Prologue
Long ago, many years when ships were still confined to water. A crew shipwrecked into a long lost island. All but 4 were alive in this crash as they discovered a valiant old lost civilization... No inhabatants...The more thay discovered the plane the more about this civilization they foun out.. it was once a holy ground to the gods as people mingled about such as society today... This place was soold and its riches were unmarkable. But they couldnt get it to their pirate selves to stealk any of thease relics and sell them...
Later, The rest of the world cought up, and the government (as they call it) found about this island. Well the 4 inhabitants didnt want the governmant greedy hands to take over this once prospatic holy grounds... so they took up arms as battled the ships that came through. Waves and waves they valiantly fought almost devistating the tide of war... That was untill their strenght finally gave out, and they were killed on the spot.
The gods had watched thease 4 valiantly defend their land, Even though they lost, and the govenrment took their pluder. The Gods released their souls and plced them into 4 suits of armor. Then the whole grand island took off the ground and slowly sailed away into the sky's above... allowing the water to fill its place.
Many centries later, when the plant became so largly populated they began to use the sea to build custom made lands. Ships were not essintal any more. So they manufactored airship's that could fly in the clouds into space even. Pirates were of course still around and they took to this quite well.
One band of pirates took to the skys, they were fleeing from the government as they were being chases... The captian made a daring move to soar higher and higher into the sky... the military soon stopped the case but they pirates still rose higher...
"Land hoooo!" a crew mate called out. the captain busted out wondering what the man was talking about... veryone had their eyes on this floating peice of lad in the sky... intriged the captian called to advance... and investigate this wondered land. As they approached it seemed eerie how slow moving this land was... but the took dock, and they were flabergausted to what they have saught before them.
Curiosity took them off their boats as they roamed the lands... they soon found out how large this land was and took out small ships to cover more land... Where they found the largest castle they broke in... This in turn awoke the 4 great sleepers as they found intruders...
they let them live a bit, allowing them to ponder into this enormus castle with wonder... Then the four appeared from nothing, like ghosts form the neather, their souls eterinally chained to the land and their souls bouded by the suit of armors that stood many storied tall. Only a fraction of the castle they took as you would be an ant in the godly structure.
Majority of the crew fled but found all doors sealed off.. the 4 spoke out in a dark ghostly manner "Who are you, those whom intrude on our lands". The captain studdered out frightend "Well... sir... truth be in order.. We were running from the government.. and we stumbled apon your land..." he took a gulp, and turned white.
"But--but we found this large sum of land just floating in the sky... and well... we were intriged by such a sight... for no one ever said anyhting about a huge sum of land in the sky..." "and you seek to steal our riches? pirates?" one of the four shouted. The captain yealped and cowered to the booming voice "N-n-no... p-p-piarates? we be no sort of that!"
"SILENCE! Fool, you are waving the pirate flag on your ship! Do not lie to us!" The captain cowered and begged for forgivniss... "Heed not mercy from us... for our history has been kept dark for many centuries... do you dispise the government such as we do?" the kindest o the 4 asked. all the crew nodded still frightend "Then take up our offer... otherwise death seek to you...."
The captain looked at his crew who all nodded yes "What... what is it you request O' Great ones?". "You will become our subjects... And a title shall be deemed worthy..." The eldist spoke "Pirates of the Sky, shall be our orginization... Go... and forge this organization of pirates, and recuit the best and the most defiant of the government." "y-yes sir!!" he shouted.. and with that he fled
Fled from the castle and feld to his ship... he feld from his boat away from the land but somthing still haunted him...his ship acted diffrently... it wasnt as free.. but an eerie voice sounded in the captains head "You are bound to us, as we are bouded to our land... you can go and roam but we remain... you know always were we are, come back to us in a year from today.. bring with you many formitable pirates... unless you do not abide by our terms..." another voice spoke "and forge the orginazation...with rules and such... always gata have rules" "shutup! we're supposed to be all obnious!" "Sorry..." the arugement ended as the captain stayed in his loge... on a parchemt he started to write....
The Creed
1. Ye Captains shall attend the Grand Court every Two years. If ye are found absent, then ye shall be found disbanded and saught as a target till dead.
2. Ye captain shall have full command during the time of engagement, and shall have authority at all other times to conduct the ship accordingly. He who disobays him may be punished unless majority vote agenst said punisment.
3. If ye captain's vesel is shipwrecked, the crew pledges to remain until he has possessed himself of a vessel. If the vessel is the common property of the crew, the first vessel captured shall belong to ye captain with one shar of the spill
4. Ye onboard medic shall receive pay fro matinence for their medic chests and receive one share.
5. Ye other officers shall receive each a single part,and if ye distinguish yourself, the crew will determine how much reward to be givin ye.
