It seemed that every every entrance was covered, but that meant that what few numbers they had left the inside would be sorta empty. However getting past the fortress of bullets would be the challenge.

Of course inside the power plant, small little grots began to pile scrap onto some sort of makeshift platform with energy random arcing out very unstably.
