Now Many people seek to the ultimate treasure hidden in the Grand line but some people have other dreams such as world domination, finding legendary creatures, becoming legendary heroes ect.
Rules:( Suggestions are needed)

2. You can be a Pirate, Marine, Villager almost anything you want just
3. Remember if your a Pirate you need to start in North, West, South, or East blue. No Pirates can start in the Grandline, although Marines can start off in the grandline.
4. Bounty System- Here's how the Bounty system works you can start off with a bounty from 0 to 1000 but no higher than that. Depending on your actions such as killing people or wiping out a Marine Ship your Bounty will be raised.
5. You can have as Many characters and NPC's as you want just keep up with them.
6. Keep all OOC in the OOC topic
7. If you want to start a storyline PM me the plot of the story. You can have a minor or Major. Minor means it revolves around you or a small group of rpers and Major means it affects many rpers. Their can be multiple minor stories but only one to two major stories going on at a time.
8. NPC Templates can be shorter than normal templates.
9. You must create your own Devil Fruit you cannot use any from the show. (Unless filler or used by very minor characters)Remember you can be as creative as you want though as long as you can't become water and you have to have the weakness of water. Also they can be cancelled by Seastone

Personality: He is always calm no matter what the situation even if it seems he is about to die and he is somewhat lazy. He will not start fights, although he has no problem finishing them. He will usually refuse to engage in any physical activities although he will if he has too. He is very intelligent and is able to come up with strategies to take on powerful opponents.

Bounties: 200- He has stolen many things he needs such as food and clothes although never hurt anyone except for a few marines.
Devil fruit: He has the airo airo fruit which allows him to manipulate air and wind. Like many Logia users he is able to complexly turn into wind or turn certain parts of his body into wind. He does this to travel great distances and avoid potentially fatal blows. He is extremely resistant to physical attacks. He can control and manipulate air making him powerful he is able to manipulate wind for purposes such as flying and he can bend the wind in various ways. He is able to dodge many physical attacks and sense he controls wind he always has wind to control. He is skilled with his devil fruit although he has not mastered it.
Techniques:
Oxygen Absorbtion: With his control over air he is able to absorb oxygen from living creatures which would therefore kill them. This is one of his more advanced techniques and he is trouble using this move. He can only use it on one person at a time and he has to be physically touching them. This is a slow process although it does slowly weaken the opponent it makes him extremly tired to use this technique. This is a last resort technique.
Air sphere: This is his main form of combat he gathers air into a sphere and fires a sphere of air at his opponent. This is a fast moving projectle and is so strong it is capable of denting metal.
Air bullets: This is his favorite technique gathering wind he creates small orbs made of air and fires them radidly imitating a machine gun these air orbs are capable of going right through flesh and denting strong materials.
Tornado Shield: This is another one of his favorite techniques he gathers the wind and surrounds his body in a minature torando. He is not yet able to surround his body in a full sized tornado although this miniature version is strong enough to deflect projectile attacks and prevent close range attacks. This technique can only be mantained for two minutes.
Weapons: He has a regular katanna.
Skills: He has a devil fruit and is very skilled using it. He can wistand large amounts of pain although he is not capable of superhuman feats of strength or speed. Although he can wistand large amounts of pain because of his devil fruit he dosen't usually receive physical pain. He also has a special form of sword fighting focusing on cutting off body parts such as hands or choping things up. He has average fighting skills but his powers and sword fighitng cover up his lack of any good physical combat skills.
Bio/History: Mike was born in a poor family who could barely afford food much less anything else. His father died of a heart attack and as such he got a job working at a restaraunt to support his mom and little sister. While working at the restaraunt the head Chef Mapeto taught him to cook telling him that if he could cook he could support his family. He had a natural talent for cooking and was able to learn fast. He eventually became a personal assitant for the Chef and made enough money to buy a house for his family. Eventually he became a chef at the restaraunt althuogh his life changed when some pirates payed him by giving him a special fruit.
He took one bite of the fruit and barely managed to swallow it because of it's horrible taste. He gained the powers to manipulate wind and accidently used them to destroy part of the restaraunt. Although no one ever found out he caused the damage he gave his mom and sister a lot of money and left home hoping to join a pirate crew. He has been sending money and letters to his family back home. He is currently at Logue town where he plans to stock up on food,money, and clothes.

