet and I will go make a layout. Might not be special, but it would save some people a little time and difficulties, and it's also a way to spice up that character sheet!

Though these two layouts are relatively simple, I want to make more complex ones, so don't hold back!

Nice setups, I like Layout 1. It appeals to my eyes, easily convertible too. But if you can put a twist on my commonly used ones, I'd be grateful and if you could add a few more, this could be an extremely appealing thread for the newbies and oldies alike.

EDIT: Why not try a more ability wise one? Like a list down the left or right side, even a list down the bottom with the description above them.

Hmm, I could probably start messing around with that. If you could provide a few links to the more specific ones you want me to edit around then that would be awesome. Otherwise I will search through your profile at the character sheets for the general needed information.

And I will try to make a more capable sheet for the abilities here soon.

For this layout I did size comparisons on a 389x539 picture. If you want it, but need it refined for a picture please message me with a link to the portrait and I will adapt it properly.

Looming Darkness:

Casting shadows amongst the field she can easily move around without being easily noticed. Murmurs of ancient dead spread quickly throughout the shadows making it difficult to focus on only any single sound.

Void Entrapment

A black hole created for a mere few seconds, pulling in any of its surroundings and placing them into an alternate dimension Neviera often refers to as the Void due to the lack of existence within. If cast within an object it is very likely it will implode.

Void Release

Releasing all power or items within the void, can be known to tear apart buildings from even the air that was absorbed into the void. If cast to inside an object it can possibly explode from the immense pressure.

Natural Abilities:

Path of Shadow

It is known that every step she takes while bare foot the ground burns to darkness until the power fades from her distance greatening.

Grasp of the Void

Both negative and positive, making her incapable of touching things with her bare skin. Otherwise the power will be pulled into the void which lays dormant within her.

Heartless Void

With the void being inside her, she draws no breathe of air. Anything pulled into the void slowly deteriorates giving nutrition to her, making her not require food.

Those are some really nice lay-outs. They are both unique and amazing, but never awkward and easily customizable.

You are truly one of the best layout makers, I've ever seen. (Though, I haven't seen much.)

I wish I could get the Tab sheets to look as good as the post-by-post versions when they are filled out. Gaskmask, if you noticed I did copy your picture so i could properly edit it that way making a layout would be a little easier, I hope you don't mind. But contained are both the exact codes, and the stripped layout codes. Hope this is good enough for Leo Sharp, I will start working on the second one soon.

Now this presentation will be a little different, but I labeled the sections to try and make it easier!. There are other codes which are labeled exact codes, this contains all the information for Gasmask's very own Leo Sharp!

A daring and controlled boy. Leo is renowned amongst the other children for his unflinching resolve when dared to jump off a fence or jump from floating rock to rock, or even climb the largest abandoned construction crane. He is also easily shocked but remains somewhat stalwart in the face of danger, the boy has been known for his daring feats to protect the other children from the slightly bigger guards. He's also prone to saying "What the Devil!" and "Gentlemen!". Though late-at-night the boy can be seen sitting in a daring location and playing an old guitar.

So with this layout I had a slightly more difficult time trying to think. My eyes were constantly pulled toward the image, so I tried to base the layout to work against that. For this layout to work properly use a photo at least 600px in height. (Base of 400 for width). With every 10px in height add about 35px in width (If your into codes but don't know which side is length which is width it would look like this ( Width x Height , Ex 400 x 600 )

Note: Come with this layout I have found a way to improve my Tab sheets, therefore I will be working on improving past layouts for the Tab roleplays!

A casual laid-back man. He is hard to anger and equally stubborn when it comes to his own opinion. His main opinion however is simply indifference to everything that he hasn't had past experience with, barely willing to touch new foods and drink something that isn't water or an alcohol not from Germany. A tough but not bordering upon reckless or rash, more calm and collected than anything else guy. The man is also skilled the arts of persuasion and mercantile, giving him a sharper voice that could cut though even the most toughest argument.

All the Tab sheets have been updated for the improvement in display. Personally I think they look better with the updates.

As well I seem to be coming up on even more free time so I can make the sheets in a better time frame. ^.^

Dreamless Layout

Origin:

There was a gleam of light that appeared on one dark night,all the villages fell silent . Those aware took it as a sign from their god, making one last wish before the light disappeared. When the light vanished a figure was seen walking in the darkness of a village, dimly lit by a lantern it held. A robe as dark as the sky covering even the face. Some say it was a giant, easily comparing to a man and a half, others said it was just like a man but it had a bad aura that brought fear. When the figure touched the light of the village it seemed to disappear, only a small bundle lay on the ground in a black cloth. From it the people could hear a babies cry, whether it be a blessing, or a curse, the village took it in. The people of the village were as old as time began, raising an entity they could not understand. This entity they named Kokui, and watched as it grew as years passed. People began to fall quite and still, breathless, lifeless. Confused the people were, as their life was returned to the Earth. More entities were born as time raged on, becoming more common they called them babies. The wishes of the night Serine appeared indeed came true, the dreaded curse of an endless life has come to an end. The fallen people were said to be taken by death, and ascended to the gods as a token of life returned. As new life grew, ideas began to spread. The legend of the Scythe that harvests life instead of wheat along with them. So the cycle of death and birth had began with the Grim's first child, Kokui the reaper.

Well, that was a fun little period with a lack of updates. So I guess I will update with a new basic one and make a more difficult one come tonight to try and make up for the time lost.

Questions might be made, why one so simple? The answer lies within the name of it. It's a uniform layout. Big flashy character sheets are not always the best fit, and for school RP, Academy, or whatever the newest craze is for the educational types. So I made a real simple basic school inspired sheet. I have 3 sheets that I have in mind, and each is inspired by their own things. For a head's up, the next few updates are to include, but not limited to! A sheet designed specifically for 1# Elemental type RP. 2# A horror type RP. 3# Medieval/Feudal. I am also looking to do a Sci-Fi type sheet, but we will have to see how that works out. I am also working on another sheet at the moment but the details are to be hidden until a later time, sooo.
