Lynx Field Academy, a school to where the shape shifters are free and welcomed. L.F.A is really like any other human school to be fair. Except the kids turn into animals and have that animals abilities, when in animal form they can talk like humans. When in human form, they have no special strengths other than their own human like abilities. the school is highly known for it's sports teams, because heaven knows, animals love their sports.

It's an enjoyable school, once you cross onto the grounds, the area is covered by a barrier that protects them from human eyes, allowing them to be in their own animal form and not get caught.

The early morning was slowly becoming brighter. The sun started to rise higher and higher, letting itself slowly peeking it's way into each student's dorm room windows. Enma had just finished moving in his last box. Sure, it was weird for him to be the only student coming into school so late in the early year. The school was already a month into everything and he had missed his shot into trying out in the sports teams.

Image His mother is the type of woman who would constantly moving around from place to place. Never there for too long, but never there for too short of a time. Though, this time was different. His mother had gotten remarried and was about to be expecting a new bouncing baby boy. So they had finally settled down and his mom had found him a school that he could be himself in. More like a school where she didn't have to worry on him all the time.

Enma, unlike his mom, stepfather and younger stepsister. He was gifted with his father's genes. Only the females on his dad's side of the family are gifted with the power of turning into animals. No one was really sure as to why, but it had always happened. Enma was the only exception. His father had left to figure out why, so he says, but, they haven't seen him scene Enma was 5 years old. Eventually his mom gave up and found another life.

This was different too him, the change in his life had left him sleepless and exhausted. Agreeing to go to this school, only because he didn't part of the picture anymore. To him, it was only right to let his mom go and move on.

With no expression on his face, he quietly pulled out a basketball from the bag it was hiding in. The rusty orange color and the leather smell had always calmed him down. It would make him think of the court and put him at ease.

Without a second thought, he slipped on a white shirt with a yellow zip up hoodie and a red jacket. The extra fabric helped him from getting cold. He was use to his animal form on most times and with all the fur, he had no use for two coats. Wasn't much into the time before he grabbed his bag and a map to the school, before heading out and looking around.

There was still about 30 minutes until class, he was hoping to make it in time to get everything good and done.

ImageJurou had woken up bright and early, he was always looking forward to the day ahead of him. Always wanting to get as much out of the day as possible; he often tired out a lot of his team mates because of this, getting them to wake up bright and early for tiring laps around the school grounds and such. He found it fun, he couldn't understand why they'd find it so tedious and tiring. It didn't matter though, in the end it all paid off and Jurou was great at encouraging others to not give up. He had been in that state of mind many times in the past, when he lacked confidence and self esteem, he though it would be pointless to even try when no one would pay him any mind. But, he couldn't simply ignore his passion for sports, no that was simply impossible. That passion that set a comforting fire in his heart gave him the determination to strive for the best.

Aside all that, when he awoke he left his hair as it is, rather too bothered to even bother with it. It was a waste of time, no matter how many times he tried to tame his hair it always fell back to how it currently was. That messy, bed hair look. But at least it suited him and he pulled it off without looking lazy. He did the usual, brush his teeth, wash his etc, then put on his usual clothing. A simple black short sleeved shirt, men's red track pants detailed with a simple set of two white lines from top to bottom on both pant legs, and a red jacket. This was his sport clothing and it was the most comfortable. He especially loved the jacket, it was properly made with materials used to easily ventilate the piece of clothing, it was protective from rain as well and just kept his at the right temperature. Followed by black sports sneakers. Yup he was already determined to get out there and play a game of Basketball or Volleyball or any sport for that matter, he had energy to burn. Jurou almost completely forgot about class that was to be starting in roughly half an hour.

Finally leaving his dorm with a big grin on his face and his grey sling bag over his shoulder. He was prepared for what ever was in stall for him today and keen to start burning all the energy he had until he was exhausted. Making his way down the hallway of the dorm building, seeing a few others leave their rooms but paid them no mind, far too excited to get outside, thinking of which sport he should play today as he left the dorm building, making his way to the English block, as much as he wanted to hurry up and play a good game, he had to do just as important subjects too. Jurou was responsible and not the type to skip class, he wanted to be a good role model.

