Childhood/Family Life:
Nothing about Daisy's parents was remarkable. Sure, they were well off, but most of it came from their parents. Her maternal grandparents had died relatively young and had left everything they had to their only child. It wasn't much, but it was enough to make sure they could live comfortably. Daisy's father, Thomas, was regional manager for a chain of drugstores, and her mother, Marian, was an elementary school teacher. If there was one thing Marian Hamilton had a passion for, it was books, and she passed that passion on to her daughter. The two would frequently be found curled up somewhere, both lost in their respective books.

Marian Hamilton was a gentle soul. Her students conspired that she had been a Disney princess once, but had given it up to teach them. She seemed to endear everyone she met. She was excellent with children of all ages, from the young kids she taught to the moody pre-teen her daughter eventually became. It seemed that everyone in the community seemed to know her and love her. She said hello to everyone in the street and seemed to stop to talk to every other person.

So when she was diagnosed with an aggressive, and terminal, illness, the entire community mourned with the Hamilton family. She died almost five months to the day after being diagnosed, leaving her husband alone to cope with their fourteen year old daughter. Thomas turned to religion to cope, becoming a devout, almost obsessive, Christian. Daisy, however, went off the rails. Her first three years of high school were three years of parties, hookups, and pretending that she'd grown out of her love for books. Her relationship with her father reached an all time low during those three years as Thomas condemned Daisy to be a sinner, and Daisy went looking for more sinful ways to pretend none of it was happening.

Towards the end of Daisy's junior year, she was involved in a bad car accident. Faced with potentially losing his daughter as well as his wife, Thomas went and spoke to the hospital chaplain. It was a conversation that changed his outlook entirely and improved his relationship with Daisy, as the chaplain told him that life wasn't as black and white as Thomas wanted to believe. Daisy's actions didn't mean she was a bad person. She was just a young woman trying and failing to deal with her problems, and her father calling her a sinner wasn't helping at all. Once Daisy was out of surgery and awake again, she and her father became as close as ever.

Daisy returned to the person she had used to be. She worked hard throughout her senior year and got her grades up enough to get her into Fulton, even if it wasn't a full ride. She admitted to her love of reading and became unashamed of it, even going as far as to choose it for her major. With the help of some counselling, Daisy came back into her own in senior year and her freshman college year. Pledging Theta Chi was the final confirmation that she was a new person.

Quirks//Habits//Oddities:
Draws hearts on everyone's orders in Starbucks || Plays with her hair and clothes while reading || Dog-ears all of her books || Doodles on her textbooks, even while paying attention

Good personality traits:
Loyal || Gentle || Intelligent || Confident || Hard-working

Bad personality traits:
Proud || Volatile || Sharp-tongued || Too forgiving || Lets her heart rule her head

Personality:
Daisy takes after her mother in many ways. She's also rather bookish, and there's few things she would rather do than curl up with a good book and lose herself in it for a few hours. She's a very gentle soul, and it's seldom you'll find someone actually angry at Daisy. Annoyed or frustrated, yes, but not actually furious. She's good with people of all ages, to the point where some of the nurses lamented when she was discharged from hospital because it was no longer another person to talk to the elderly patients and sometimes even comfort them. She works very well with kids, and intends to follow her mother into teaching. Her parents shared the same work ethic, one that they passed on to Daisy. Daisy's unafraid of hard work and is more than willing to put in as much effort as it takes to get her somewhere.

However, Daisy is not her mother. The two share differing traits and some may even say opposing traits. One of these such traits is Daisy's confidence. Having to pretend to be confident for all those years started to rub off of her, and as she came to accept who she really was, the confidence came with it. She's unapologetic about who she is and doesn't intend on changing for anyone. Her pride is tied in with this. It's taken so long for her to get back on her feet that she refuses to allow herself to be dragged down by anything or anyone... even if it's just to apologise. Her temper and volatility is perhaps one of her worst points. She's got a short fuse and an explosive temper, which seldom ends well for anybody. While she would never get physical, she's got a sharp tongue, and when she's angry, she won't hold back. When she's upset, she also has a tendency to push people away as much as she can. While her coping mechanisms have improved, they're still far from perfect, and they're not always healthy.

Her therapist has a theory that this all has something to do with how forgiving she is. She lets her heart rule her head far too much, and she has let people back into her life that she shouldn't have. She knows she shouldn't do this, she knows that it will probably result in her getting hurt again; but she has far too much faith that people can change. She believes in the power of kindness as well as karma and the law of attraction, constantly striving to put good energies out into the universe. And if she just makes one person's day a little better, it's worth it, as far as she's concerned.

Greatest joys in life:
Reading | Random Acts of Kindness | Friends and Fsmily | Ice Cream

Greatest fears:
Losing the people she loves | Flying | Terminal Illness

Thoughts on Greek Life: Daisy had never really considered Greek Life before actually getting to Fulton. But on hearing about the Theta Chi library, she was sold. Part of her felt like she didn't belong in Theta, considering everything her high school life had entailed, but choosing Theta Chi was the confirmation that she was no longer that person. She's found a second family with the girls, and has never looked back.

Plans for after college: Daisy is unsure about her future career, having two options in front of her. She would love to teach English, but she also wants to be a journalist, hence the human rights major. She's unsure as to what she'll choose, but knows she has plenty of time to decide.

Build: Daisy just reaches 5'4 when she stands up perfectly straight. She's narrowly built as well, weighing in at 130 pounds. Neither her height nor how thin she can appear particularly bother her. She knows she's healthy, and that's all that matters. The fact that she does boast an hourglass frame helps, even if all of her curves are relatively small. She has good posture, which can make her look taller than she actually is.

Hair Colour: Her hair is brown, the exact shade depending on the light. It can appear to be a few shades away from dark, or a much lighter, warmer brown. It's somewhere between in reality, naturally falling almost dead straight.

Eye Colour: Green-hazel, again, their exact shade depending on the light.

Distinguishing Marks: She has a number of scars on her abdomen from the surgery, as well as a tragus and rook piercing in one ear. Both ears also have the regular line piercing.

Style: From how up to date and fashionable Daisy always seems, one would expect her to have a much larger closet. In reality, she has a number of basics and classics that go with everything, and she knows how to wear them to stay in style. She prefers to stay on the "classy" side of fashion, believing that there is always elegance in simplicity.

So begins...

Archie had managed to finish his second JD and coke (courteously paid for by his current 'friend') by the time Ayala sidled up to where he was sitting. Beaming at the girl, Archie nudges her shoulder with his own, "If it isn't my favourite girl," Then turning to look at Eliana cheekily Archie adds, "Ah sorry, I mean favourite Alpha - Don't worry El, you'll always be the Theta for me." Forgetting about the fact Amy was even still there, Archie only remembers again when the two new girls he had begun talking to introduce themselves to her. Eliana's quick wit and silver tongue had Archie's smile growing even bigger, however he wiped it off of his face to feign shock. "Damn El, save some of that dirty talk for the bedroom." He winks at her, knowing that this will only rile the Theta up more, but he loved to tease people, especially Eliana.

Watching as Cyrus comes up to the bar and pulls out a fake I.D Archie's eyes light up. "Oh shit," He whispers to himself before patting down his pockets until Archie has found what he is after. Holding it up to the light and looking at it like it was the second coming, Archie inwardly kicks himself for forgetting he had a fake I.D earlier. "Drinks are on me guys." Handing it over to the bartender, Archie orders a round of tequila shots for their little group. "You sure this isn't a fake?" With a roll of his eyes, Archie lets out a sigh, "Wow yeah you got me, 100% fake," Shaking his head, Archie hands the card over to the bartender with a blunt "Scan it then." Thanking heavens that he paid that extra ten bucks to get his to be scannable.

