Glasses, beer mugs, and even light fixtures began to shake, and rattle as the sounds of several churning engines seemed to echo outside, even the occasional wailing siren as the vehicles outside wailed their sirens to clear vehicles out of their way. The glasses and such began to shake with increased vigor, the engines growing louder with each passing moment, finally the noises stopped, only the sounds of idling engines and clamoring soldiers heard.

The bar door then slowly opened, and four men, all in tan BDUs, with black combat vests and plasma rifles slung over their fronts would be seen, their helmets were black, and they wore a black armband that read M.P.

Two of the men stood at the door, while the other two passed the single LDA Agent, ignoring Oliver, they both began to walk towards Lukas, one of them grasping a pair of binders from his utility belt.

The two MPs said nothing, they just grasped the binders and continued to close in on Lukas. "On your feet." One of them ordered. The second rounding the table to stand on the other side of Lukas, all of them watching the man.

"You're being detained for failure to register, you will remain detained until such time as you register, and your name is cleared, as per the Aschen Confederation Security Reinvestment Act." He ordered, of course even before the act, all Aschen citizens were mandated to register at the Central Registry.

"Place your hands behind your back, let's make this easy." The MP said, opening up the steel binders.

SOLCOM The first MP would move to grab Lukas by the arm to heft him to his feet. "Make this painless, Barret's a traditionalist, don't think he won't kill you both for being gay, I'm a Tauron, so I don't mind it, but those Capricans are pretty up tight... just cooperate, and I assure you, everything will be fine."

The second MP nodded in affirmation. "Never wanna piss off a Caprican."

Both MPs had no choice but to let the man go. The Tauron soldier whispering to Lukas. "Be careful, those who turn down citizenship are labeled terrorists, avoid us, for your own safety."

The Tauron shook his head. "If your lawyer is going to have any sway with our government, you need to go and register, it will grant you rights, and you'll have some sway, but until then, to us you're just a terrorist... It takes five centons... here let's make this simple.." He said, walking over to Barrett's briefcase.

"I used to work for Immigration and Customs... these things are simple, we ask some questions, print your ID, take some blood and send you on your way."

The Tauron nodded and flipped open the briefcase, inside was a computron, a fingerprint machine, a retina scanner, and several other devices. "Okay... first we need to give you your injections..." He said as he prepared a dual chamber syringe, one chamber had a violet liquid, the other a teal liquid. "This is an injection mandated to all citizens, you won't feel a thing, it also will draw your blood, for the DNA Registration." He said, going over the schematics.

"State your name, date of birth." He said as he slid the needle into the other man's arm, both fluids injecting, while blood oozed into a third chamber, it was definitely a work of art.

As everything was done, registrations squared away, and a plastic Aschen ID Card printed, the Soldiers nodded. "Have a nice day." They said, and dismissed Lukas, turning to Olly. "Okay.. since you're married to Lukas, you have the option of registering as a citizen, essentially that man in the suit can't touch you... you won't have to relocate but it is an option, if you choose to register as a citizen through marriage... the government will buy you two a house under the Overhead Roof grant, and allow you two to start a life on Outlook, or you can stay here in Wing City, since you're a citizen eligible through marriage... we won't be as strict, but I strongly suggest you take the opportunity." The Soldier explained.

Things seemed very ominous outside amongst a formation of Aschen soldiers, many of them seemed to be of a similar ethnicity, Taurons and they were all talking amongst their language. Meanwhile in the bar, the Television screen would have an Aschen News reporter.

"Word of an Aschen Civil War is spreading like wildfire, with clashes between Tauron Prefectural Guard, and Caprican Guard reach the ears of other angry Aschen in regards to the Sire McGregor case. It is rumored that the potential conflict can possibly spread as far as Terra, Terrans are advised to stay clear of the fighting should they find themselves embroiled in a conflict. Details at eleven.

It seemed to get worse as the Taurons outside would spot a formation of Aschen soldiers from the Caprican detatchment, suddenly, the familiar pops of Aschen weapons discharge echoed through the bar. Suddenly two of the Tauron soldiers kicked down the door to the bar.

"Take cover!" He barked, firing his weapon out at other Aschen marines.

Voices echoed from outside the bar, as a green bolt of light struck one of the Wayward Taurons. "Take that you frakking dirt eater!" One man shouted, while gunfire was exchanged once more, flashes of blues and green evident with each discharge of the Aschen weapons.

"Tauron will not tolerate your oppression!"

Several Caprican soldiers outside the bar fired inwards, a green streak of light pierced the glass, causing it to shatter, it careened across the bar and struck the barrier, likely causing it to ripple and wane as immense amounts of energy from the shot struck the barrier.