It has been around a month ever since the year began. Haruka started attending Lynx Field Academy one year ago. So far she sort of went along with many students, especially with her fencing teammates, she's often hanging around or eating with them. However she didn't form any close and stable friendships yet.

Most people woke up with alarm clocks or phone alarms. This was Haruka's usual way too. This morning however it was her falling off her bed.
"Ugh!" she moaned. "No wonder I fell. That dream about a shark chasing me in space was intense!"

After putting on gray shorts, white sneakers and a dark green hoodie, the girl went for class. She had a relaxed smile on her face until she witnessed a disturbing scene.

"Hey, loser!" A huge guy with a greasy grin approached a lanky girl. "Give me your homework and pocket money!"
"Leave me alone!" The girl mumbled.
"Hey!" Haruka yelled. "Leave her alone! Who do you think you are? The king of the world? Do you care at all about how the poor girl feels, or it's physically impossible for you to think of someone else's well being? Apologize to her right now!"
"I appreciate your instinct to defend me," the lanky girl said. "But we're acting."
"That's right." The big guy said. "We're rehearsing for a play that shows the negative effect from bullying."
Silence filled the atmosphere for a moment.
"On your way to class? Outside, in front of everyone?" Haruka raised her brow.
"We need to use all the time and opportunities we have." The actress smiled.
"Ooookaaayyy... good luck..." The brunette walked away.
"Weird people." she thought.

Soon she was nearing the English class. And there he was - the most popular guy at school, known as Jurou Kawaguchi. At first Haruka wasn't phased by his fame. She didn't even pay much attention to him during Gym, Haruka was too busy doing her own excersizes. However she have constantly heard other students talk about him and his athletic skills. The Sports Prodigy - this title was cemented in Haruka's brain. She knew he was good. However exactly how good was he at sports in order to get such a reputation? How great was he? Did he kick a medicine ball trough seven seas and mountains or something? After a whole year just now she got curious.
"Well, we are in the same class, so knowing more about what's the big deal won't be that hard." the girl thought.

Haruka quickly ran to him.
"Hey! Kawaguchi!" she called out loud and went in front of him, forcing him to stop. "Let's race to class! Now! Show me what's the fuss all about! Come on!"

Aisuru woke up at the crack of dawn as usual. She was always an early bird and used the time to get a bit of exercise in. After having some food, she dressed in some nice jogging clothes and decided to got for a run around the school. She hummed happily as she made her way round and round the school yard. She needed to be careful because knowing her, she would just keep running and forget about going to class. It's happened once before. After about an hour or so, she returned to her dorm and prepared for her day. She dressed herself in something nice and colorful as usual and got her things for class before leaving her room.

She began to enter the building and be greeted by people who knew her or at least knew her name. She was quite the friendly person so she couldn't resist saying hello back. Soon a few of her friends from the cheer leading team approached her.

"Good morning captain."

The girls said in a cheery voice. Aisuru smiled and giggled slightly before replying.

"Good morning everyone. I hope you all do well in your classes today. Also, yesterdays practice went so well, I'm sure today's will too!"

Aisuru was a kind and caring leader who was more concerned about her fellow members needs than her other. Even when she broke her wrist awhile ago, she still attended the practices to help. She loved helping the others no matter what. It was just in her nature to be so nice.

"Oh captain! I got this for you."

One of her members handed her a quite delicious looking muffin. Aisuru's eyes widened. It was.... beautiful! Almost too yummy to eat... Almost. Aisuru giggled and took the muffin happily.

"Thank you so much! I love muffins."

She said in a cheery tone. Just looking at the muffin made her a bit hungry. Why was food so delicious and tempting?! She waved goodbye to her members and looked at the muffin. She nibbled on it cutely and hummed as she began to walk to her class. She wasn't late to any of them before and didn't plan on starting now. Not even for food.... Well.. No! Not even for food. She continued to greet a few other people that she passed before yelping and tripping dropping her back and all it's components. The muffin was safe though.

"Oh no my stuff!"

She said while franticly looking around and starting to find all of her things. She hated dropping things.