"Alright." The bartender relents, having scanned the I.D and it coming up as real, he turns around to get them all set up, giving Archie some time to talk to the girls again. "So, was that you I saw kissing Benjamin earlier?" He asks Ayala with a smirk, "You going back to basics huh?" Despite knowing full well Benjamin was also stood just a few people down at the bar with Daniel, Archie couldn't care less. However, his eyes did linger over Ben's group as Archie caught sight of Daisy. Not speaking but instead communicating with the girl via a wink, Archie raises his glass at her before looking back to Ayala.

A sigh, and Archie turns his head to look at Amy again, having once more forgotten she was even there. "I'm just gonna go.." She mutters, clearly pissed off that Archie was a) surrounded by a load of girls, and b) spending more time talking to said girls rather than her. "Aight," He replies, not particularly caring but pretending to, "Catch up with me later if you need a ride home." Unable to help himself, Archie has to slip one more little flirt in there before Amy turns tail and walks away from him, seemingly still pissed yet not able to hide that little smile that crossed her face when Archie spoke.

As Archie watched Amy walk off, his eyes glazed over Naomi stood just by the doorway and his heartbeat quickens for a second. Shaking it off, he tries to focus on the others in front of him, they were easier to understand. He'd happily sleep with both Eliana and Ya Ya if they wanted him, but at the same time Archie was also chill just being friends. With Naomi, however, it was different but Archie couldn't quite place his finger on how.

Try, and failing, to refrain from texting her, Archie can't help but shoot off a quick text while he waits for Ayala's response.

To: Omi
I doubt I'm the first person to say this to you tonight - and I definitely won't be the last - but damn Omi, you look amazing.

Eliza squeezed into the back of the car with Yuda and Daisy while Amaris took the shotgun seat. Eliza hadn't intended to match her sister's colour scheme, but the coincidence was a happy one if Amaris's reaction was anything to go by

"Hello, my darlings, I'm glad we're establishing the goddess titles that we all have. It's nice to be on the same wavelength and all that," she turned back to Nick. Alright, babe. Let's get this show on the road. Ms. Ndoye is already there and there's a cosmopolitan calling my name."

Looking around the car, Eliza could quite easily say that there wasn't a single one of her sisters that wasn't gorgeous in her own way. It was a boost to her confidence to have them around her. She'd seen how the Alphas worked, and Eliza wasn't sure she could keep up with that level of cattiness and expectation, but they always looked impossibly perfect. Eliza didn't want to be impossible perfect. She liked being her, flaws and all. And according to Amaris, that made her a goddess.

Eliza felt her phone buzz in her lap and fished her phone out of her bag. She switched the screen on and saw a notification from Danny.

From:Danny
I'll see when you get here then!

To:Danny
We're on our way. ETA ten minutes or so. Don't hold me to that.

When they arrived, Daisy took off, heading straight to the bar. Eliza watched her friend go, smiling as she did. That was so Daisy. In Eliza's mind, besides Amaris, Daisy was the most extroverted one of the group. She was the life and soul of the party. And also the one most likely to get drunk. Each to their own though, Eliza figured. She wasn't one for getting drunk. She'd tried it a few times and didn't really like it. Buzzed, sure, buzzed was good, but she would never be able to keep up with Daisy at the bar.

Eliza's smile dropped when she noticed Danny at the bar, right where Daisy had made a beeline to. She looked away for a moment, her confidence faltering for a moment. She was probably reading way too much into it. Daisy had a lot of friends, Danny was probably just another one. They were just getting a shot together, it's not like they were making out. It's not like Danny and Eliza were even together, so it didn't even matter if they were making out. It would be kind of crappy, but Eliza didn't have any claim to Danny beyond a few dates towards the end of last semester. Eliza rubbed the bridge of her nose. Her life was so much easier when boys hadn't been involved in it. Maybe her dad had been onto something with his no dating policy. It was a headache she could do without.

Yeah, but it's Danny. We like Danny

Eliza smoothed her hair down. Right now, Danny, and where she stood with him, were an issue for another time. Still, at least she wouldn't have to text him to let him know they were there. He could probably figure that out by Daisy being at the bar. She reached for her phone, deciding to check in on Michaela.

To: Mickey
Heey, are you at the party yet? Or do I need to wait a few?

BLAKE TYLER

Blake parked his car as his phone buzzed twice. He reached for it and checked the messages, Amaris's first. He smiled to himself at the nickname as he typed his reply.

To:Amaris
Cute. Very cute. I'll make sure there's a drink waiting for you because I'm nice like that.

Blake opened Cyrus's response and his face dropped as he slid down in his seat. Well, that explained why Alexander Sr hadn't been at home. Who in the hell had invited his fa-- Andre. Son of a bitch. Blake climbed out of his car and slammed the door shut. He pocketed his phone and car keys as he headed to the venue and headed straight for the bar, where the blissful sight of Cyrus and a shot awaited him.

"Alexander!"

Blake's foot stopped mid-stride as the familiar and unwelcome sound of his father's voice met his ears. Blake smiled thinly and turned to face his father. For a man approaching his mid-fifties, Alexander Sr didn't look so bad. For an absolute bastard of a father, Alexander Sr had the most punchable face Blake had ever set eyes on. "I go by Blake," he answered, shaking his father's hand in a vice like grip. "I assume Andre invited you? Since he's actually a Beta man."

"Yes, yes he did. You know I was al--"

"Always surprised that I wasn't a third generation legacy. That's wonderful," Blake interrupted, already knowing his father's spiel. "I have friends to meet, networking and what have you. I'm sure you busy being wooed by better people than I." Blake dropped his father's hand and disappeared into the crowd before Alexander Sr could protest. Blake weaved through the crowd to Cyrus.

"You, my friend, are a sight for sore eyes," he said as he picked up the shot glass. He signaled to the bartender. "A Manhattan and a Cosmopolitan, and whatever my friend here wants," he said, tipping his head towards Cyrus. The bartender hesitated a moment. Blake shook his head and pulled his ID out. One of the advantages of having a birthday early in the semester was that by the time these things rolled around, he had already turned twenty one. He knocked the tequila shot back. "I'm blaming Andre for this. Just so you know."

Hayden would laugh. His friends were the perfect measure of insanity he needed. He checked his phoned and cleared it of the messages, probably the thousands his family sent him on the daily. He wasn't going to answer them. He would down the rest of his Bloody Mary, and smile. He would order another one, and wait for the next one looking at his friends. He knew Daniel was talking about the girl who just walked up.

""Well, if it isn't my two favourite boys! I can tell Amaris not to worry, I can safely get drunk with two big, strong, trustworthy men to look after me," he heard the woman speak and he laughed. "I don't really know if I can fight all the guys in here Daisy. But You look absolutely stunning. As usual," he spoke with a laugh. Hayden would nod towards them and motion that he was going to go and leave.

He would walk aimlessly, listening to one of the songs playing. He would hum along as he walked, and carefully move around the bodies of people either passed out, or about to. He laughed, he somewhat remembered his freshman year. But that memory involved him, so he somewhat stopped thinking about it. But a lot of good came out of that year, he met Daniel and Daisy, which was the only reason he came. But that was going to just leave them to talk. They were cute. Hayden would mumble to himself about not being able to play Dungeons and Dragons, he just wanted to leave. As he thought he felt his body collide with someone else's and he was sent tumbling down. "HOLY SHIT! I am so so so sorry," he frantically apologized getting up. In his mind he noticed the guy was fairly attractive and he laughed. "Roll for charisma," the male bitterly thought.

