Hey ya'll. Cue another newbie!

Hi guys,
The name is Ann, and I have to say it's rather weird to be naming myself as a newbie again, but here goes nothing! I have rp'd for years, since way back in the msn chat days, and ended up taking about a 2 year hiatus due too, you guessed it, life.
However, as of late, I've found that I had really begun missing 'it' and started googling (is that a word now?) frantically to try to find some avenue of rp release. I found your site and after doing a little research, am hoping that it will be a good fit and that I am able to make some new friends.
All in all this seems like a very well put together place, with some wonderful stories being told, and I'm excited to have a go at it. Hopefully I'll be meeting some of you soon.

Welcome to RoleplayGateway! I hope you enjoy your time here and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. The community is very helpful and usually if they don't know the answer to your question, they will point you to someone else that might be able to help!

I am going to give you some links that may help you out on the site. The RPG User Manual will give you some basic info on the site and how to use it and the Rules are short, sweet and to the point.

Once you get familiarized with the place, I'd suggest going to either the Interest Checks thread or the Roleplayers Wanted thread. Interest checks are for people looking to gather people for a roleplay that's in its planning stages and Roleplayers Wanted is a thread looking for people to join a RP that has already been created but simply needs more people!

In other news, googling is totally a word. I'm pretty sure they actually added it to the dictionary along with 'twerking' so I don't know how much credibility the dictionary technically has anymore... But I digress.

I can't even bring myself to say what came to my mind first when I read this sentence... lets just say I've had the same problem, but probably in a different context.

Dirty thoughts aside, welcome to the site! I can't give you much in the way of directions as I am a bit of newb myself. That doesn't stop me from talking about every subject imaginable as if I am an expert, though.

Hey there. I can't help but notice that you haven't joined any roleplays yet and just wanted to check if you were finding your way around the site alright.