Miiko snuggled under the comforter in her bed located in the girls' dorm. The brisk morning air was attempting to break through the barricade of warmth Miiko had so carefully put together by slithering it's way underneath the blankets and tickling the exposed skin of her arms. It was at this point that Miiko had given up trying to sleep and threw the covers off, instantly regretting her decision and going back under once more. It took a few tries before she was able to roll off of the mattress and step onto the wooden floor, creaking towards the bathroom she shared with her roommate. Miiko turned the shower on high and waited for it to get hot before peeling off her pajamas and stepping under the stream of water.

It was nearly an hour later before she finally stepped out of the room, her backpack slung over one shoulder, her long bow on the other. The archery team was having an early meeting before class and Miiko was already running late. She jogged downstairs and across campus to the little building off the side of the school and kicked off her shoes, going to the locker room to change into her archery uniform. It wasn't long before the meeting ended and she ran back into the locker room to change into her day clothes, leaving her long bow in it's case in her locker.

As Miiko put her shoes back on and stepped outside, she noticed someone standing at the gate of the school. Curiously the rabbit crossed the campus walking towards the entrance and wondering if he was a transfer student. He began to move away from the gate and towards the school building, which caused Miiko picked up the pace a bit in order to catch up. "Hello!" She called, falling into step behind him, bouncing on her heels as she followed. "Are you new here? I've never seen you around." Not that Miiko knew everyone, but she was pretty popular as far as students went and had a bit of a reputation. It wasn't as great as some of the athletes like Jurou, more like as the girl that randomly turned into a rabbit that other students would pick up and carry around. She had trouble controlling her transformations sometimes....

"Do you need help looking for your class? I'm Miiko by the way."

Image Enma's eyes were focused on the building. He couldn't help but stare up in wonder. Feeling nervous he pulled out his basketball from it's bag, holding it in his hands to calm down as he started to walk again.

"Hello!" Enma looked up a little to see who had come up to him. It was a girl. Her blue eyes is what caught him. It reminded him of the ocean during a cloudless day. They were warm and inviting. Her hair was the same way, but a caramel color. "Are you new here? I've never seen you around."

He couldn't help but just stare. He wasn't use to people noticing him, but I guess seeing as there was so little people here right now, he was bound to be noticed.

"Do you need help looking for your class? I'm Miiko by the way." He couldn't help but noticed how hyper she was, even though she hasn't said much. She was even a bit taller than him too.

Catching himself from staring, he averted his eyes and started to head to class. guessing she would follow, his hands gripped the ball slightly tighter. Im just headed to 3-b. He was saying it as if he didn't need the help. But he kept his words short and his voice in a low volume.

It all happened so fast. The halls ended up getting crowded and full of people. And without much effort he had slipped through the crowd, losing the girl in the process. It's not as if he did it on purpose, it was more like a habit. He was the type to come and go as he pleased.

Enma had a lack of presents with him. So not much noticed him or really cared too much whether he was here or not. In a way it was helpful to him when no one noticed him. He could get away with alot more and not have to worry about anything.

His eyes were focused on his ball but it never stopped him from noticing his surroundings.

"Let's race to class! Now! Show me what's the fuss all about! Come on!" a girls voice echoed through. She seemed to be challenging someone.

But there was no reply yet.

Wanting to avoid this, he hadn't realized how close he was to them before he was about to crash and hit them. Barely, he had turned and dodged them, eyes still kept on his ball as he quickly started to walk away in the same line he had appeared to be in before he dodged them. It was as if it never happened.

Another crowd of people came as the bell rang and quickly he went through them as if he wasn't even there, making it into the classroom with a huff.

The huff helped the teacher noticed him. "Oh, hello you, can I help you?"

Without saying anything Enma handed her his slip, showing he was the new kid who had transferred here just yesterday night.

"You're quick at coming to school. You didn't have to be here until yesterday. If you like, you can go back to your dorm and sleep. I know you must have just got here not to long ago. Aren't you tired?"

"No.." It was sort of true, he didn't feel, yet.

"Well alright, if you say so dear. Mind staying here?" She pointed to a stool next to her desk for him to sit in. "Ill introduce you once everyone gets here."

Turning his gym bag behind him as it was still strapped over his shoulder, he had sat down with his basketball in his lap quietly.