Danny smiled at Daisy as she approached. She had heard his last statement and responded in a way that left Danny confident that he could get what he wanted later that night. He zoned out for a split second when he saw Eliza walk into the crowd. Quickly snapping out of it, he smiled at Daisy. She looked insanely good. He didn't even try to hide it when he looked her up and down. Picking up his own shot glass, he pulled her in so he could whisper in her ear, "Damn, you look hot." He let her pull away and look at him. Then, with an excited grin plastered on his face, Danny raised his glass towards the middle of the drinking triangle the two of them made up with Hayden. "Let's fucking do this!" Danny shouted before knocking back his first shot. The alcohol sent a shiver down his spine, but he shook it off playfully and locked his eyes back on Daisy.

Danny's reaction to seeing her made her grin widen even more. She let him pull her against him, keeping a hand on her shot glass and staying grinning. When he released her, she looked him him up and down. "You don't look so bad yourself," she remarked. His excited grin made her laugh a little as she raised her glass to meet his. She laughed properly at his declaration, before downing her own shot. It burned a little, but she'd gotten used to the burn of alcohol long ago. She didn't miss his eyes locking on her as she reached for the next shot, handing his to him. "So, what are your plans for tonight?" She asked playfully, before knocking back the tequila again.

There was something different in Daisy's eyes tonight. Danny smirked at her question and elected for a more sarcastic response. "I think me and Hayden are gonna uber our drunk asses home and get some sleep because we're good boys and have class tomorrow." Danny laughed at his own joke. Before turning back to Daisy, Danny killed his second shot. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Ben with Abigail. His mind whirred. Danny was proud Ben wasn't pining after Ya Ya, who was still at the bar surrounded by guys. He smiled and focused his attention back towards Daisy. He placed a finger on her arm and ran it along her skin gently. Looking up at her, he returned her question. "And what about you? How do you see your night going?"

She laughed at his response, rolling her eyes. The bar was quickly getting busy, and she was able to see a number of people she recognised. Everybody seemed to be having a good time, which was the important thing. Even if these kinds of events were intended for networking, they were more frequently used as an excuse to party. Not that Daisy was any different.

The feeling of Danny's touch on her arm sent shivers down her spine, but she ignored it, instead keeping her customary grin on. "Oh, me? I'm planning on switching to something non-alcoholic after these shots, going home at a reasonable hour, watching a few episodes of whatever crime drama they're marathoning, before going to sleep at a reasonable hour like the good little Theta girl I really am," she replied, well able to mimic his sarcasm. "Unless somebody else has a better suggestion, I suppose," She added, before swallowing her next shot.

Danny downed the last of his three shots. He made it appear that he was in deep thought about a suggestion for Daisy, but in fact he laready knew his response. "I don't know... I might have something in mind, but for now, may I have this dance?" Danny stood up and put his hand out for Daisy to follow him onto the dance floor. The dance floor was littered with college students, and the formality of the party had faded. The DJ had switched the vibe over to bass bumping rap songs now, which Danny preferred to dance to. It was pretty easy for him. The girl had to do most of the work. Danny happened to know Daisy could handle it though.

Daisy laughed at his request, shaking her head. She swallowed the rest of her shots, before following him onto the dancefloor. "I'm not entirely sure enough of the tequila has kicked in for this quite yet," she said, laughing at herself a little. "Also, did I mention I have two left feet? Or did you come out with the intention of having your foot impaled by a heel? Because that's a very real probability," she said, practically having to yell over the music. "You go first, show me exactly what to do," she added, taking a step or two back. She was teasing, and had an idea that Danny knew she was teasing, but she was planning on getting as much out of it as possible.

Danny took the tease in stride, but he had seen Daisy at other parties. She really knew how to work a guy over. He pulled her close to him and turned her around, talking over the noise in her ear. "Come on Daisy. You know what to do." His tone bordered on seductive. Placing his hands on the inside of Daisy's hips, Danny kept going, "You get really close to me, and you wiggle away." Danny swung her hips back and forth a few times playfully. He almost laughed at himself. He wanted to be subtle. It was much better than saying something like Daisy I want you to shake your ass on me. Danny wasn't a jerk.

Despite all of her teasing, Daisy didn't object as Danny pulled her over to him and pressed her against him. His voice in her ear sent shivers down her back, but she refused to allow herself to react. Instead, she just rolled her eyes and laughed a little, even as he put his hands on her hips. Him swinging her hips just made her laugh. She knew exactly what he wanted her to do, and part of her wanted to do exactly that. But she also wasn't going to make it that easy for him. For far too long, she'd been the girl that would do anything with any guy that talked sweet enough. A guy was going to have to work to get her.

"Danny!" She exclaimed, pulling away, but grinning. "I am not that type of girl," she added. "If you want it, you're going to have to come over here and show me exactly what you want," she teased. "I'm not going to do all the work for you."

Daisy was playing hard to get. Danny rolled his eyes at her. She was still teasing, but Danny's father had always told him that anything worth having took time and effort. When Danny remembered this he almost laughed out loud. He was sure this wasn't what his father had in mind, but advice is advice. Danny pulled out his best smirk and teased back at her. "Daisy, do you really want me to twerk on you? Because I will. I'm nearly drunk and have no shame." He angled his body towards her like he was gonna dance on her but pulled off at the last second. "Come on girl, you know what I want. Let loose. We're having fun tonight. Look around. You aren't gonna catch any judgment here!" Danny was being nice and genuine. He figured that was what she wanted.

Daisy laughed at him offering to twerk on her, shaking her head a little. She was definitely starting to feel the effects of the alcohol now. It was definitely a good thing she had decided to stay sober before coming, because otherwise she would have been very drunk by that point. Finally giving in, she pressed herself against him, starting to roll her hips, just like he'd wanted.

Danny relaxed himself and fell into rhythm with her as they danced for quite a few songs. The party around him was starting to get wild. The students were finally drunk enough to go all out. Daisy had certainly let loose, and Danny was enjoying it for sure. She was as good at this as Danny expected, but he understood this was a social event, and they had basically only talked to each other. He let another song wind down and leaned down to whisper in her ear, turning her around to face him. "As fun as this is, we need to go socialize, he sighed as he spoke. He really just wanted to stay here all night. "When the party's winding down, I'll come find you. We've gotta get one slow dance in." Danny smiled at her and held her arm for as long as he could before turning to leave for the bar.

The more time passed, the more she felt the alcohol kicking in. She eventually relaxed properly, enjoying herself and the dance. But eventually, it had to come to an end. As he turned her around, she had to resist the temptation to pout. She beamed at his suggestion though, nodding and turning around to look for someone else she knew. She spotted Hayden crashing to the floor, and hurried over to him, reaching down to help him to his feet. She noticed the rather attractive guy standing nearby, and grinned. "Already been swept off your feet, I see?" she muttered to him, raising an eyebrow.

Eliza checked her phone to see the text from Mickey. She looked around the room, planning her pathway to the pool, and apparently getting in people's way while she did. She apologised quietly as she shifted to the side. Pool, pool, who decided there was going to be a pool at this thing anyway. It's not like any of them were dressed for a pool party. God alumni events were stressful. She should have made plans to meet with people beforehand before flying in unprepared. Of course, none of this would be an issue if she wasn't so scatterbrained half the time. Eliza took a deep breath. She was a confident, smart young woman, who looked incredible tonight. She was powerful, and

And oh God, Danny was dancing with Daisy. Eliza felt her stomach drop as she saw them. Jesus Christ, Eliza get a grip. It's a crush. You went on a few dates, she told herself. From the corner of her eye, she spotted someone heading towards her. She didn't recognise him, not on sight. She looked around herself, no one else seemed to have spotted him and he was looking right at her, a smile forming on his face. "Alone by coincidence or by choice?"

