Andromeda could have shown up whenever you think makes sense with everyone else's timeline. I haven't actually written her history yet, but I'm thinking she was given over to the asylum sometime in her early teen years, if that seems reasonable. Like I said, though, that's completely flexible.

Well, I think the intent of reservations makes sense: you have a story, you need x amount of characters to run it properly, and you don't want everyone trying to be your combat engineer or whatever.
