Welcome to Kazahana Academy (風花学園), where beautiful flowers are in bloom all year round. Specializing in idol training, this school has a long and prestigious history of training young boys and girls to become idols. By focusing on bettering their strengths and weaknesses, by the time our students graduate they'll have the skills and training necessary to enter the entertainment and idol industry. Our school is known for its students' hard work and team building, and has a reputation of accepting students who are kind, good-natured, and—

... —Okay. So you've probably figured out that what was said above is bullshit. The truth is, most of the people at this school are obsessed with becoming the best idol to leave the academy. They'll lie, cheat, and sabotage their way to the top, stopping at nothing to get what they want. Consequences are just an afterthought, and most won't even hesitate to drag their teammates down with them. It's a dog eat dog world out there, and Kazahana Academy is just the start of it.

Among the idol units at this school, there are eight that are known by all. Four boy groups, and four girl groups. Basically, these guys are the best of the best, to the point where other groups freeze in intimidation at the mere mention of their names. The units are as follows:

goodKNIGHT! is a duo of two princely types who are charming, flirtatious, and above all, chivalrous. They act like princes (at least to their fans), and whether it's an act or not varies from member to member. They are very mischievous by nature outside of their princely act, and are known to commit the majority of the mischievous acts that occur around school.

House of Cards are boys who love hard rock and have an overall gritty style. Outwardly, they appear pompous, edgy, and unruly. There are rumors, however, that in reality they're just regular kids who want to look cool. They're equal parts mischievous and equal parts do-gooder, but they don't like it when pranks go too far.

HanaKotoba is a solo unit comprised of one boy who likes Japanese Rock mixed with traditional Japanese music. He appears as samurai who is honorable and chivalrous, as if he really does live by the samurai code of honor. Of course, since he goes to this school, he could be just as mischievous as ever.

boys club! is a unit of boys who simply love everything cute! They have a general poppy sound and always look like they're having fun with their cute dance moves. Don't be fooled, though—these boys are mostly pure evil. They have the most devious pranks, and you'd never expect it because they look so sweet and cute!

PRiNCeLY is a unit made of girls who love princessy girls. They're knightly and act like princes, despite being girls. They're very charming and know how to make any girl's heart flutter. They are mainly only attracted to girls, especially the girls in Glass Slipper. They constantly try to woo the girls in that unit, and try to protect them from any sabotage attempts. They are passive unless someone messes with the Glass Slipper girls, and they are also known rivals with goodKNIGHT!.

Glass Slipper is a unit of girls who are princesses through and through. They love to be pampered, and they loved to be called princess. They're all elegant and, while some are good-natured at heart, others are downright nasty. They are doted on much by PRiNCeLY and goodKNIGHT!, though the reviews are mixed from the girls.

Ningyo no Dansu is a group of girls who are all gothic lolita in fashion. They appear to be good-mannered, cool, and a bit scary, and some have spread rumors that they're secretly witches. However, even the scariest members of the group are most likely chuunibyous, and the group itself is overall harmless. The pranks they pull are mostly innocent, but who knows just how far these girls can go...

cutiepop is a girl group who are notable for their bright smiles, cute appearances, and bubbly music. Being the least intimidating of the eight top idol units, they appear to others as sweet, friendly, and innocent. Don't be fooled, however; some of them are just as mischievous as the rest.