Yep, definitely here for her. Life had apparently taken a crazy turn. She didn't get approached by boys at these kind of things. Not ones that looked or dressed like him anyway. "A little of column A, a little of column B? My, ah, friends are a little busy," she said, indicating to Danny and Daisy, "Wouldn't wanna interrupt them or anything like that. Sorry," she caught herself before she could babble too much, "Eliza, hi," she waved at him awkwardly. She was good at many things, casual conversations and flirting with strange boys who walked from the bar to talk to her was not one of them.

"Those are on me, As well as a Gin and Tonic, please and thank you."

Blake held his hands up as Maddox shot him a winning smile. Sure, Maddox was hot, the kind of guy Blake might just go after, but there was something between him and Cyrus, Blake was sure of it, even if the two weren't quite aware of it themselves. And so Maddox was not pursued, mostly because Blake had a feeling that Cyrus wouldn't hesitate to give him a black eye if he did. "Be my guest." He thanked the bartender and nodded to Maddox when their drinks arrived.

Blake took a sip of his drink. He stood up a little straighter when he felt arms wrapping around his waist. "Good evening, gentleman," came the delightfully familiar voice of Amaris Hamilton. Her chin rested on his shoulder. "Hello, handsome. I do believe I was promised a drink earlier."

Blake detached himself from Amaris's arms. "And what kind of gentleman would I be if I kept a lady waiting?" he asked, handing Amaris her Cosmopolitan. "Maddox paid, he insisted on it." Blake went to indicate to the Beta, but found he had disappeared. "Nevermind. I probably don't need to say it since nearly every guy in the room is practically drooling, but you look incredible."

Cyrus rose from his seat and whispered in his ear, "I've got some green, join me later." Blake nodded. "I'll catch you in a bit."

"So,"he turned his attention back to Amaris, "How was your summer?"

Hayden would slightly laugh, as he noticed it was Wes. He just said Wes was attractive, but that wasn't totally wrong. He found Weston a slightly bit more attractive than he did most people, but the guy was straight as hell. There was no point in trying. He would look towards the spilled alcohol. He casually glanced at Daisy, and would speak."Daisy, I accidentally bumped into him. Go dance with Danny, bet he'd enjoy it. And, sorry Weston, if you want another one. I can buy you a drink?," the male would laugh a bit, hoping Daisy got his message. He would reach for his phone upon feeling it vibrate.

FROM:St. Nick (Nick)
Where is everyone? I'm headed out to the pool.

He blinked and sort of looked towards Wes. "My night, has been like yours. Not filled with alcohol, trying to get drunk, possibly meet someone. Danny, Ben, and Nick are all here. Nick's at the pool, and I think Danny and Ben are somewhere around here. What about you? You want, you can come out there with me," Hayden spoke with a laugh. They were pretty chill with each other. He didn't let the other male know about his secrets. They weren't close, but they could be if Hayden tried.

TO:St. Nick
Sounds like fun, omw.

Hayden would move away from Weston, and motion for the male to follow him, as he started to walk to the outside area where they pool was.

The party around them is loud and buzzing enough to distract anyone including himself, still, the brunette seems completely baffled as to why Maddox is talking to her. A rather genuine, endearing reaction, he notes. It takes a her minute, but she eventually finds the words to respond. "A little of column A, a little of column B? My, ah, friends are a little busy," she nods towards a couple on the dance floor near by. The male's face doesn't seem remotely familiar, but Mad almost immediately recognizes the girl. Daisy, if he recalls correctly and he usually does, the girl that works at the local starbucks. Maddox knows her face well; result of being unable to make it through the day without a cup of coffee. "Wouldn't wanna interrupt them or anything like that. Sorry," he turns his attention back to the brunette just in time to catch a trace of something that almost seems like jealousy, but not quite. It’s subtle, but it’s there. He nods slightly, already knowing where this is going to end. She’s not the type of girl Maddox tends to be attracted to, but she’s exactly the type of distraction he needs right now. Cyrus has had a firm hold of his mind for the past few hours, which means it’s time to forget the infuriatingly attractive Sigma and find someone else to focus his attention on.

"Eliza, hi," she waves as if she’s afraid of physical contact, pulling a chuckle out of the Beta. That name certainly rings a bell, and so does her face. Pushing the blondie to the very back of his mind, Maddox decides to turn on all of his charm. ”Ahh, Eliza, of course” he chimes with a soft nod. ”Daisy has mentioned you before” he adds, gesturing towards the girl on the dance floor, but quickly regains Eliza’s attention by taking her hand. ”Maddox” he says with a soft shake of her hand and a smirk for good measure. He’s not entirely sure if the girl knows or has heard his name before, but unless she’s heard bad rumors attached to it, that’s completely unimportant right now. Out of the corner of his eye he sees a familiar face give him the okay. His dear president’s usual antics.

”Well…” he says, turning his full attention back to her. ”Since your friends are busy, and I’d hate to leave you out here alone, how about a dance?”. He gives her just enough time to process the question, but not quite enough to respond. Still keeping a hold of her hand from before, he guides her towards the dance floor, purposely within view of the friends she gestured towards earlier just as they are leaving the dance floor. ”So your friends are dating, I assume?” he says as they fall into step to the slow rhythm of the song. ”That’s the only reason I can come up with as to why he would be dancing with Daisy when he could be dancing with you” he adds, slight gesture towards the man now walking past them. Much to Mad’s surprise, focusing his attention on Eliza is distracting him enough to forget about one he shouldn’t be thinking about, if only slightly. It's becomes habitual to use girls as alternatives, but unlike most nights, his intentions with Eliza is not to take her to bed. Not that he wouldn't like to, but he's already been booked for the night.

Yuda didn't really know what happened, everything went by in a whirl. Before she knew it, she was dragged to some unfamiliar place by an obviously lying Abby-Yuda knew something was up-who was obviously just trying to avoid the subject Yuda had brought up. Yuna would find an answer soon though, she hated not knowing anything and Abigail was her best friend so she'd be sure to tell her sooner or later by force or willingly. Yuda protested as Abigail dragged her to who knows where, she didn't have time to order olives or anything! Unfortunately, Abigail was just as stubborn as Daisy and wouldn't respond and continued. Yuda hoped they'd reach their destination soon because her feet were starting to hurt in her heels. For some reason, Abigail stopped in tracks. Yuda was going to ask what was wrong, Abigail had already mustered up the courage to walk over to a small group of people. Yuda was not excited for this. Luckily, there were some familiar faces to be seen. Archie and Naomi were there. Naomi shot her a weird flirty smile which was met with a Yuda original glare.

Yuda was introduced to the unfamiliar faces that were there. There was some pretty girl named Ayala there, everyone seemed to call her YaYa instead though. The guy's name was Ben. Yuda didn't really care about all these formalities. The atmosphere felt kind of uneasy here anyway, an awkwardness hung in the air and Yuda didn't know why. Ben said something about something working out, Yuda honestly did not care. Her stomach was beginning to distract her since she hadn't even eaten yet. Yuda didn't really want to interrupt whatever was going on here, but she couldn't help but feel uncomfortable with this whole situation. It was a little too ominous, something much more serious was lurking about and this was one of these cases where Yuda wouldn't like to know whatever was going on. Maybe whatever Yuda was sensing in the atmosphere was what was bothering Abby? She seemed to have tensed up when the Ben guy had approached to her. Yuda made a mental note to ask her later, she could probably be the therapeutic remedy Abigail needed to calm her nevres. So, is anyone else starving? This was her first verbal input with this group of people so hopefully that her stomach didn't bother them too much. "You all look a bit peckish or maybe my stomach is making me see things." Yuda gave an awkward smile and whipped out her phone while everyone gave a response.

