I'm interested in joining this ^_^ But I want to run my powers by you just to see if I'm on the same page

For Psychic, my character would like to develop the ability to cause strong suggestion within the minds of others, making them more likely to obey her commands.

For Energy, she's thinking of using light-based energy

For her unique power, how about animating objects?

They sound good to me, though what exactly do you mean about the light energy one? Sounds like it would work, but I'm just curious about the details of it.

Just that like her energy blasts would take on the form of light, and if there were a light nearby she could borrow energy from it to create a more powerful blast. Also the benefit of having light is that if she chooses, she could create a non hostile light for the purpose of illumination or even to blind opponents

Sounds cool, I'd like to join. I also want to run my powers by you. For energy, he'd develop the ability to do rupturing damage. A skin-tearing muscle-ripping bone-breaking wave of force that looks like a meat grinder applied to the target area. Not nearly that powerful at first, of course. For psychic, his telepathy would be the ability to create illusions in the mind of others and use that same kind of subtle, twisting manipulation to shield his thoughts-not with a wall but with a maze. His unique ability would be bringing two points in space closer together, to teleport himself and later others.

You should have gotten an auto-PM thingy...anyway, your character's abilities are too broad. You can't have the abilities to control all of the elements, and they whole charm thing doesn't work with this roleplay, I'm sorry to say. Change it and I'll take a look again.

So, what about controlling one element? And, I am so confused about the difference between Psychic and Energy Abilities. Would terrakinesis be a Psychic ability or an Energy ability?

Sure, one element is fine, though we already have Light control and someone is making a character with Ice control.

Any kinesis is a psychic ability, meaning that you can create and control an element with your mind. When it comes to energy based abilities, think Dragon Ball Z. The basic energy attack is sort of like their ki blast, and you can customize it from there.

An example of energy ability-
My character, Spike, can create the energy, like he would use it for a normal attack, but then he can keep a hold of it and use it to block incoming attacks, using energy as a shield as well as for the basic attacks.

Hope that helps some, if not I'll try and clear it up more, if I can.

I really like this RP idea! Lately me and my friend have been into the X-men superpowers sort of things (even before the new movie came out), plus I like the fact it has kind of an apocalyptic, I Am Legend, kind of theme as well :) My character will be up soon!

@ Nicky, cool I look forward to seeing your character

@blonde, I looked your character over and he looks okay, just remember that he won't be able to fully use those powers at the start

@Spectrum, yeah, your character's abilities look good. The Reality Warping part will work as long as it's the sort of thing where the energy is used to shape things around them or something like that, otherwise it would be a psychic ability.

Okay everyone, so far I have approved 4 characters, including my own. As I think I said in the intro, I'd like to keep the max number of people in this rp down to about 6-7, so I'll only be accepting another 2 to 3 characters for now. Later on I might need some villains, depending on how far we go with this story anyway.
