This thread is for the Mutant NPC that will appear and attack various HMR bases of operation about the city. You will be in charge of playing the NPC you submit. The CS for the NPC is as follows.

Clarissa (Blizzard) has blond hair and icy blue eyes, she seems harmless yet behind her smile, she's a very cold woman. Harsh and unforgiving, just like a Blizzard.

Rose (Blaze) has fiery red hair and green eyes. She's got plenty of freckles, but they add to her innocent look and her soft pink lips make her seems less dangerous than her counterpart.

Powers:
Clarissa (Blizzard) has Ice based powers.

• Ice Generation - Clarissa can generate and project ice from her body, using them as spikes that impale her foes or as a shield to protect her from on coming attacks. She can also turn her body into ice, Ice Form.
• Ice Touch - Clarissa can freeze any object that she touches, including living organism which may be used to lethal results. Only whenever she is in her Ice Form.
• Ice Manipulation - Clarissa can create, shape and manipulate ice. If Clarissa focuses hard enough she can control the cold with a form and freeze the water molecules in the surrounding area, helping her manipulate the ice better.

Rose (Blaze) has fire based powers.

• Fire Aura - Rose can surround herself in fire becoming hot to the touch. She could burn anything that she touches. She could achieve flight manipulating the flames around her to lift her.
• Fire Manipulation - Rose can create, shape and manipulate fire. If Rose, focuses hard enough, she can cause combustion of highly flammable objects and then manipulate that fire to her advantage. Her fire aura can also be manipulated and used as fire balls.
• Fire Immunity - A generally passive ability, Rose is immune to fire and heat, making her non-flammable and immune to burns.

Small bit of info:
Both raised under the same roof as sisters, they learnt about their abilities whenever Clarissa turned 14 and Rose turned was still 9. Clarissa made them flee from their home and Rose has been by her side ever since, doing whatever Clarissa tells her to do.

1)Disintegration:
Andrew can cause molecules to cohesion or in a simpler form make things fall apart on a molecular level. However it requires physical touch to disintegrate an object.

Small bit of Info:
Sadly Andrew is incapable of turning off his ability. Because of this he would often get into trouble with HMR for accidentally killing someone. Andrew also rarely sleeps due to paranoia and insomnia, often lashing out a people and disintegrating them.

Elemental energy manipulation and conversion:
Has the ability to harvest raw energy from natural elements, convert and redirect them into forms of offensive energy. Evan most commonly pulls energy from the earth as it is the easiest for him to manipulate. When using his power he can manipulate a particular elemental force literally or simply borrow the energy from the element to focus into blasts of energy. He can also store the energy for later use.

When literally manipulating an element he must be near it to control it. For example, he could create a fissure by focusing his power on the earth and ground nearby, or to create a tidal wave he needs to be near a large body of water. To shock someone he must pull electricity from either a lighting storm or a nearby source of electricity. He must focus on one element at a time thus he cannot control multiple elemental energies at once.

He can also convert the stored energy or channeled energy into his limbs for charged melee attacks. (ex. Fire punch, ice breath, electric kick, etc.)

Enhanced endurance and strength:
The stored energy in his body helps him maintain a resistance to heavy physical damage. Spending time outdoors and in an element itself (ex. Standing in water or having his feet in the soil) helps him recharge his stored elemental energy. He can also channel this energy to improve his physical strength.

Speed:
By converting wind energy Evan can move swiftly like he wind. However this ability only works in short bursts like the wind gusts. He has not learned to fly but thrust himself across an area.



Small bit of info:
Evan can be a tad hot headed when angered. He is the president of a large corporate conglomerate.

Chlorokinesis:
Oliver can create, shape and manipulate plants, including wood, vines, plants, even moss and (for practical reasons) fungus, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits and flowers. He can cause plants to grow, move/attack or even rise from the soil and "walk", mutate plants by rearranging DNA structure, and revive withered or dead plants.

Oliver can use their power for defense and support by growing plants from the ground and make them sprout seeds/fruits/berries, or even to possibly use plant chemicals to heal people or objects or manipulate their properties for a wide range of effects.