Eliza, Daisy
Was dragged into an awkward situation with some strangers, please tell me you guys are by a bar or something I am literally going to die of hunger in 8 seconds

"I honestly don't know," Eliza answered after a short moment to herself and there was that thing again. Something in between uncertainty and disappointment. It was clear to Maddox that whatever was, or wasn’t, going on between Daisy and the unnamed man was bothering her, regardless of how much she tried to hide it. Though not exactly obvious, at least not to the point where the subjects of the conversation would notice, it was obvious enough for the Beta to pick up on. She added a comment on how she should ask them personally if he truly wanted to know, which he didn’t, not in the slightest. After glancing in the man’s direction for merely a second, his gaze returned to hers as he made a subtle gesture towards him. ”You can do much better” he stated firmly, making sure she knew her discomfort hadn’t gotten past him. Few things ever did.

Eliza looked up at his comment about her being able to do better. She smiled and quirked a brow at Maddox. "That implies that there was something between me and Danny to begin with. He's a good guy," she finished weakly. Eliza wasn't quite sure why she was trying to defend Danny to Maddox. She had barely heard from him over the summer. That was mostly a two-way fault given that her dad wasn't exactly great whenever Eliza mentioned a boy, but still, Danny's attempts at communication had been few and far between. And now he had apparently moved on to Daisy without so much as a word. "But thanks anyway."

Her comment pulls an almost amused smile out of him. "A good guy, huh?" he repeats, not exactly expecting an answer from her. Many guys on campus could be reffered to as "good guys". Including himself, according to most. Of course, comments like that weren't always accurate. Maddox never considered himself a good guy, in any sense of the word, but if you asked most of the people that didn't know him that personally, they would tell you otherwise."Well, since you seem to like good guys, maybe I shouldn't have pulled you out to dance" he notes, his features contorted into somewhat of a worried expression. "Your house president would most definitely not approve". Amaris Hamilton had made it very clear that she was unimpressed by Maddox. The Beta could probably pinpoint as to why that is, and though it may or may not have been a bad move on his part, it still felt kind of unfair for her to hold something that happened so long ago over his head like she appeared to be doing. "She seems to be convinced that all Betas are bad news" he adds.

"I'm sure Amaris has her reasons, but I'm not her." Eliza had always been a big believer on judging people on their own merits. Good people fell in with bad crowds all the time. Sure, she didn't like Andre from what she'd heard of him, but she was pretty certain that not every Beta was a carbon copy of Andre. "Some people are good, some are bad, houses have nothing to do with it as far as I'm concerned." The song faded away as a new one started. "Why did you ask me to dance? I mean, if you knew it would annoy Amaris, why ask?" Eliza asked while the music was quieter and she didn't have to shout.

Maddox nodded as if to agree with her statements, almost caught off guard by her question. He had a feeling she would question his motives for asking her to dance, something he didn't entirely have an answer for. Well, he did, but it wasn't the kind of answer she'd like to hear. "Why not?" he replied with a devilish grin. "Do I really need a reason to ask a pretty girl out to dance?" he added, continuing his habit of answering a question with more questions. He could feel his phone continiuosly vibrating in his jacket pocket, but decided to ignore it for now. It would be rude to answer texts while talking to someone. "It sounds like you could teach your president a thing or two about judging others". Though that sounded a bit harsh, it was nothing but the truth. Maddox was many things but judgmental was not one of them.

Eliza tilted her head. A small smile tugged on her lips. "There's never a straight answer with you is there?" It was annoying that Maddox wasn't giving her any clear cut answers, but he had piqued her curiosity. She wanted to know more about him, and she had the feeling that it wasn't going to be easy. He was guarded and Eliza wanted to know the reason why. Eliza felt her phone buzz and resisted the urge to check it "Like I said, I'm sure Amaris has her reasons, but I'm not about to walk around telling her how to treat people. She regarded Maddox for a moment. "It was nice meeting you Maddox, but I have other friends I need to catch up with. I'll see you around I guess." She afforded him one last smile before she disappeared into the crowd. She didn't need to hear his answer, the likelihood was that they would see each other again at the back to back events that were happening. God knew she needed the distraction from Danny.

Maddox waved her off with a soft smile, watching her disappear into the sea of faces. Never a straight answer he repeated in his mind, deciding that was a very accurate way of describing him. he never gave straight answers because doing so could lead his guard being let down, something he didn't plan on doing with anyone or anything. Distorted, vague answers was his way of making sure that never happened. After he was sure Eliza was gone, he checked the buzzing device in his pocket, chucjling slightly at Archie'a response . he read over Abby'a message as well but opted out of texting them back when he realized they were both by the door in a rather large group of people. Sensing there may be drama currently in play, he prepared himself mentally before approaching the group. "Right here" he said, answering Abby'a text as to where he was, extending his hello to the rest of the group afterwards. Some he knew well and some he didn't. A particular face caught his attention and he smiled at her deviously, knowing that that's all it would take to annoy her. "Omi" he said, bowing slightly. [color=#0000cc]"And here I thought I'd have to get through the night without getting to see my favorite tsundere"[color]

If Weston hadn't received Nick's text, signaling that he, too, was out by the pool, he definitely would have taken Hayden up on the offer and headed out there with him. He didn't know why he had even asked Nick about where he was, if the second that the guy answered back, his initial reaction was to read the text and then quickly delete the conversation in its entirety, again. It was a pretty clear representation on how conflicted he was feeling, if nothing else. On one hand, he just couldn't get Nick out of his head. On the other, though, he knew that Hudson was serious, and Wes didn't know if Nick was worth losing his Beta brotherhood over. If Hudson kicked him out, he would likely out him sexually to the rest of the fraternity too. Weston wasn't aware that some of his brothers weren't straight either, so he had no reason to believe anything other than that he would lose all of his friends, and become a social outcast. His father would be upset and confused over what happened, and Weston could already see himself falling into a deep depression over the entire ordeal. At the same time, Fulton was supposed to be an opportunity for him to feel free and comfortable with who he was. He didn't need everyone who walked by him on the street to know what his sexual preference was, and honestly, he would have been content with continuing to have a secret relationship with Nick, that no one knew about, but even that didn't seem possible now.

It was all so conflicting, and then to add into the mix that he had now to add keeping up a fake relationship with a girl he barely knew into the mix, and Weston was almost relieved when he received Charlotte's text message. It annoyed him in a sense, because for all she knew, he was actually having fun and now he was supposed to leave the event to cover for her, but he didn't want to think in that petty way right now, because he did want to leave. It worked out, luckily, for the both of them. He hadn't noticed Daisy's initial arrival, upon being focused on his phone and the text from Nick and Charlotte, but he smiled at her when he did notice her. "My girlfriend actually already wants to call it a night, so I think I'm gonna head back home with her," he explained, trying to make "my girlfriend" sound as natural as possible. "Go treat yourself to a drink, man," he said, his eyes flashing back towards the puddle on the ground, before he started in the opposite direction from the two. "But it was nice seeing you guys. You look great, Daisy."

She just rolled her eyes at Hayden's comment about Danny, grinning. "Thanks, Weston," she replied, before her phone buzzed with a text. Turning away from where the boys had been, she headed back towards the bar as she read the text. She laughed at Yuda's desperation. Her Big had never been good with parties, and they both knew that the only reason she was there was because the rest of Theta would have dragged her out if she hadn't.

To: Yuda

Am in process of finding you food. I'll come find you then to make it less awkward x

When she got to the bar, she ordered herself a Diet Coke and some snacks for Yuda. She'd decided against an alcoholic drink, simply because she was more than buzzed enough for now. She'd probably drink a little more later, but for now, she was happy. Her drink gotten, she scanned the room for Yuda. She was hovering awkwardly with Abigail, Naomi, Ben, Ayala, Archie... No wonder she was feeling awkward.

