Oh, and would the Magician Leader be a part of The Valian? Or would he/she just be a part of the Magicians Group? Sorry if I'm not making any sense XD

That's actually a really good question lol. They all belong to the Valian. They can consult with each other but before do anything they HAVE to see if its okay with the leader which goes with magicians dwarfs etc.. The leader of the magicians is the leader of the magicians but before anything is finalized they have to go threw the leader of the Valian because she rules all of them? She's kinda liike badass fighting Queen. Ha! Hope that answered your question.