Oliver has the ability to deal a series of offensive techniques on a target. Making the plants as weapons enables users to grasp and strike continuously with vines and roots, project thorns at a distance, and quickly regenerate the withering weapons at the user’s will. He can cause horticulture found, i.e. wrap of vines, to grow and climb around a target's neck, causing choking, or even strike with plants. A more subtle technique is to release damaging toxins and pheromones, affecting targets in which conditions should be treated quickly with ailments.


Pheromone Control:
Oliver’s body produces pheromones that make people susceptible to mind control around him, although strong-minded people are usually capable of resisting. Oliver is known to be able to seduce men and women alike, often using pheromones to do so but even without the pheromones his looks and charms are still an asset that can seduce.


Toxikinesis:
His body has an overdose of plant and animal based toxins in his blood stream that make his touch deadly while also allowing him to boost his immunity to all poisons, viruses, bacteria, and fungi. Oliver can create the most potently powerful floral toxins. Often these are secreted from his lips and administered via a kiss. They come in a number of varieties, from mind controlling drugs to instantly fatal necrotics. His skin can be toxic as well, although contact with it is usually not fatal.

Toxic Immunity:
Immunity to all toxins, bacteria, and viruses.

Photosynthetic Healing:
He shares the ability of photosynthesis with plant life and can heal his body of injury swiftly in the sunlight. This healing factor is not nearly as strong in the moonlight.

Oliver Cassidy has a history of seductive behavior, and has proven to be highly manipulative. He has showcased excellent control over his powers. He can communicate with plant life, it is even theorized that he could know secrets regarding the Earth’s natural history by simply communicating with older living plants. Cassidy is currently a student of Emma Frost’s.

Powers: Her abilities revolve, primarily, around controlling the thoughts and actions of others. It is very similar to hypnosis. Her powers rarely work on other mutants however.

Forced Popularity - Humans are naturally drawn to her, often willing to do anything from share a secret to simply adoring the beauty her powers make their minds see.

Suggestive thought/speech - She can influence the actions of others either by telling them to do something or sending them a telepathic message, but this requires skin contact. It is not guaranteed that her ability will work. As the name suggests, she can only influence someone's decision about performing an action. Also, her ability can only work if it is spoken as a question or worded right.

Hypnotic Hands - With skin contact, Erika can put someone into a trance with massaging hand movements on the skin. It only lasts as long as she continues but after she stops they will be tired and will take a few minutes before they can get up and find their balance. In this state they are more susceptible to manipulation by her other ability, and telepaths in general.

Small bit of info: A single mother of two after her husband died in a car crash. Has a habit of being a bit of a bossy, control-freak. She is nice, happy go lucky and playful, but has been known to be a bit of a bitch occasionally.

Has the ability to harden atmospheric particles into shards of diamond crystals that are capable of powerful explosions on impact. He has shown the ability to create other precious jewels given the right atmospheric elements are present. He has learned to control when or if a crystal will detonate and how powerful the explosion. He can telekinetically control these shards and he seems to be able to control other geological matter to a certain extent. He has learned to form shields and weapons of crystal to defend him-self. He can direct these shards at will as if using telekinesis.



Small bit of info:
Niles had always showcased a fascination for geology and precious jewels. His mutant powers surfaced one day when his father took him with him to work, a diamond mine. Niles (at the time age 21) created many diamond shards that floated in the air around him. One of the other workers wanted to test the jewel for authenticity as it looked like a diamond and struck it. The shard exploded however the explosion was very minor so no one was hurt. His parents sent him to Emma Frost’s school for mutants to study and control his power. He gained considerable control of his power and even dated Emma frost for a short time period as they both had abilities that related to diamonds, there was common ground. He runs a successful jewel company and apparently has many rivaling for his number one spot. His mutant status was revealed and his competitors sold him out to the HMR. He refuses to be taken in by the HMR and called Emma for advice which was, “Fight for your freedom and the freedom of other mutants.”



Cerebro notes:
Generally good natured, but can easily be manipulated given you appeal to his emotional side. He enjoys being of a prominent status as he has fought all his life to strive to have better than his parents had. Alpha class mutant.
