Ok, this role-play is going to based on the spin-off series Yu-Gi-Oh GX, although it will incorporate the elements of the original series, Yu-Gi-Oh in it as well.

It's the beginning of the new school year at Duelist Academy, and Jaden and his gang are returning for a whole new year filled with fun and excitement. However, there are new kids in town, as well as those new additions who are kicking up a ruckus in the school yard. But there's trouble brewing on the island, where a new gang of evil dudes are plotting to do their usual thing of world-domination and what-not. Balancing school work, and improving their decks have got to be hard work while defending the world from evil is the toughest, but will they make it?

I would also like people to play the Canon characters as well (eg. Jaden, Chaz, Alexis, etc.) as well as some of the teachers (Crowler, etc.) Feel free to create your kick-butt bad guys, I would love to see how they turn out! ^_^ You can role-play as many characters as you want. As long as you can role-play them ALL

*Gender Ratios kept even, would be nice. But it isn't a big concern.

*A max. of only 1 Banned Card in deck
*You may use made-ups of cards, but please keep it reasonable and must be confirmed prior to duel
*Duel FAIRLY. That means no winning the duel in one move. That's a no-no. Even if you can do it in two, or three...

Name: Jennifer Evangeline Loraine

Pic: She usually wears her hair either out or in two loose piggytails, depending on her mood. Her eyes are black and is usually seen with ribbons either around her neck or in her hair (differs with hairstyle).

But when she turns darker, especially in a duel, her facial expressions grow colder and more shadowy.

Bio: She transferred to Duel Academy by her own will, bored from living in her huge mansion with no company other than her maids and servants. Her parents work overseas, and only return once a year, due to their successful business. Although she has people to wait on her, hand and foot, she seeks more enjoyment out of her bored, private life and thus, arrived at Duel Academy as a new student to improve her basic skills and strategy.
Personality: Due to her lonely life, she is a mysterious girl, being secluded and reserved. She isn't very open, and tends to be cold at times. She has very few friends, but those who are close to her, remain there for life. Although she comes from a rich family, she hates others who bathe in wealth and brag about their good fortunes. People occasionally pick on her since she looks so fragile and can be easily won-over, but don't underestimate her abilities of quick-thinking.

Bio_-charoo never really had any friends in his life. he mostly spent time with his mother trying hard to work so they could buy the basic nessesitys. everyday when they left the store where they worked he stared at the poster for duel monsters. they incredible looking figures always intruged him. his moher noticed and for his 14 birthday surprised him with his first card the dark magician. after that he promised his mother that he would use that card. soon enough he made a rough deck and started to play. he eveantily get really good at the game and tried his hardest to win at turneys to get the prize money. soon after he was invited to duel acadamy. before he left he promised his mother that he would make her proud.
Personality happy go lucky becouse of his rough life. he makes friends quickly and is extremly nice. the only time he is ever pissed is when someone messes with his friends. is intelligent and quick thinking.

Bio:Always loving the duels and excitment of the duels Mike join duel academyto prove himself and see how he stack up to other level duelist.Back at home lazy at school,not keeping up with school and having teachers yell at him,he thought to be the best if he left and go for his dreams as a pro duelist.As a little kid he was always passionate about the game and played and trained with his best friends giving him support.When he was 10 years old he made a promise to his friends to be the best and go to Duel academy because he was the only one that had some skills.Being such great friends they saved up all they're money to buy two rare cards for him(turbo warrior) and (will tell later in story) to put in his deck and use them well.Also each one of them gave him three of their favorite and best cards to duel and he has use the cards ever since that day.So having that memory he promised that he will never let them down as he left to duel academy and make them proud.
Personality:Pretty layed back dude,calm but has a short-temper some times.Very clever and on his feet and thinks great under pressure or in a tight problem.get extremely angry when some unerestimates him and call cards useless.

