Kiya looked over as a small group disbanded, including potato boy who had been chuckling. Kiya ran after him. She felt horrible for him, first day and in the popular group he had now earned the name potato head. Mark had years of popularity under his belt, mostly due to being a jock and his association with one of the prettiest girls in school, so such an incident was considered the jokester Mark.
“Oh my gosh… I am SO sorry for Mark… He can be that way, I’m really sorry..” said Kiya with sincerity. Then she added, “I’m Kiya by the way” due to the fact that the boy’s eyes were the coolest color, they would compliment fire nicely…

((this may sound a bit rude but I would appreciate if there were less one-liners...one-liners mean the next poster has less to work with, and they can really doom an RP quickly. I just don't want this RP to die V_V))

Alice's voice died out not even completing her sentence.
As she walked down the aisle to her dismay most of the seats in the fron and middle were taken leaving the back, she took as seat diagonal of the guy that bumped into her hoping to talk for a while.
Just as she turned in Errol's direction, a tall almost 6foot male teacher with short black hair and glasses came in.
"Welcome! To Combat Training! I am your teacher Ren, combat training is very important training the mind and body...."
Alice zoned in and out of the teachers' lecture waiting for the real thing.
[Teachers can be manipulated as however you want.]

"What dorm are ya' in?" Errol whispered over to Alice, glancing over to the teacher to make sure he didn't have a book thrown at him for not paying attention. He heard some other girl humming a familiar tune, and he arched his eyebrows. Alice, huh?

Writing on a piece of paper she wrote down her dorm, Olympic. Alice equally folded it into halves, then fourths, then eighths.
In a swift movement when Ren was distracted, she tossed it onto his desk.
"Ok class, we'll wait two more minutes for the others to show up and then we'll start some real work"
Alice raised her hand, "What are we doing?"
Ren smirked, "First stretches then we're going outside to attack some wooden dummies. Pretending those dummies are real, you need to defeat them in less than 5 minutes. Unable to do so and you spend your whole next week lunch with me. Oh, and you could choose if you want to go with fists only or carry a weapon. If your going to use a weapon your time will be split in half because of your advantage compared to those using fists."
He chuckled with his next sentence, "The wooden dummies....can counter back."

"Whatever you say, teacher," Eva said in response. She turned to the dummie, and with a sigh lunged forward and punched it as hard as she could; it fell backwards, unable to attack back, and Eva grabbed her knuckles with her other hand. Dammit, that hurt! Eva made a mental note to bring some wraps for her fists next time.

Without looking at anyone she found a seat at the very back of the class. Ignoring the paper wad that flew past her she sat down and opened a little light reading, a 450 page book titled, "Is String Theory Merely an extension of M Theory?". Her real interest, shock surprise, was thermodynamics.

'When he fights it's like he already has the experience, got to respect that he went fist to fist.'
She glanced down at her hand, it opened and closed. 'Ah! The dummy punched him, I have a medic kit here somewhere...'
Alice rummaged in her huge bag looking for her mini-med kit, finding it she tossed it to Errol, "Sorry if it's bulky, I hate being unprepared."
"Ren? I was wondering if I could use my own weapons."
Ren answered back, "Sure, as long as you kill the dummy within the time limit"
Running to the dummy Alice sidestepped going behind its back, the dummy hadn't turned but moved back as fast as she moved.
Bending down she took both shurikens strapped to her ankle and threw them aiming at the dummies legs. The dummy kneeled on one knee and reflected the coming shuriken lunging for Alice. 'Crap, I'm out of weapons and time's almost up...' Seeing as her book bag was next to Errol she dove next to him, she stuck her arm in and took a 3 feet double-edged axe out.
The dummy less than a feet away from her, Alice lifted one arm with the axe up in the air then swung her arm down striking the dummy in a loud crack.
A pile of dust flew up, and clouded her vision for a while.
"D-d-did I hit it? I-I just took a blind strike, I...I was more worried about the time."

He watched as Alice pulled out an impressive arsenal of weapons, and he nearly gaped when she smashed the wooden dummy with the axe. Dust rose around them but if he squinted his eyes he could see what damage Alice had done. The wooden dummy was split in two almost, it was amazing!
"W-Woah," Errol murmured softly, "I think ya' hit it, poppet."
