Here Are The Rules

No God Modding!

What is god modding You say? Well I'll explain it for you.

-Auto hitting, or basically an attack which is homing and could not be avoided by any means, or give the foe a chance to react.
-Unrestrained power playing without further permission. Power playing is basically controlling somebody else's character.
-Invisible attacks not able to be detected by any means, such as sound or smell. Invisible attacks are in general, pretty iffy. Invisibility is, however, allowed in most circumstances.
-An outrageous instant kill attack or one hit kill, especially without any limitations.
-Time stopping. This basically just breaks everything, and causes easy auto hits among other things. Slowing down time or something like that is legal, but time-based abilities in general are pretty airtight.
-Telekinesis: This falls under controlling objects with the mind, mind reading, among other things. This can be very broken unless controlling objects with the mind is EXTREMELY limited(requires a huge amount of focus, etc). Mind links don't fall under this category and are legal, as long as you don't read people's minds with it.
-Invincibility: Basically making a character that can't be hurt by any means necessary, or an overpowered transformation of the same regard. This is self explanatory.

Don't do any of these things and you will be fine.

BackRound: A "Test tube" human created by Red. Corp to be the perfect soldier. While he is still a ways off from perfect, he can more than handle the average enemy soldier.

Name: Rikudo Sennin

Race: Human/Ninja

Appearance: Although only seen as a silhouette, several things can be made up of the Sage's appearance. He had long, spiky hair flowing backwards, similar to Madara Uchiha's. He wore what appears to be a cloak with a high open collar or armor similar to that of Hashirama, showing his necklace with six Magatama. He seems to have horns on his forehead; this could be a Forehead protector similar to Jiraiya's.

He is seen carrying two objects. One is what appears to be a sword on his back, the other is a Shakujō, a Buddhist ringed staff that is used in prayer, but can also be used to fight.

Weapon: Kusanagi

Sub-weapon: Kunai

Personality: Calm, Competitive. He is a man who doesn't get worked up about combat, but he does enjoy winning and the fight that comes from trying to win.

Ability 3: Six Paths of Pain

BackRound: The Sage of the Six Paths (六道仙人, Rikudō Sennin) was said to be the legendary figure who founded the ninja world and was the first to invent modern Ninjutsu. He was said to be the only shinobi to possess the Rinnegan, which presumably laid the groundwork for the other two great Eye Techniques, the Sharingan and the Byakugan. He is revered as one of the most legendary people in the Naruto Universe, and is likely the strongest ninja that ever existed. He was so powerful that he was said to have created the moon. It is implied by Nagato, but not confirmed, that he did so using Chibaku Tensei.

As of now, the only other person to be known to possess the Rinnegan is Nagato, also known as Pain, an orphan from the Land of Rain. Whether this means that the Rinnegan is a unique Kekkei Genkai, that isn't passed down by blood, or if Pain is directly related to the Sage of the Six Paths currently remains a mystery.

Ability 1: Highly Accurate with any weapon.

Ability 2: Jingui-Rai (The technique to be able to match speed and strengh with all his opponents.)

Ability 3: Tan-lore (The ability to turn the wind into a sword like weapon that is an extension of his broad sword or spear)

Ability 4: Gee-san (The ability to harness the fires of earth to his bidding and use it safely as a weapon)

Ability 5: Zei (the art of combining two elements to create the ultimate jitsu)

BackRound: No one knows how he became The Ancient of the Ki Mountains. But he had protected the lands surrounding the lands for over 1000 years. Now he is free from his obligation, as a new ancient has taken his place, and is now a mortal man with the powers of an Ancient retained. He seeks to purify the world of evil through combat of arms.