The group of men seemed outnumbered, before the rattling of plasma fire echoed above the bar, then a deafening rumble, a PCF Airfrigate careened into one of the nearby buildings, smoke and flame pluming from the vessel.

The fighting died down, and the Taurons seemed to walk out of the bar.

Atop one of the tables, a man with a bullhorn was seen, his hair was a dark color, and he was covered in tattoos. Sitting around him were several men clad in traditional Tauron garb.

"The time for independance is now! Rise up against your Caprican Masters! We are a proud people, we are Tauron!" The man shouted on the bullhorn, a small crowd forming around the man as he spoke. "The Capricans, and their henchmen have oppressed us long enough, and with the indictment of our sire, this has stepped beyond the bounds of Tauron Sovereignty! We must show the Capricans that we will not be oppressed!"

As he held his hand up, the men around the table cheered, and began to chant. "Apaitoúme tin kyriarchía!" And they began to hold their drinks up.

The Man continued, ignoring the machine besides him. "The Capricans, and their puppet Virgons! Their Dogs the Aquarions! They all threaten our sovereignty! Our allies, the Gemonese, and the Sagittarons stand with us side by side! We will rally to freedom! And we will overthrow the corrupt Caprican regime! That does nothing but serve it's own agenda! I call upon our Terran friends to help us liberate our people from their Caprican Overlords!"

He continued to stand.

"The Aschen Confederation has done nothing to serve the Tauron people, and through our independence! The Corrupt Confederation will be little more then Capricans and their Gaggle of minions!"

The lights played across the tattoo'd face of the young Tauron revolutionary. "Even now, the Dogs of the Capricans show their faces! Outside, the United Coalition shows at our doorstep. They come with their show of brute force! They will kill us, they will end us! Though we may die, we die free." He said as he reached down and grasped his disruptor rifle.

"My fellow Taurons. Allow me." Said a young Tauron dressed in an AHSC Marine combat suit. "I will shed first blood." He grasped his disruptor and approached the front door, pushing it open, and looking to the UCON Security forces. "It's all under control."

The lone Marine looked around. He was going to take advantage of the fact that Taurons were just as Aschen as the rest of them. Grasping a small handheld remote, he would look up to the Claymores. "I am Corporal Alex Papadakis, 4th Infantry Squad.. I need to speak to the Commanding Officer." He said over the loud hum of the surrounding vehicles. All while the Protest leader watched from inside. He knew what that Tauron Marine had planned.

The man grasped his disruptor. "We want you to stay out of a fight that is not yours." He said, defiantly grasping his disruptor, his tattoo'd face showing little emotion, his ceremonial Tauron dagger sheathed at his belt, and his pendant, which bore a stylized helmet with a sword imposed upon it, Ares being his Patron god. "You and your Caprican masters have oppressed this galaxy long enough, you have no respect for the sovereignty of others, the Confederation is no more, you shouldn't be helping them." He said, clasping the remote in his other hand.

"Your reaction to our small protest proves our point."

Grinned. "And you're a dead man." Following a click, the man was engulfed in a powerful shock-explosion, which sent gore, blood and shrapnel out from him in all directions, But it wasn't just a normal bomb, The secondary explosion after the primary ignition would leave a sizeable crater and send the nearest tank literally flying in the other direction as the Naquadria in the crude bomb went off, sending superheated air and plasma in all directions. The secondary explosion would have vaporized the man, the front end of the tank, and likely cripple Tyro.

Inside the bar, the leader overheard the commotion and motioned for his men to crouch behind cover. Watching the back door, a Deployable shield generator was thrown down.

"Check your targets, kill as many of them as we can."

"Leonidas, check your pulses... here they come!" He shouted as he peered over the bar and racked his weapon, laying down a peppering of green bolts of energy towards the door, keeping a majority of his body covered by the powerful wall of light, the other Tauron men also laid down cover fire, one running across the bar with a large shoulder mounted weapon.

"Eat this pig!" He shouted as he lobbed a superheated radioactive slug of solid plutonium from his Fuel-rod gun, which hurled at hypersonic speeds towards Khross, two men from behind the bar deployed their face shields. One deployed a plasma cannon, upon a small bipod on the bar, and began to lay down a stream of superheated plasma. Turning the bar into a combat zone.

"Keep behind the shield!" The leader shouted as the sounds of ferromagnetic slugs pinging against the photonic energies of the shield were heard, making a distinct lectrical 'ping' as bullets and other projectiles were deflected. But the bright blue quickly turned red as the shield waned from the constant peppering. Several Taurons managed to escape up the stairs and call in support.