Jennifer stepped down from the platform that led to the awaiting crowd from the ship. She stood there, admiring the landscape as ecstatic duelists rushed from all around her, eager to start their hard-working, training days of dueling. "So this is Duelist Academy..." she murmured, lightly jumping to the ground and still gazing at the massive building in the distance. "Assemble here!" she heard a hoarse, nasal voice yell over the noisy chattering. Slinging her shoulder bag over her right shoulder, she began walking towards the command, allowing the crowd to lead.

Walking off the ship taking his sweet time catch him some z's Mike suddenly hear a voice say in the background"Assemble here," from a stage as he saw walking off the ship.Mike muddering to himself says"Man heres so many cool people i want to duel it is crazy,"starting to get a major headache from all the excitment in him.After standing there shaking off the headache Mike rushes pushing people out the way to get to the very front of the stage that his deck started to fly out with the wind blowing them through the light blue sky.Shocked of what happened Mike quickly grabbed all the cards before they flew into the ocean then suddenly again hears a faint voice saying"alright everyone quiet down we have a important anouncement to make to all of you,"then Mike says with grief on his face"What now!!!".

Jennifer raised an eyebrow at the ghastly sight of what looked like a man wearing a blond wig on his mop-head that was charading around on the stage. "More like making a fool of himself," she muttered quietly, with a smirk on her face. "Before we complete your registration into your designated classes, we will now assign you to your appropiate dorms," the blond man who announced himself as Dr. Crowler. Though as important as it was, Jennifer found no interest, if any, little amusement to these boring notices. She heard a startled gasp and turned her head to see the sight. There, was another blonde boy who was clawing at the air, to what seemed like retrieving some of his cards that were caught in the updrift. "At least he's rational than that Crowler," Jennifer thought, raising her hand near her face swiftly and catching a card in-between her fingers. "Here, I think this is yours," she murmured in a soft voice, holding out the card to him with a small smile on her face.

"Loraine!" Crowler barked from the stage in his annoying nasal voice, "Slifer!" There was a hoot of laughter from a group of blue-cloaked duelists that were lounging around on the side and watching the newcomers arrive. Jennifer smiled meekly back at the two boys, one whom which had just appeared. "Be seeing you," she replied, quickly handing him his card, before sauntering away in the direction that Crowler had pointed to. When she was at a safer distance, away from the crowd, she slowed down her pace. She was used to being taunted at and made fun of, but that didn't make it any fun, "I bet they'll be in the Obelisk dorms too," she muttered to herself, referring to the two boys she had met and began the steep climb to the Slifer territory.

Lawliet walks off the ship looking around and thinks ' What happens after we figer out what dorms were in'. He looks at the ocean as he walks off the plank and begans walking around to find a good spot to find a spot to watch the ocean.As he finds a sit he lays down after taking he bag off and lays his back on a tree and puts his leg infront of his chest where his big toes are rubing each other and puts his hands on his knee caps, thinking of differant deminson.

Jennifer sighed as she trudged up the long hike, she could see the shabby dormitories of the Slifers looming up ahead. It wasn't that she found it tiring, but much rather the doubt if what she had gotten herself into was really worth the trouble kept gnawing at her mind. "Hey, new recruit!" excited voices called from up on the hill, and she could see beaming faces of boys and girls waving at her. "Just what I need..." she groaned, "A welcoming party."

Aero slowly walks off the boat being the last one off the boat. He looks around to see a huge crowd of people.
As Aero walks up to a stage he sees some guy shaking what seems to be an administrator. The administrator yells at him “Slifer Red you idiot!” As he reaches the stage his name is called by the administrator. Then the administrator says “Aero you will be put in the Slifer Red Dorms!” Then mocking him after words. When Aero gets up to the administrator he shakes his hand and says “It is nice to meet you.” As he leaves the stage he stomps on the Administrator’s foot than rushes off in the direction that the guy pointed in. As he gets there before the guy that was shaking the administrator he sees a young girl being greeted by a bunch of people. After reaching the dorm he stops to caught his breath.
