Looking for literate, but not pretentious, players!

Heyo, I'm currently looking for players for my game "The Outsider: A Season of Mists", which is a hodge podge of modern and fantasy elements, taking slight inspiration from sources like Supernatural, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and the works of Neil Gaiman.

The basic storyline is that the players are all gathered together to visit their old college professor, Franz Brockenboch, who is something of an eccentric. Brockenboch reveals that he has captured an angel, an agent of God in actual, corporal form. Through a series of events*, the players must accompany this angel, Yriel, on a road trip across America to fulfill his duties. As Yriel reveals, the things that go bump in the night are very real, kept at bay by his actions, and unless something is done they will bring about great disaster. With his powers stripped, they are given an option: to help him go against the nightmares and playthings of our subconscious or die. They soon realize that they have become a part of something far bigger than they had ever intended.