Striding across the room, Daisy grinned as she reached the group. "The snacks you ordered," she declared, handing them to Yuda. "You owe me one," she added teasingly, before looking up at everyone else. "Hey guys. You all look stunning, by the way. Honestly, part of me wishes that socialisation wasn't part of this event so I could just sit and admire all these pretty people," she laughed lightly. She knew that Ayala wasn't overly keen on her; something to do with her flirting with Ben, despite literally everyone else knowing it was harmless. That said, she was still going to be pleasant. Whatever her problem was, that was exactly it; her problem. Daisy didn't know the full story, and she wasn't going to start unnecessary trouble.

Before Abby could even answer Danny, Archie had spoken up. "I'm sure Benny 2.0 would be more than happy go with you and get food, Yuda." Danny took his feigned kindness as smug disrespect. He had heard all about Archie from the few Alpha girls he was cool with and, of course, Weston. Danny's primal instincts immediately kicked in. This sometimes happened when Danny had alcohol in his system. A mere challenge from someone could bring his blood to a boil. He looked to the side at Ben, who seemed to have a particular disdain in his look for Archie himself. Ben was Danny's brother, and he tested Ben's judgment where guys from other clubs were concerned.

He broke through into the cluster of the group gently, careful not to push around anyone unnecessarily. He turned back around, placing Abby's drink in her hand. She spotted Daisy being the aforementioned Yuda food before settling into their group. This gave Danny momentary pause as he smiled at his chosen princess for the night. He took the drink in his own straight to the head. Danny laughed at himself silently in his head. What the hell was he doing? Making a scene? He turned to look at Ben. "Hey Ben, you wanna tell me why this Beta meathead is being such a smug bastard to me. All I did was come over to talk to a couple of friends. And why the hell did he call me Benny 2.0?" Danny was looking to get Ben riled up. If he was gonna get in a fight is wasn't going to be alone. The group was growing around him, with people from each house present. This could get interesting. Danny focused his attention back on Archie, challenging the guy with his stare.

As Eliza walked away from Maddox, she felt her phone buzz. She reached into her bag and saw a message from Yuda and from Michaela. The one from Yuda was from a while ago, probably the one that had come through while she had been dancing with Maddox, no doubt one of the other girls had picked it up already. The other was from Mickey and was slightly more recent. Apparently Michaela was already going home.

To:Mickey
No problem, but I am holding you to that.

She looked up and saw Amaris talking with some boys that definitely weren't from Kappa. Blake was there, which meant they were probably Sigma. She didn't feel like dealing with the Sigma guys right now. She couldn't see Yuda anywhere, and she didn't feel like talking to Daisy right now, which was ridiculous, her sane mind told her. But she really didn't want any reminders of Danny right now, wherever he was. How did she always end up on her own at these things? The only thing she could do was network and there didn't seem to be that many people who worked in game design here, not that she recognised anyway. "I need air," she said to herself, weaving her way out to the poolside.

The air was noticeably cooler outside, much to Eliza's relief. She ran a hand along her hair, making sure it was still in place. She heard Danny's voice raise above the din in the conversation. There was that weird feeling in her stomach again, somewhere between kicking and fluttering. She leaned back to try and see what was going on, but he seemed to be in the big group, a group that was getting bigger by the moment. Eliza sighed. Danny was going to end up in trouble at this rate.

To:Daisy
You might wanna save Danny. This looks like it could go bad real quick

Eliza dropped her phone into her bag and slowly headed over. She was only going to make sure Danny didn't end up in a fight, as any good friend would do. Liar echoed in her head.

Blake took a sip of his drink, choking when Amaris made a comment about the rest of Jack's night. She was quick, he would give her that. Not that he would ever admit that to her face, he would never hear the end of it. Amaris had a way of turning whatever casual compliment he threw her way into evidence she would make a better lawyer than him. Blake turned his gaze very pointedly to Jack's crotch before looking up at Jack's face. "The poor thing," he said, pouting for effect. He turned to Amaris. "Didn't your mother ever tell you not to mock the afflicted, young lady?" Blake wagged his finger at her. "It's not Jack's fault, he got dropped when he was a baby. Several times apparently."

Blake flashed a grin at Jack. "You know I love you really. Deep down. Really deep down. Really really deep down, there is a smudge of affection for you. A tiny drop. There would be more, but I am apparently the great love of my own life," Blake clapped a hand on Jack's shoulder. "I'm sure you understand."

Outside, a commotion started. "I think the evening's entertainment just arrived." Blake had been in exactly one fistfight his entire life. They were a lot more fun to watch. He idly sipped his drink as he watched the events unfurl.

"How did you know I like it rough?"

His lips almost brushed her ear as he spoke, his voice a sultry whisper. A small flush rosied her cheeks, and Naomi felt her hackles rise. This guy... One of Archie's arms draped itself over her slender shoulders, and Naomi felt torn whether to shrug it off or not. She hated how easily he twisted her about, and was well aware that he did what he did to get a rise out of her, but at the same time... His arm was so warm on her shoulders, like a comforter- only if the comforter came with pick-up lines and a penchant for assholery.

"I'm sure Benny 2.0 would be more than happy go with you and get food, Yuda." Fully aware of the game Archie was playing, she shot the beta an exasperated look before opening her mouth to reply to Yuda.

"Omi." It was as if some Greater Power was pining for her head to explode, as Maddox joined the group, meeting her eyes and smirking deviously. "And here I thought I'd have to get through the night without getting to see my favorite tsundere."

Resisting the urge to grit her teeth, Naomi forced a wry smile. "Unfortunately for both of us- you were mistaken."

Naomi looked over the beta, raising a brow in reluctant admittance. Shit. He looks good.

Naomi was aware that he would. After all, Maddox was hardly an unattractive guy, even on his off days. The problem was, he knew that. All the betas were so damn aware of how hot they were, it was infuriating.

Voice touched by casual nonchalance, she tried to take the high road. "Nice suit."

From where Abigail was standing, she was a bit uncomfortable and she doesn't even know why she walked over here after seeing Ben and Ya Ya back together. She turned around to roll her eyes at their display then turned back towards the group just as Naomi spoke to Yuda. She was toned back into the conversation now. "I know right. Isn't she gorgeous?" Abigail interjected as her eyes fluttered up towards Ya Ya, who said hello towards her. "Hello. Nice to see you guys back together." She said with a smile then looked towards Ben before her gaze fell upon Yuda again. "I'm suddenly not hungry." Abby muttered softly as she chuckled at Yuda's comment then saw as she began to text someone.

She cleared her throat then gasped as someone tapped her on the shoulder but heard a familiar voice behind her. It was Danny and she was a little bit relieved to see him as he broke the silence that smothered her. "Well, well. My hero." She accepted the drink with a smile that gleamed up towards him. She didn't really feel like drinking anything right about now but she did take a little sip from the drink. "Oh, thanks for your compliment, by the way, Archie. Everyone here seemed to have went all out on their attire. She said before Archie made a comment towards Danny and her eyes went a bit wide. She didn't know what to say as she didn't need to say anything because it just might've made matters worst.

