Abel nodded as a sign that he understood. He tossed a Wishing Jewel in front of him. It broke into a glittering trail that lead directly to Kalb.

Abel stopped in mid run as they got closer, there was a scent in the air, and not a friendly one. He quickly jumped onto the rooftop of a nearby building and looked around. In the distance he saw armed men waiting near where Kalb was. 'Its a trap.' he thought to himself. He ran from rooftop to rooftop as the other ran in the street. When the first guard was about to fire at Sasha, Abel attacked him from behind, silently cutting his throat before letting his body fall to the street below. The body landed on the sidewalk with like a crashing comet before forming a large pool of blood.

"Searchers!" Amethyst growled and sent the thought to her pack.

(Btw mason, since idk if you know but searchers are the enemies of guardians and there's a long history behind all that but yeah)

Razeke ran faster seeing the fire being towards Sasha, he had to catch up to her. He doubled his speed, racing past amethyst until he was within reach of Sasha.

Sasha just ran faster darting to the side, she bit a guard's artrey open then slinked past the next and threw the door

Kalb was whimpering clawing at the cage

Razeke leapt at a searchers neck sinking in his fangs until he reached bone. He let the body drop and chased after Sasha

Amethyst grabbed a hunters arm jerking him forward and stabbing him in the neck, she let the body fall and she threw a knife at another's head.

Abel continued to take out the Searchers that were stationed on the rooftops, letting their bodies fall where they may. He noticed one across from him on a separate roof. The Searcher aimed his rifle at the others. Abel raised his arm to him as two bow arms came out of the wrist plate on his suit and quickly fired a bolt between the mans eyes. The bow arms receded back into his stealth suit before Able continued to take down the ones that were left.

Amethyst looked at Sasha "Nows not the time to reuniting, Nows the time to escape." She said to Sasha and kalb.
Razeke watched and he chuckled as he opened his mind to Sasha and kalb "Whatcha get at the candy store,little man?" He joked wagged his tail slightly

Abel used a wishing gem to see what was going on. He smiled at their reunion, he missed seeing Sasha that happy. Before he could join them, his phone rang. It was a message saying he had a new target to eliminate. He returned the phone to his pocket before standing and heading towards James.

Razeke chuckled and nudged kalb with his muzzle "Nice." He said and headed after amethyst.

Amethyst nods and runs into the woods, she glanced back to see Abel heading into te woods and she had to sigh to herself before looking straight ahead.

Abel arrived in the office where James was pacing nervously.

"You seem nervous." Abel said as he walked in

"I'm nervous for you Mr. Midnight, you're target this time is different from your usual ones." James explained

"How so?" Abel asked

"Your target isn't Human, he's a Demon that has been deemed too unstable to exist." James explained as he handed him the file

Abel opened the file and read the information. The name of his next target was a Demon named Mason Rosecross

Razeke followed Sasha and kalb home. He shifted forms and walked into his house. "So everything good now?" He asked with a small smile.

Amethyst watched them walk off and then she went and laid down at a cliff, still in wolf form. She dropped her head to her paws and huffed out a sigh.