"Goodness you. There is no need to be so shy! If it wasn't for you huffing, i wouldn't have even noticed you." the teacher chuckled softly. She was a fairly pretty lady for her age. Straight brown hair and a slim body. But her breast where too big for even herself. It looked as if they would tip her over any second..

ImageJurou's brain kept arguing with itself; Basketball! No class, but I want to play Basketball, but you need to go to class. In the end he knew he'd just go to class, contemplating the other option was pointless but it was easy for him to get distracted. Sometimes if he found something more interesting than what someone was telling him, he'd zone out and concentrate on the distraction. This tended to frustrate quite a few people as it caused him to unintentionally stop listening or not give them any attention.

As he continued walking to class, the halls filled with more and more people, he had done arguing with himself and concentrated on manoeuvring around them. Until he heard someone call out to him "hm?" A bit off guard, he turned to see who owned the unfamiliar voice only to see a female right in front of him. She must have moved fast, he hadn't noticed her being there before. How had she managed to get in front of him so easily with so many people around them? Remotely, he was impressed, this girl had energy, it made him pleased to see he wasn't the only one. But what she said afterwards... "Huuuh?" A bit surprised by her random challenge, he frowned at her, raising a brow. Sure he had been challenged plenty of times before, but not in the hallway, to race. Jurou loomed over her, a fierce yet determined look in his eyes. "Are you some kind of idiot?" He continued as other students passed by, moving around them, some looking back and obviously talking about the two. Curiosity was something everyone possessed, especially when a stranger approached the school's sports prodigy, as they liked to call him. A smug look along with a grin formed on his face as he spoke "don't get me wrong, I'll race you any day. But this isn't the place to do it. It's stupid to think a race could take place in the damn hallway." His eyes most judging as they stared into the female's. He liked her spirit and interest in seeing what he was capable of. "After class." Was all he said to end the conversation on the matter, confirming that he was indeed keen on the race.

Jurou's eyes trailed away for a moment, he noticed something his eyes would always automatically lock onto, a basketball. They then studied the one holding it, some guy he hadn't seen at the school before, he was pretty short, he wondered if he actually played basketball and played it well or maybe he was just giving the ball to someone who left it behind? He was most curious about this new face, but just as quickly as he had seen the guy, as he walked in his direction, he had disappeared. What the? He turned around to try and spot him but he could not. Perhaps he was just seeing things?

There seemed to be a female that had been trailing behind him, but had lost sight of him as well, at least he assumed she had been following him. He kind of hoped she had been following him so he could convince himself that he wasn't seeing things.

"Oh no my stuff!" Jurou turned to see what had happened as the voice sounded distressed slightly. He noticed a few things on the ground, not too far from him as some students did their best to carefully step over the things. Ah so she was clumsy. That was when he realised it was the Cheer leading Captain. She was pretty popular with the guys he had to admit. A lot of them tended to talk about her from time to time, being typical males. It was sad to see no one help her though, sure he could be an ass but he knew to help someone when they looked like they needed it. He gave the female who had challenged him one last look and a cheeky smile formed on his face as he left to help the girl "see ya after class."

Approaching the Cheer Leading Captain, he knelt down and grabbed as many items as he could, standing up and handing them to her. "Try not to be so clumsy, people will step on you." Then left. Too many distractions, he needed to get to class already. There was just, quite a few interesting new faces and people he hadn't met this year. He wanted to meet them all. Jurou didn't like the thought of everyone know him and he not knowing them, it felt odd.

Finally arriving to class with a relieved sigh for making it on time, he greeted the teacher. "Morning." He said to her with a short wave of the hand. He sat at his desk, looking to the front of the class. The basketball. His eyes widened slightly, it was him. So he was knew. He studied the red head as he sat silently on the stool at the front of the class. Jurou was quite obviously staring, a bit of a habit of his when he was curious about someone or something. Basketball was his first favourite sport, Volleyball came in second as it was the second sport he learned. Jurou wanted to ask the shorty many questions, but for now, he'd have to be patient.

Image A sight pulled Enma's eyes off his ball. This person was huge, not so much as fat, but tall and built. There was something in the air around him,...power?