Another familiar face appeared in the group, it was Maddox. She immediately went over by him and gave him a small hug and eyed him. "You look amazingly handsome, Maddy." She complimented him then leaned in a little bit towards him as she whispered. "I thought I was the only girl you wanted to dance with tonight." Her eyes fell upon his now as she waited to hear how he was going to respond towards her after that comment. Her gaze went over towards Daisy as she came over and gave Yuda some snacks. "Thank you so much, Daisy. You look no so bad yourself." Abigail responded as she walked over there and gave Daisy a small hug and nodded in agreement to her statement. Her eyes then flickered over towards Danny, who spoke sort of explicitly towards Ben about Archie. She honestly hope that something wasn't about to go down right now. Not like this at this fabulous event. Abigail really wanted to say something but she had her own problems to deal with at the moment. Plus, this little disagreement didn't have anything to do with anyway. Instead, she just took another sip from her drink and stared at everyone as she waltzed back over to get a closer look at everything.

Just as he thought, the unresolved tension and drama practically slapped Maddox in the face merely seconds after joining the small group. He knew for a fact that this had nothing to do with him this time. He hadn’t done anything provocative enough to stir up this kind of drama yet. But the same couldn’t be said for Archie. His little had a habit of saying things that got him into trouble and though Maddox never held those kinds of things against him, most people did. What did you do now? is what he wanted to ask his little, but much to his surprise and pleasure, he got a response out of Naomi. She seemed to be annoyed just by his sheer presence, something that Maddox couldn’t help but smile about. Very few things gave the Beta as much pleasure as annoying the hell out of Naomi did. ”Nice suit”. The Beta knew what was meant by that. You look nice in that suit but expecting compliment like that out of Naomi was asking for the impossible, so he settled for the half ass compliment he got instead. "You look amazingly handsome, Maddy.” the Beta turned to look at Abigail surveying his looks and smiled, knowing that her compliment was much more genuine. "I thought I was the only girl you wanted to dance with tonight." she semi-whispered, earning a chuckle from him. He mimicked her actions, leaning in close enough so that he could almost whisper back. ”That’s still a valid statement. You look amazing”.

Seconds later, a familiar face joined the group. Daisy, announcing her presence as she began to hand out food. Maddox threw a quick hello her way, feeling a bit strange that they were seeing one another outside of the usual Starbucks. He had almost forgotten about the underlying drama he felt when he first arrived, but things such as those never just vanished. It felt calm now….like the calm before the storm. Hey Ben, you wanna tell me why this Beta meathead is being such a smug bastard to me. All I did was come over to talk to a couple of friends. And why the hell did he call me Benny 2.0?" Maddox cocked a brow, eyeing the man these words were coming out of. The same man Eliza had referred to as ”A good guy”. It was funny, hilarious even. Maybe she’d have to rethink that statement a little. Once again, this had nothing to do with him, but did Maddox feel a slight annoyance at the fact that this man was seemingly yelling at his little for no reason? Most definitely! Not that Maddox didn’t think Archie couldn’t hold his own, quite the contrary, but the two brothers were a packaged deal. Mess with one and you’ll most definitely end up on the other’s bad side. Still, Maddox refrained from saying anything, knowing that ARchie would be more than capable of standing up for himself.

Raising an eyebrow at the new guys next comments, Archie stifles a laugh. "Hey Ben, you wanna tell me why this Beta meathead is being such a smug bastard to me. All I did was come over to talk to a couple of friends. And why the hell did he call me Benny 2.0?" While this could easily piss off most people, all Archie thought about it was that, it was hilarious. Which had the potential to piss off this easily riled Kappa even more.

As Maddox joins their ever expanding circle, Archie sends him a kind of 'I got this' look, before retorting. "I called you Benny 2.0 because I don't know, or care to know, your name," With a roll of his eyes, Archie removes his arm from Naomi's shoulders as Daniel gets closer, moving so that he is almost standing in front of her - a subconsciously protective move on his part. "Besides all you Kappa guys are just as forgettable as each other, so does it really matter?" Archie knew damn well that this was not the kind of place he should be starting shit, but then again, it was the Kappa that stepped to him - what was he supposed to do? It wasn't Archie's fault the guys too sensitive.

"Now be a gentleman and back off," Archie looks around their little group, comprised mainly of Alphas and Thetas, before turning his hazel eyes back on Daniel, "I know that's gonna be tricky for you, but c'mon don't scare the girls," Then as his eyes trailed back down to Naomi, Archie can't help but let a small smirk form on his lips, "Or piss them off, I'm pretty sure every one of them could fight better than you, bud."

As Archie lets his gaze wander, he eventually locks eyes with Daisy, their relationship was rather complicated - he loved the girl as a friend, but whenever they promised that friends was where they would stay, the pair always had to go and make things messy again by hooking up. Sending Daisy a wink, Archie was unaware that this in itself, could piss Daniel off. Honestly, Archie had never even noticed the guy before now, so he couldn't know about Daniel and Daisy's relationship. That's not to say that he wouldn't have still winked at Daisy had he know, Archie just loved to piss people off.

Deciding to finish whatever it was he had just started with Daniel, Archie lets out a small sigh. "Ok seriously, you should back off now," Switching his gaze to Ben who was stood there, silent for the moment, Archie smiles - not a sweet genuine smile, but a cocky, almost malicious one - before moving slightly closer to the two Kappas, "We all know you're too pussy to do anything," Laughing softly under his breath, Archie continues, "Isn't that right, Benny?"

Perhaps he was skating on thin ice here, Archie actually had no idea whether Daniel was the violent type or not - he simply took the Kappa house at face value. They were the nice ones, meaning they weren't gonna fight him, right? Besides, while he may not be able to take Ben on his own (that guy was far too built for Archie's liking), he could certainly take Daniel down without a second thought, and with his Big by his side, Ben shouldn't be too difficult either.

As he thought about his Big, Archie's gaze shifted back to Maddox, knowing what the guy was thinking. Of course Archie was being a bit of an idiot right now, but he still knew that Maddox would have his back no matter what, which made Archie more confident in his jabs at Ben and Daniel.

The male would wave to Weston, as a way of saying goodbye. Then eventually walked towards the area he knew Danny would be. He would run a hand through his hair, as he heard an unfamiliar voice speak to his best friend.

"Besides all you Kappa guys are just as forgettable as each other, so does it really matter?"

What the hell did Hayden walk into? Um he was pretty sure the slightly attractive person standing before him was coming for his house? He turned to see who it was, and he swore he knew the dude's name. But he didn't have it registered in his mind. Archivald? Aaron? Hayden would slightly frown as he would push past a few people and look towards Danny and Ben. He now knew what was happening as he registered the rest of what the male said. Along the lines, if he had more alcohol, Hayden would probably have been swinging right now. But given it was a civil event, and he was to behave. He wasn't as nearly as smashed,as he still sipped on what was left of the Bloody Mary that spilled, when he had bumped into Weston.

"Now be a gentleman and back off. I know that's gonna be tricky for you, but c'mon don't scare the girls. Or piss them off, I'm pretty sure every one of them could fight better than you, bud," hearing that. He knew what was happening. He was pretty sure that the two were going to fight. Hayden knew Danny could fight his own battles, but. If he couldn't, Hayden would silently whoop this imbecile's ass. Especially for insulting his house.

Ben was doing his best to calm Danny down, whispering in his ear ”Relax Dan, it’s okay. He’s just being a fucking prick.” Danny breathed in deeply. Ben was right, but the ignorant bastard wouldn't shut the fuck up. "I called you Benny 2.0 because I don't know, or care to know, your name. Besides all you Kappa guys are just as forgettable as each other, so does it really matter?" Danny looked at Ben. The comment reminded him that a fight would dishonor his house, but Danny wasn't about to keep taking shit from Archie. Maybe when he was sober, but he was to drunk for this bullshit. Archie kept pushing, "Now be a gentleman and back off. I know that's gonna be tricky for you, but c'mon don't scare the girls. Or piss them off, I'm pretty sure every one of them could fight better than you, bud." Next, Archie made a massive mistake. He winked at Daisy. Danny glanced over his shoulder to confirm, and sure enough, she was in the line the wink was sent. The hair on Danny's neck stood up. Daisy was his, at least for the night.