This was denoted by a deafening screech, a battered PCF Gunship screaming through the atmosphere, nailing one of the gunships overhead with a well placed bolt of plasma, as it circled around, two men on the gun turrets peppered the tanks below, while several tail gunners unloaded their rotary plasma cannons towards the second gunship.

With several of his men down, The lead covering behind an adjacent floor with several of his men, with catastrophic losses down below, he grasped his disruptor and took a well placed shot towards one of the hidden Strikers, using the dust and sound of footprints to place a beam of hyper-photonic energy towards the head of one of the men, resulting in a molecular destabilization, the Striker glowed green for a moment, then seemed to decompose rapidly into a pile of glowing ash.

The second Tauron acted clever, and fired his fuel rod gun towards the stairs, splintering them as he headed up into the Hotel.

"Hotel Bravo, this is Lead One... message delivered, round that frigate to the roof, we'll be there shortly." He said proceeding upwards, leaving his man to set various booby traps.

The Frigate, after completing it's Gun run quickly made a run towards the roof of Gambit's, sending ordinance out in every direction, putting up a thick flak field and the ship's shields were almost visible as the generator was hooked up to a series of reactors, giving it a serious boost, almost all small arms would ping from the barrier.

"Lead one hurry the frak up!" It said, the particle beams arcing against the overcharged shields.

"I don't have all frakking night!"

The missiles, would detonate as they were caught in the thick flak field put out by the frigate, it also would seem to have impacted against the shields.

"Lead one, my shields are down to fifty percent, much longer and we're done for."

As the Raptors touched down, the doors opened up and several Marines emerged with weapons aimed. "On your knees, hands behind your heads, drop your weapons! Let's go war's over!" They shouted, the Tauron combatants being led to the Raptor, some of them servicemen, others rebels and Tech Con mercs.

"Come on people..." He said, as a second Marine loaded up the weapons, the third raptor, which was white, and trimmed with red landed down.

Medical crews would gather the dead and wounded. While the others were secured. Things seemed to get even more interesting as the Long Night of Solace began to divert it's course from Israel, to Saudi Arabia.

"General Vanko, this is Solace Actual, Taiyou are going to be joining us for an emergency Tripartite Meeting, prepare yourself to be beamed up aboard the Solace."

"Negative, Vanko, regulations require the meetings be in person, you can still coordinate with the center from aboard the Solace should a situation arise." Commander Shaw ordered as the massive Reverence II positioned itself over the Palestinian border into Saudi Arabia.

"Face to face provides a more personal meeting setting, it alleviates tensions. I assure you, should you be needed you will be beamed back to your location."

The Marines shoved the men into the ships, cuffing them and forcing them to their seats, and as quickly as the vessels came, they would begin to lift off into the skies.

"This is Commander Shaw to any TCCA Supreme Authority, a Tripartite Meeting is being called, and Vanko here is feeling a little shy.. who wants to step up to the plate?"

A Small camera in the corner of the bar traversed on it's axis, focusing on Grosha and his group. "Target identified." A Young lieutenant said, watching the scroll of the text and data. "I'm uploading jamming arrays now." He said, pulling up the DRADIS Readout which pinged several Raptors in mid-orbit above Geosync.

"Skulls, Home... check in and deploy swallows, the goal is to garner a firing solution and targeting data from Halo ground based installations. This will allow our ground forces to strike."

"Home, Skulls, Kat, Racetrack, Hotdog, Stinger, and Hacksaw check in, we're deploying swallows now, we'll confirm deployment momentarily."

In seconds the Raptors high above the planet deployed a series of pods, and things seemed to get worse for the Haloes on the ground, as what seemed to be a fleet of several dozen Battlestars, and two CNVs would appear before them, coming in on a CBDR Course for Terra.

"Swallows deployed..."

Kendra Shaw would watch her readout, from the dark side of the moon, with Center Nine linked onto the comms.

"Vanko, Shaw, Operation Raptor Talon initiated, position your forces accordingly. We're going to bring the rest of these Meson's offline."

While the Swallows threw up a powerful Jamming array and false signatures for the Haloes to shoot at, two Taiyou Naginata class cruisers slipped through the chaos.

"Jamming up, I've connected to the Halo Data net, Uploading scramblers and viruses now... they'll never know what hit them." And soon the team of Taiyou hackers went to work, evidenced by all networked Halo PDA's suddenly going static as two teams of Taiyou hackers pushed through Halo data arrays.
