Introduction
I couldn't believe I had lost that battle. It wasn't the first time I had lost, but that wasn't the point. He had proven his point; I couldn't have been battling properly...to make matters worse, he approached me afterwards, telling me I should stop training. I was only making it harder on my Pokemon.
I returned home, to my parents, and pretty much locked myself up in my room. I only came down to eat, and spent a good portion of my time thinking. If, like he said, I was only making it harder on my Pokemon, and training them was the only thing I had ever thought I was good at...then what could I possibly be good at? I finally left my room, only to wander a little ways into hte forest. I released my Pokemon; they would probably have a better time out there than with me. Two of them waited a few days before actually leaving, and even then I was sure they hadn't gone too far away.
As I walked through the little village, sullenly pouting, I caught a glimpse of a book on the ground. I picked it up and, after spending a moment examining it, I turned and walked out of the village, a little ways into the forest, sitting near the river. It looked like some sort of spellbook. I didn't believe that any of those spells would work. Just out of curiosity, and because I thought it'd be good for a laugh, I opened the book, and stopped at a random page. I read one, shaking my head as I finished. Well, it had passed a minute or two of my time. I set the book down, and stood up, stretching. I walked a few steps, and paused; something didn't feel right. I only managed a few more steps before I did collapse.
When I woke up a little while later, I shook my head, and tried to stand. But...wait, what was just in my face? I shook my head; that wasn't my hair in my face...I tried to stand up, but couldn't balance on two. I crawled over the the river, confused. I gaped at my reflection. When did I turn into a Glaceon?! I didn't think; only ran back to the village. I wandered around, and eventually ended up hiding in an alley. I sat there, and once it got dark, I wandered back to the forest, where I had left the book. There didn't seem to be any other option but the book anymore. But the book was gone! Now what am I going to do?

Camilla glanced to one side, then to the lake, looking for something for her to catch. She lied down, watching the water patiently, not bothering with the Magikarp; theyir scales were much too hard to get through. It wasn't worth trying to break through. She paused, and reached in quickly, snatching up a Goldeen instead. "There...easy enough..." Though the Dragonair was already offering help to the Ralts. She still didn't like the fact that she had been a human before she had been a Pokemon. It didn't seem possible! But at least she wasn't bothering them too much. She'd keep an eye on the Ralts, just in case.
Crystal watched him walking away, and looked into the water. "Controlling my emotions...but how am I supposed to understand from that? What emotions would possibly keep me from using ice-type attacks?" she mumbled to herself, watching the water. How was she supposed to manage to freeze the water? She breathed onto it, thinking of a ice beam, but managed to do nothing more than push the water a little. She lied down, pouting at the water. Was there some emotion she had to get a hold of before she could manage it? She tried again, but her breath did nothing special. She sighed. "I think this might be easier if I had some help..." she mumbled, shaking her head.

Flare had finished munching on his food, and almost forgetting to get Crystal food, he grabbed her a pidgy too. Walking back to the lake in not exactly a straight line, he came out of the trees at a different place on the shore. A few meters to the left of him was that group of Pokemon he had seen across the lake, the shiny ones. He was about to dismiss them, when he realized that these shiny's were familier. One of the group in particular he had his eye focused on, and it was that theiving Skitty. He spat out the pidgy and stared at her coldly. "You know, I should have just killed you before you stole from me. It would have saved us both a lot of trouble." he growled, standing at the ready, anxious to unleash a flamethrower headed her way.

Gifted with sharp hearing, Mitsu turned around as soon as she heard something. It was nothing much to be afraid of, it was just like the rustling of leaves when blown by a breeze. But something else caught her attention, the same scent that she caught before and a flash of orange and black. "What do you want?" Mitsu asked, loud enough so the Growlithe before her could here, it seemed ready to attack. Just on the safe side, Mitsu casted a Protect over herself, so she wouldn't get hurt or get her fur singed with the Growlithe's fire then. Perhaps the Protect was casted more on the later, seeing how much she seemed to love to groom herself. "What of your visit?" Mitsu asked, playing with her words.