Danny was about to snap. He could feel the anger pricking at the surface. Keeping his eyes locked on Archie, he directed a comment at Ben in a whisper, "You go high. I go low. He can't take us both." Danny wanted to go now, but he wasn't going to pounce until Ben was down himself. Danny saw Hayden enter the group. That was good, extra backup if he needed it. "Ok seriously, you should back off now," Archie was directing the comments at Ben now. Ben turned to face the incessant idiot who kept talking. "We all know you're too pussy to do anything," Archie let out an arrogant chuckle, "Isn't that right, Benny?"

Danny saw Ben tense up, ready to spring. A chuckle protruded from Ben, and, in the blink of an eye, Danny watched instinct take over. As soon as Ben started to swing, Danny took off. He nailed Archie right around the waist, hearkening back to his middle school linebacker days. He had him pinned on the ground. After Ben's comment, Danny added a scream of his own, "You fucked with the wrong one tonight." He heard a cold fist land on Ben's temple. Ban could fight his own battles, and Hayden was there too. He had no intention of letting Archie up, but he had to admit the guy was strong.

Yuda watched as the circle expanded, to her misfortune it expanded exponentially. She saw all the interactions between the people and observed them with curiosity. Naomi and Archie being as obvious as possible; Yuda made a side note that they could possibly be into voyeurism. Yuda took note of Abigail's awkwardness towards this Ben dude. The Ya Ya girl was kind of just standing around. Yuda found it pretty interesting how this group dynamic worked. It was a lot animosity mixed with some neutrality which created a very tense and uneasy atmosphere. Too caught up in observing her surroundings, Yuda didn't even noticed Daisy approached her until she had a Diet Coke and some snacks shoved into her hands. "The snacks you ordered, you owe me one.". Yuda gratefully took the snacks from her Little, she didn't start eating though because there was no place to relax so she just kind of stood there awkwardly as Daisy radiated her typical outgoing energy and greeted everyone in the room.

Yuda didn't think it was possible but the circle got even bigger. She was itching to get out of there as the conversation buzzed between the whole group of people. Sure, this was a good time to make some connection but connections were definitely not her strongest point. She began tapping her foot lightly and looking around the room to occupy herself, she didn't want to seem room and just suddenly leave on a bombastic note. Although that idea seemed to sound better every passing word being exchanged. She began observing again. This was a homework assignment she had in her Social Psychology class so she'd have to write all this down at home. The most significant observation she made was how Daisy interacted with some kid. That kid so happened to make a very rude remark. "Hey Ben, you wanna tell me why this Beta meathead is being such a smug bastard to me. All I did was come over to talk to a couple of friends. And why the hell did he call me Benny 2.0?" and that was Yuda's cue to zoom off with Daisy before things were blown out of proportion.

"Okay, yea, this was an amazing pow-wow and all, but Daisy and I will be taking our leave."She couldn't grab Daisy's arm due to her hands being full so she just awkwardly shoved her in the direction towards the bar. She heard some shouting after that but she'd find out about that later.

Just before Yuda started shoving her away, Archie caught Daisy's eye and winked. Daisy just rolled her eyes, but grinned at him. She felt like Danny mightn't take kindly to their relationship, but it was none of his business. She let Yuda hurry her away towards the bar, deciding that she did, in fact, need more alcohol.

Exhausted, Yuda took a barstool and sat down. What the hell was that all about? She half asked to Daisy, most of the question was aimed to herself. "That couldn't gotten really ugly if we stayed." She began munching on her snacks like a primate. "I'll definitely get all the details later, Abigail seemed really upset and she tensed up around that Ben guy so I'm pretty sure that those events are linked. Also that kid that threw that insult was eyeing you like a piece of meat! The atmosphere was so awkward I wonder what's going on in that whole group of 'friends'." Yuda took a sip of her Diet Coke. Seeing as you're quite obviously connected to that kid, I'm assuming you know a part of the puzzle.

Daisy laughed at Yuda's reaction. "I'm pretty sure that's going to get nasty, regardless of whether we're present or not," she remarked, before ordering herself some random cocktail that sounded good. She stole one of Yuda's snacks as Yuda mentioned Danny.

"Oh, Danny? Yeah, he's um... Yeah. Him and Archie don't get along. Don't know why, try to avoid mentioning one when I'm around the other," she said, shrugging. She grinned and thanked the bartender as he handed her her drink. It tasted as good as it had sounded. "I honestly don't know everything that's going on. I don't care either, unless the drama directly affects me, I don't keep up."

"Well, I think that guy is definitely no good! He has too many enemies and as your Big it is my duty to keep you out of trouble." Yuda took another sip of her soda. Honestly I don't think you should stay away from that whole group, they're wild animals and I'm not one to care about reputation but Amaris definitely does, so in conclusion you dump the guy." Yuda flashed an evil smile. "Or use him to your advantage. The choice is yours."

Daisy rolled her eyes at Yuda's advice, taking another long sip from her cocktail. She'd rebuilt a reputation before, and while she wanted to avoid it, she was relatively confident she could do it again. She knew that her Big only had her best interests at heart, but Daisy was a big girl, she could handle herself. She laughed at her implying she could use Danny, though.

"I'm a big girl now, Yuda, I can handle myself," she said coolly, before grinning at her friend "And don't you worry, Yuda. If any of them try and mess with me, I'll make them regret it. But for now, I'll use them exactly as I please," she concluded, taking another mouthful from her drink.

"Aw, my little is growing up." She pinched Daisy's cheeks. "Anyway, whatdo we know about this Ben guy. Also that Ya Ya girl. She didn't say much that whole time so I'm not sure what to think of her." Yuda had never seen the girl around campus before so she was wondering who she might be. "I should text Eliza and tell her where we're at just in case."

To: Eliza
At the bar with Daisy, what time do u plan on going home?

"Oh, Ya Ya? All I know about her is that she doesn't particularly like me. She got the impression somewhere that my flirting with Ben wasn't entirely innocent, despite that being contrary to what literally everyone else thinks. And, trust me, it is entirely innocent. Ben is nice and all, but I don't like him like that," she said, taking another mouthful out of her drink. She looked up just in time to see Ben throwing a punch at Archie. Danny joined in by tackling Archie, and Maddox grabbed Ben. "Looks like we left just in time. I should probably go help," she mused, before shooting a grin over at Yuda. "You know. Just in case they're fighting over me," she added, grinning. "But, you know, can't go ruining my dress," she sighed dramatically, draining the rest of her cocktail and signalling to the bartender for another.

"Well, while you go play animal control, I will find Eliza and Amaris to see what time we're heading back to the house."The bartender Daisy ordered came back, before he could give Daisy the drink Yuda took it and had a tiny sip. She handed it back to Daisy. "Maybe we could even play detective. My whole goal is to find what's troubling Abigail and I'm assuming it's tied to all of this."

Daisy raised an eyebrow as Yuda briefly stole her drink, although the other girl only took a mouthful. It wasn't that strong, thankfully, so Daisy knew that she'd still have her wits about her for coming to deal to the boys. She drained her drink, getting to her feet and brushing herself down. "I can't believe I have to do this," she remarked, laughing. "If you guys want to head home without me, go ahead, I'll get an Uber or something, and I'll keep you guys updated. Wish me luck!" She called, heading over to the scuffle.

That girl sure is a handful. Yuda pulled out her phone to send a second text

To Amaris
What time do we plan on going home captain?

Yuda order another cocktail and pulled out her Nintendo DS. She couldn't wait to get home.
