Loyal to a mysterious dark over-lord. Rhynos was once a normal family man. Until he was kidnapped and genetically altered with the DNA of a rhinoceros. With massive horns on his head that when given enough momentum, can break through just about anything. enhanced strength and senses. This over powering brute was driven to insanity after being brainwashed. Now he is set loose upon the under-city. Destroying all in his path.

Zyphera
Totally loyal to her villain brethren. She literally worships The Dark-One as a god. Following his orders and the orders of his agent Faust without question. She is capable of both Gravity manipulation and Regeneration/Durability. She has been able to heal faster then normal and loose entire limbs yet still have them completely grow back at relatively quick speeds. This allows her to take on more and powerful hits then most people.

Core Haron
One of the Corporate Military's best and brightest. Son of the North Americana District, Corporate Governor. He was once captured in a firefight by terrorists. For almost two years he was tortured, scared and forced to do slave labor. Until one day the U.A.P. raided the terrorist base and rescued him. But in Core's opinion they came too late. In a matter of moments, he managed to detonate a powerful bomb that killed almost 30,000 people. He is a skilled master in almost every known form of weaponry and martial arts. With great vengeance, he seeks to kill his father and the rest of the Corporate Military leaders that abandoned him to his dark fate.

A one of a kind Meta-Human, born with the power to generate Water and Ice at will. He can then manipulate the water/ice in any way. Not much is known about him accept that he was once a former agent of the Unity Intelligence Agency. (U.I.A.) Long since fired from his original job, he now works as a mercenary. Doing the Corporations dirty work.

Gordan Wrath
A mysterious figure from the eastern, South Americana District. Once a hard core psychopathic serial killer, responsible for the murder of almost a thousand innocent people. It has been legend that no prison could hold him. Which is true. He has the power of phasing/intangibility which allows him to walk through walls and just about any other obstacle.The only thing he can't pass through is an energy barrier. He also has increased strength and speed. When he makes a decision to do something, he wont let anything or anyone get in his way.

Kaovad
A strong and determined bank robber from the western, North Asiatic District, who is skilled in the art of trickery, deceit and theft. He cares about nothing but money. Kaovad has the power of phasing/intangibility which allows him to walk through walls. But he can not pass through any type of energy barrier and the longer he stays in his intangible phase, the weaker he becomes physically.

Agent Natalia Luciom/ Code name: Neon
Agent Natalia was once a prized covert agent of the Unity Intelligence Agency (U.I.A.) She eventually went rogue and murdered the majority of her superior officers. She hates being told what to do. She is the master of her destiny, no one else. As an agent she volunteered to take part in an experimental program which gave her enhanced psychic abilities, including telepathy, telekinesis, and memory manipulation. Now she seeks a new life away from the U.I.A. that are constantly hunting her down. The reward for the hero bounty is exactly what she needs to start a new life.

Dr. Valorn
A mad scientist from the 2nd generation who believes his cause is righteous. He is a lover of nature and wildlife. But at the age of 65 he was diagnosed with a deadly disease and only a few years to live. With a brilliant and hyper intelligent mind, Dr. Valorn was able to create an artificial Android body and download his mind into it. Essentially giving him increased strength, speed and agility. Making him immune to sickness and all the weaknesses of a flesh and blood body. With his new found power, he seeks to create a machine that will create an earthquake so massive that the whole of civilization will crumble into dust. Allowing nature to once again take its rightful place as ruler of the world.

Oberon
Oberon was the original singularity. The first AI, created in 2054(AD). He has no physical body but has the ability to travel between and possess/control anything electronic. This also include The Android Police, any robotic machine, gadgets/electronic devices, etc. Not much is known about how Oberon came to be evil, but he is well known as the king of Cyber-space and the Over-lord of all AI. Officially, Oberon answers directly to the Supreme Patron. But occasionally he may decide to go on rogue missions or follow his own agenda for a short period of time.
