4)You may be either a defending Konoha nin, or a Biju. We need both, and only 9 Biju will be accepted.
5)I would like to ask that you do not kill/take control of anyone without their permission. That's god-modding, people.
6)Bijus-Try not to use an animal that is already in use in the canon.
