May looked at Horris, "Please tell me everything that you know. The sooner I find a cure for them, the sooner I can help you save your friend."

Soon they began approaching a pond covered in moss, lily pads, and drift wood. The mist hung specifically tightly to the top of the water. Hanzel heard Lilianna hum a short tune, and then a figure began emerging from the water. Head first, then shoulders, her waist, and then legs, but she only got out of the water to her knees. "Lilianna, you seem to have brought me a gift," she cooed, her voice was as enchanting as her appearance. "Come here, human," she beckoned.

"You can trust me," she whispered, the breathy words leaving her lips, and seeming to travel as a small breeze to Hanzel's ear. "I promise," she added, batting her eyes. "Just come here," she beckoned, crooking her finger at him.

She grabbed her knives, knowing that it was a short enough trip that she wouldn't have to bring her bow and arrows., and set off. She first crossed the Trovesdrain, balancing on a tree that had fallen over the river, and headed north. She kept her eyes and ears open for any unusual rustles or laughter that might be caused by nymphs, the evening and night were their favorite time to appear. So far all was quiet, she kept to the Trovesdrain knowing that the herb she was looking for had been partly produced with the fairies magic and the leftover potions in the river. There was a big patch of these herbs, called Speakles, a few yards into Radella, but right next to the Trovesdrain.
(ooc: Skyla's cave is on the east side of the Trovesdrain on the edge of the Troves)

May continued on walking. She was getting closer to the part of the forest near Radella and the Trovesdrain. The Troves was a place that she didn't want to have to go to. Merpeople generally avoided that area because of the witches that thought they were fish food. However witches may be the ones that have the cure that she's looking for.

Skyla tied a piece of fabric over her mouth and walked in, crouching low, and avoiding any of the trees suspecting that the poisonous fungus was growing on them. She soon found the herbs, there leaves a dark pine green with yellow veins pulsing to the tips. She smirked a little bit at see at them. She was about to pick them up when she heard a rustle at the edge of the fog.
She grabbed her knives, and still crouching, slowly and quietly made her way towards the rustle. Her eyes narrowed, zeroing in on to dark figures, one slender and small, a female, and the other extremely tall and bulky, a male. She was keeping her eyes focused on the male, though she used her peripheral vision to keep tabs on the female.

She continued to look around, but it was hard to see in the fog. "Is someone there?"

Behind the tree she sat and waited, the female still in her line of sight, and closer, the outline of her silhouette was clearer, and she could see a faint line of clothing. Skyla stared at the girl calmly while waiting for the males attack.

"You may not hurt me, but I can't say the same for you," Skyla said narrowing her eyes, getting into the position that she could grab the female quickly. "Why did you come here?" She asked, making her voice hiss a little to scare the female back.

'Clumsy.'
A voice hissed out and Horris watched May step closer, and when he heard the threat come from the fog Horris sighed, pointing his gun above may at a high point on the tree and saying, "May step away from there, obviously this isn't the time to be instigating anything." He cocked his gun loudly, "As for you behind the tree, whoever you are, I am armed and not afraid to shoot, so step out to where I can see you or I will fire upon you. Do not make me resort to any violent measures, for I am not afraid to if that is what it takes. This is your first and only warning."

"What type of fungus?" Skyla asked. She started to stand up slowly, still out of line of fire of the guy, but becoming more peaceful with the girl. "If you make the guy not shoot, I'll the herbs for you, but you can't come into this fog without covering your mouth". She lifted her hands up, letting the knives hang loosely, but at the ready in case it was a trap.

When the door opened again, the witch was carrying a lot of clothes. She saw outside the windows that the rain was starting to fall. A handkerchief fell on the floor and the witch wasn't able to notice it. Maya took it. She flew to the table and place it there. The witch was busy putting the clothes down. "T-thank you for saving me and letting me stay in your home. I'm Maya." She closed her eyes, did a little bow with her hands closed together on her chest, the way faeries show their gratitude.

"Well it's nice to meet you Maya, I'm Cadhla," she held out her pinky to "shake hands" with Maya, "Now what do you want to eat? I have some fruit, herbs, and vegetables that I could cook for you". She lifted the fairy gently onto her hand and placed her over onto the small table and walked over the counter tops where the food resided.

She hopped down from Cadhla's hand and tiptoed on the table. With Cadhla's mention of food her little tummy gave a little lurched. Though she was very small her tummy might have been very hungry. The witch might still have heard the grumbling sound it made. "Sorry about that," Maya said with a shy smile. "Can I have some bread please. Oh and a grapefruit too."
While Cadhla went to the counter, Maya couldn't resist asking the thing that bothered her earlier. "Im sorry for asking this, but why did you saved me? Witches never liked Faeries. Uhm well they pretty much never liked any race...anyone." But she added too quickly, "Oh but I like you. I mean you have been very kind to me. It's not like the stories back at camp."