Meanwhile, Glacia had offered Kira her Seel while she went into the lake to hunt for another game. This time around it was a Mantine, gracefully avoiding Glacia's pursuit and occasionally, jumping into the air. Feeling annoyed by the Mantine, Glacia shot a few Ice Beams at it, hopefully it would freeze and get trapped. So it began, a chase for food and a run for life, at least it was fun, it so seemed. Glacia was enjoying herself, chasing after the Mantine, completely forgetting about the world above the lake's water.

Camilla looked up at Flare, and backed up a step. She glanced behind her, at the lake, then back at Flare. "...Oh...come on, now. I...umm...it wasn't that bad..." She hesitated, glancing around at her little group, then back at Flare again. She took a deep breath, and turned, jumping into the lake. She'd like to see him try to scorch her now, while she was in the water. She looked at him, squinting throught the water at him.

She was about to run towards him, but he had spit something out, and was talking to a Skitty. She wasn't sure from this distance, but she thought she recognized the Skitty, but shook it off, watching instead as the Skitty jumped into the water. 'What was that about?' she wondered. Glacia managed to catch up with her prey, biting onto one of the Mantine's wings. The Mantine struggled a bit and finally gave up on it's life. It lay still in between Glacia's teeth, a bit of blood oozing out from Glacia's bite earlier. Glacia swam to the top of the lake, along with her food in her mouth. Upon reaching the lake side, she felt an air of sinister around Mitsu and a familiar Pokemon before Mitsu, who were both on far from where she was. Glacia turned around as soon as she heard a splash, a tiny speck of pink and yellow still visible before disappearing completely into the waters. "Camilla?" Glacia questions, wondering if she could hear. What's gone wrong now?

Flare felt a slight smirk come across his face as he watched the thief disapper into the water. Seeing her distorted image through the water, he decided that she would have to come up for air eventually. And of course he would be waiting here right on the bank. Dosn't mean he can't entice her to come up a little faster. Readying an ember, he used it on the water above where the Skitty had dived, creating steam. With steam of course come hot water, and he expected that Skitty to be getting boiled some time soon. Either that, or fire to the face when she comes up for a reprieve.

Mitsu stared in surprise as the Growlithe shot an Ember attack right at Camilla, missing her fur by a hair's breadth. Luckily Mitsu had protect on, defending her from the hot flames. What's wrong with him... and his weird grin... "Do you have some business with Camilla?" Mitsu asked again, wondering if he would answer this time around since he ignored her last question.
Glacia couldn't do anything to stop the bit of Ember as it flew across the lake and landed where Camilla had splashed into. Weird... where did that come from? Camilla hurried to get away from the boiling water...but that took energy and breath that she did not have. She came up, and found herself still rather close to the fire, She hurried away from it, and had only her front paws on the ground, ready to jump back in if he sent another one at her. "That was hardly necessary!" she said, voice agitated. She did not want this to turn into a battle. She panted, tired from moving so fast to get away from the boiling water, and then from the fire. "...You trying to kill me?"

Flare had been too narrow minded, focusing on the theif, too hear the others protest. By know, he had recognized that someone was talking to him, and he listened. Not turning his head away from the Skitty, he said to the Eevee "Yes, thank you. Now if you will please excuse me, I am trying to concentrate."
When the Skitty left the water, he refrained from attacking her and heard her out. "Well you know, where I grew up, theifs are no petty criminals." he responded factualy. He heard another Pokemon approach and utter a plea, but this time he did not turn his head.

Camilla a theif? Mitsu thought, thinking back to the first time they met. Well, she did say someone was hunting her down... "A theif you say?" Mitsu asked the Growlithe again "Somehow I believe that." Mitsu told the Growlithe. If she's a theif... "GLACIA!" Mitsu shouted out loud "Trap the Skitty with your Ice attacks!" suddenly she didn't felt like the Skitty deserves to be called her name.

"I only stole a book...which is what he used to help burn down part of the forest earlier. Is that such a bad thing to steal?" She glanced around, at Flare, Glacia, and Mitsu. "It's not like I make a habit of stealing, you know. I only took the book that he used to make black fire. It was unnatural to begin with, and, considering only humans have books, how did the Growlithe get it, unless he's a friend of humans?"

