First, you join a million other RPs. Then, after you get rank, you start an RP. Otherwise, nobody will come and join your RP, because nobody knows who you are.
Want to prove me wrong? Then join the RP at my proboards site here. It currently has one member. Me.

Of course, you'll probably have a far easier time getting myriad followers than me...

About your signature...
If you want your environment to be a product of me, I suggest getting banished to a previously nonexistent plane of existence, and having supernatural powers. That sort of happened to me, and, as a by-product, my environment became a product of me.