Personality: She is very manipulative often manipulating people into doing her dirty work and very greedy.She will do many things to get more money and she is very selfish not caring what happens to her crew as long as she gets richer. The only thing she enjoys more than money is food which she seems to always be consuming. She enjoys eating and will eat anything including living creatures. She is a glutton eating and never seeming to get full. She also has horrible manners.
She is very spoiled always wanting more than she is and loves to complain. She is very sadastic as she enjoys torturing people and killing but she is not mentally unstable she knows what she's doing.She considers herself above the law and hates authorites. She loves to have her way and never listens to people. She is cruel hearted and is very beuitful. She also demands respect from people and thinks she constnatly deserves royal treatment. Causing chaos is another one of her hobbies aside from robbery and eating. Last but not least she will often seduce men to get what she wants.

Tetsu Burrows- Her older brother and guardian Tetsu. He is suppose to protect her and often acts as a personal servant to her. He wields two swords and is a great sword fighter.
Nisu Burrows - A girl who is an amazing cook. She is Kathy's sister and best friend. She enjoys cooking and often seduces/manipulates men so she dosen't need to fight. Although she has some skills she is able to make various types of posions and use throwable daggers.
Boat: She has a large ship which has many rooms and has lots of supplies. Their are many weapons on her ships such as guns,knives, gun-powder. Their are many cannons on her ships. While it is made of wood it has been painted pink and red.
Bounties: 1000- She has this high bounty because of many robberies and injuring some marines.
Devil fruit: She has eaten the size sizue fruit allowing her to manipulate size. Thanks to this fruit's ability she can change her size at will as well as other objects size. She can decrease her size allowing her to spy on people and learn information about different situations. She can chose what size she shrinks down too for example she can shrink down a few feet to pretend to be a child or shrink down and become a few inches tall to fit through small areas or pretending to be a small bug crawling around. She is very creative and can use her ability in many ways. She can be reduced to micrscopic size which makes her extremly weak and easy to be killed.
She can reduce objects in size such as a basketall making it the size of an ant. When she shrinks things they become weaker and very weak. She can mentally decide the size of things and how small they wll be. She can reduce things a few feet,inches, or to microscopic size. She can shrink multiple things at once and she can turn larger objects into smaller objects. She has different levels of shrinkage for example she can shrink people a few feet, or make them a certain amount of inches such as half an inch or a full inch. She can make something toy sized which makes it weak although the victim is stronger than if they were only inches tall.
She can reduce things to microscopic size in which their bodies are very weak compared to normal humans. Any normal human can easily kill them at microscopic size although they are small that things such as a piece of cereal is massive and is as heavier than building. They are small and cannot be seen or heard except by somone with enhanced senses. She can also cause things to grow in size and she can increase the size of her hands or feet for powerful blows. She can increase the size of her feet for super leaps.
She can increase her size to different sizes the larger she becomes the more powerful she becomes and normal things such as breathing can create destructive blasts of wind. Inhaling can rip tree's of their roots and large amounts of people can be sent flying into her mouth. Her strength and durability increase and thanks to her already great power. She is much more powerful than most Giants and become extremly large like Oz or even larger.
Techniques:
Size Size Kid: Using this technique she shrinks down a few feet to look like a child. In this form she retains her normal abilties although weakened because of her decreased size and this is mainly used to get into areas only kids would be allowed to get in or things.
Size Size lung shrinkage: She uses this technique to shrink somone's lungs allowing her to choke them and if she shrinks them too long she can choke somone to death.
Size Size Muscle Expansion. Another one of her strongest moves when she begins to expand's a part of the body usually the brain which will cause it to burst out the head killing him.
Reduction: This is one of her main's techniques and she can reduce people in size.
Growth: She can increase in size.

Skills: Kathy Burrows is a powerful pirate who is a master of many martial arts style's. Thanks to her martial arts training she knows many powerful moves and has increadible strength. She is also very fast able to move at increadible speeds and take large amounts of pain. She has mastered her devil fruit's abilties although she is constantly using it in different ways. She can use Rokushiki as well. She also has enhanced senses which is useful in seeing shrunken things.
Bio/History: She was born in South blue on Karate island the second oldest sibling the first oldest being her brother who began martial arts training at a young age. Her family was one of the rich's families in the world and as a result she was also very rich. She trained hard in martial arts and had natural talent becoming more skilled than her brother and sister. She was very skilled and trained hard for two reasons she was always eating and she enjoyed causing pain.
Using her marital arts skills she would often beat people up. She wanted more power and learned of the devil fruits she obtained one and the power was perfect for her. She was so skilled that she was taught the art of Rokushiki and after some years of training was able to master the powerful art. She also had her devil fruit and had been training those abilties and she killed her master the only person knowing Rokushiki in Karate Island so no one else could learn. She left home with all her parents money, her brother. and her sister. She has been traveling commiting minor crimes but plans to be famous. Now that she is close to Lougetown she plans to cause more chaos.
