(RESOLVED) Can't change character picture

The Thread title is self-explanatory, i uploaded a 100x100 px jpeg file, but it just won't show as my character's picture, tried several times and had no success
what am i doing wrong?

Edit: And i have no error messages

EDIT2:Guess it needed time to update? it showed up

This is a common issue, probably one that has been addressed in about 90% of the Help Forum threads lately.

You need to clear your cache and refresh your browser. The picture is uploading properly, but you aren't seeing it because your browser is pulling its memory of Gateway from cache.

If that doesn't work, please let me know.