She had stolen the book she needed to return to normal! ...But, as she thought about it, there was something else there. The Dragonair had used ice beam. Maybe she could help her learn her ice type attacks...or at least, help her get a start. She looked at Glacia. "I only recently became a Glaceon; I haven't managed to learn ice-type attacks. Would you be able to help me learn, maybe?" If the Skitty was trapped anyway, she wasn't going to go anywhere, and she didn't see her telling them where to find the book. The situation around the group was chaotic. Everyone wanted to be heard, everyone wanted attention. Glacia turned away from everyone and focused on the Glaceon before her. "Sure, I would be glad to help, only could it be after this thing is settled?" Glacia replied to the Glaceon "It doesn't seem like it would end without bloodshed." Glacia winced, talking aloud.
"You know Camilla..." Mitsu stared off again, more sinisterly this time "I don't care about the past that much, so he's burned down part of the forest with black fire, so it's unnatural,so you think he's with the humans because he has a book, so what?" Mitsu paused catching her breath "You still stole it, and he could have of picked up that book somewhere, this forest is connected to a human village you know... At least it used to be a village. Something seemed to have happened there and now all the humans residing there have disappeared, leaving some of their things behind, he could have picked it up there." Mitsu mentioned "It's not a crime to take things that don't belong to anyone anymore." She was siding with the Growlithe this time, eventhough he almost burned down part of the forest, Mitsu had a forgive and forget personality so it wasn't hard for her.

Flare was actually quite suprised that they were actually helping him take down this theif, but he supposed they shared his views about how to deal with thieves. "Look little Skitty, looks like you are going to force my hand and play the ignorance card. I didn't now the book would burn down a few trees, I doubt any of us would. But of course, then there is you, who in full knowledge of your actions stole that precious object...well...let's say that there is not much that can help your standing right now. Now... where is that book?" he finished with a growl, glancing occasionally at the Ralts who was trying to intervene.

"Now who in the world said I'm fighting Valkira? Hmm?" Mitsu asked with a dark expression, clearly angered. She didn't like people telling her what to do when she is angry, she didn't like following instructions when she is angered either. "Oh, one more thing, please stop using that awful sugary voice. It doesn't fit the situation now."

Taking precautions, Glacia moved a little closer to Mitsu, further away from Camilla. Collectibles

Mobs
Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!
Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!

Okay...we did lose a lot of characters...again -_- and that's kind of really hurt this rp. I think I may be starting it up again, but I may need some more ideas to get it up again, and possibly attract more attention, and more characters, to the rp. I'm open to ideas, if anyone had any.

So I'm afraid I can't recruit anyone for this.
I'd stick with this RP though, it was the first one I joined since I was here and most other Pokemon RP are trainer based and I don't really like them... I love the spin-offs more than the original ones XD

lol...Maybe they are. I may have to change a few thing up if we need to revive this...again. My brother would be interested if he could get online often enough...which he can't. I can talk to a friend about it, maybe...but she's already loaded with rps. -_- I just don't know what to do with this anymore, really...other than to just have the three of us posting. Since no one seems to want to stay with it.

Seems like no matter how many times this is revived, it boils down to the same few people posting, no matter how many people throw in characters to be submitted at the start. You think people would show a little interest if they go to the effort of submitting a character. But this is just me blabbing, maybe everyone who isn't posting have been on vacation for a few months on the same Carribean Cruise, studying water Pokemon in their natural habitat.

I've sent the pm...and haven't gotten a response. I've looked, and it says Snowkit hasn't been on since October 6. I don't know if they just can't get on, or it they're too busy, or something...but they haven't even been on the site for a while now.

Ok, well, I added a character but I'm totally retarded when it comes to using that damn new system thing... I've never actually RP'd using it, so don't yell at me >.<
Anyways, it looks really interesting and I hope it's ok if I join :) I've never thought about RP'ing from the point of view of a pokemon, but it sounds like a cool idea. I just beat FireRed (again lol) and I was thinking a lot about writing a fan fic involving a Hypno, which might just be my favorite pokemon, I'm not sure...

Okay...well...the forum is set up...now we only have to wait and see who replies. I would hate to have to revive this again...oh, and for the record, the Skitty never brought the book with her in the first place; it's still in her hiding place, not out in the open.
