I am still writing my characters for this roleplay, as well as planning the first storyline and preparing additional setting details and fluff. Feel free to express interest, read what I'm currently adding and express any opinions or input on the setting or ideas. I'd recommend not starting on your character until I've approved your joining. Or until I've added more information on the roleplay, for that matter.

Incidentally, I don't do the whole "character template" thing. I don't want anyone to join unless they can produce their own interesting character concept. I'm definitely not going to give you a "face claim" to tell you what your character has to look like. (You can include a face claim if you like but I prefer physical descriptions and kind of resent that the site makes you choose character avatars...) I might say that I need someone to play a henchman of the local Lord, or a criminal, or a visitor from another town or something, but nothing more specific than that.

And always accepting any and all questions about the roleplay.

Just posting to say that I've added a thread describing some of the different kinds of magic available to magic-using characters. I thought I should also specify that when I say 25% of people in Pandaemonium are affected by the magic-using mutation, that means they have the potential to learn to use magic. The number of people who actually devote their time and energy to becoming magic users is much smaller.