5. Ye spoil taken from a captured ship yo be distributed in equal portion.
6. Ye supplies and rations are to be shared equaly
7. If one brother steals from another, his nose or ears are to be cut off. If he sins agian, he is to be givin a musket, bullets, lead and a bottle of water and marooned on an island.
8.If there is any doubt in a dispute between ye brothers, a court of honor is to decide the verdict. If a brother is proved in the wrong, the first time he shall be pardoned, but should he offend agianhe shall be tied to a gun, and there he shall receive from each of the ships company one strike of the lash. The same punishment shall be given to ya among us, including officers, who shall get drunk, while on the ship, to the point of losing ye senses.
9. Whoever shall be placed on sntry, and upon his post shall go to sleep, shall in the first case be lashed by all the rothers, and should he agian, his head shall be split.
10.all ye who shall plot to desert, or having deserted shall be captured, shall have ye head split open.
11. Quarrles between several brothers whilist aboard ye ship shall be setteld ashore with pistol and sword. He that draws first blood shall be the victor. No striking another whilist on board ye ship.

The story Thus far
Its been almost 1000 years since the start of the New Pirate orginization. There are now well over 4000 regiments, which are a captain and his fleet. The government has lost their current Emperor and is now inducting a new Emperor... who promises to finish what the last one has started.. but the pirates all know hes going to take up into a dictatorship. The new Emperor did just that... he has now delcared a war agenst all pirates, and has started to send many military ships out to board, capture, and/or kill any and all pirates. Many of the free pirates hide, in fear of this new Emperor. But the Pirates of the Sky find this all but amusing, and still hold strong. Many fleets have bonded alliances and friendships, while other find rivaly but still value the brothership they hold, uually if you find a quarril, its all fun and games.
The setting of the word would be Fantasy-Future. Yes there are eletronics and what not. But weapons arnt as sofiticated as automatics and what not, its till pistols and swords. (for those Gamers, Think of it as Final Fantasy 12)
The cities as we know are not floating in the air, though lores and legends say there are flating cities. The Grand island in the sky is what we think they refrence by, but they say small quanities not a huge landmass, though the land is too high up to look at by looking up. The government is always technologically advanced than the pirates... but currently the pirates have been catching up if not alredy on their level.
You are abord the Zodiac Armada, Captained by Admiral Zionaga. His fleet is massive, bearing 20 smaller vessels that hang around a gigantic cargo carrier. and it dose just that, Part of this carrier is to transport free goods to outlaying ports back and forth, as well as raiding military bases. No day is boring on this massive ship. For its firepower is beyond comprehension. Its main cannon is an artilery Cannon, which shoots up to 400 miles away, 250 with dead-eye accuracy. This ship is well known to the government and has never been touched by even a bullet, due to the many normal sized ships that fly around it defending from any threat or ship that comes into view.
The next Grand Meeting is 100 days from now.
The Rules
No God Modding! NPC guards are easy kills but if you facing some eleite officer make it worth a fight.

Name: Your first name, and if you choose a last.
Age: keep it form a child 18+
Rank on ship: for officer status, I only acquire 2 generals, a first mate, and a few hand picked captains.
PM me if at all possible... (Generals are filled, First mate is filled, just a few capns now
)Weapons: Like a pistol and a sword. non like bazookas or any moder/future weapons
Apperience: Pictures are acceptable, But descriptions must not be too short.
History or Bio: ifthis is optional... you chaater can be reviled during the RP, or you wanna be all mr.mesterious <obnious music>
The Officers
Admiral: Zenatsu Zionaga - Hes the head dog of the Zodiac Armada. Hes the one who represents you in the Grand meeting as well as makes all the deshions on shore leave or torture your soulless bodies.
1st Mate: Ikmarne Kenjare - basically hes an Archianian. Which is a Roman rank where he only takes orders from the centurian, in this case the admiral. He takes orders strictly from the admiral, and only the admiral. He cannone give orders unless instructed by the admiral to do so, and he cannot be ordered to do somthig unless it is by the admiral himself.
General: Nimira & Rain il-Vec - thease are the guys whom are what i would say "the voice" of admiral Zen, they usually give out order to the ship zodiac and the other 20-30 ships that are in captains controls.
Captain - Thease guys are basically their own command of their ships, they direct their cres to work thei ships, however The generals and the admiral are still ableo to commadeer their ships and redirect them otherwise (usually they shouldnt, they would stright up yell at you to do somthing) During battle however, it has became a charateristinc for the captains to band togeather and start making their own tatical attacks and such apart from what zen ordres, this band is what makes the zodiac armada so well prosparic.
I.E: Say the admiral orders to kill Target A. so the band begins to make their own tactical manuvers to kill Target A. Kinda like the military.