"Morning." A slight wave came from this man to the teacher as he went to the back and sat by himself. He was one of first to come in along with a few others who were behind him and sat at their spots.

With a sigh, Enma leaned back to stare out the window. The sight of the sun made everything seem so warm and enduring. This too had always made him calm. Without any thought or realization, he started to spin the ball on his finger, not paying any mind to it, other than staring out side.

With a soft yawn he started to play with the ball like a cat would. He bounced it on his wrist, his arm, elbow, even a few times on his knee. Never once looking at the ball or even noticing he was doing it. And even though he did this, not once did you hear anything. You'd think hitting the ball around that it would make a sound, but Enma's light touches was as if it was brushing against feathers.

"Um, excuse me.." Enma mumbled to the teacher in his low voice.

"Ah!" She looked at him as if she had already forgotten he was there. "Oh right." She relaxed a bit and stopped what she was doing. "Yes? What is it?"

"I was just wondering something." His hands had stopped and the ball balanced on his knee as he swung himself around to face the teacher. Not once did the ball budge or change positions. "Sports aren't accepting players, huh?"

"Well that depends on the sport, but yes, most of them are full and not expecting at all. While others are barely hanging on by a string." Her face fell, she was sad about this fact of hers. But something dawned on her, her face was so easy to read it was almost crazy. "Speaking of sports, didn't the Headmaster tell you? Room 3-b along with 3-a and 3-c are all Sports class rooms."

Yes he was told this, but he wasn't sure why she was asking, until..

"Do you do a sport?" She asked him cluelessly.

He was caught off guard. His hands were playing with the ball again, but this made him stop completely. His nails dug into the ball a bit, but he sighed and shook his head.

"So why are you in this class then? You must be doing a sport in order to be here. Maybe we should get you relocated to a different class room. Ill talk to the Headmaster about this. But you'll have to stay here until then." She said as she started clicking and typing on her computer.

It has been almost 2 whole years the last time Enma was on a sports team. The last time he played, his team won nationals. They all called the team, Prodifiers. Because they believed that, that's what they were, prodigies. Especially when no one has ever scored a point going against them. Enma believed that it wasn't because they were prodigies, but because they worked hard for what they had become to get there. Something happened on the year of the nationals. And after they had won their last game, no one had talk to each other ever again.

Shaking his head, trying to pull his mind away from the memories. His red hair started to stick up into the spiky mess it had been lacking. When he opened his eyes, the red inside them gave off a gleam, a light of it's own. He could feel that his eyes had changed into cat eyes, do to stress or sadness. Slowly he looked up to the feeling of eyes directed on him. And for a long moment, even though his mood was down, he couldn't help but stare back at the man who he had been feeling his eyes staring at him. But not a word of question was let out, just the feelings in eyes were set loose into the open.

"What?" Haruka roared in a low voice once the word 'idiot' reached her ears and pierced her brain. Her attention caught some students around them talking, apparently they found it weird that someone approached the Prodigy just like that. However the brunette didn't care about it right now. Very soon the boy suggested to postpone the race and disappeared in the crowd.

"Hey! Wait a mi..." she tried to stop him, but it was too late. Her pulse sped up, her blood started boiling in her veins.
"Hey!" she snapped at the people talking about them. "He talks! To people! From his own class! Get over it!"

Soon Haruka was in the classroom too and sat behind Jurou.
"Good morning." she told the teacher. The girl glared at the back of the boy in front of her.
"Maybe only the delay was enough. Or only a refusal would make me less angry than I am at that moment, but who in the world starts their answer to a challenge with 'Are you some kind of idiot?'" Haruka thought. She couldn't leave things like that. She had to do something. Haru ripped a piece of paper from her notebook and put her rage and energy into writing a note. She wrote it pretty fast, even while making pauses in order to see if the teacher was looking at her.

"We didn't have to run in order to race, stupid! All the people around us could have been the obstacles making it interesting. The winner could be the first to overcome the full hallways and get in the classroom first! How come the Sports Prodigy finds a mere crowd a reason enough to refuse a challenge in such a rude manner?"

Before giving it, her attention was taken away by an unfamiliar person. He was probably new. Haruka frowned after seeing his desire to join a sports team, but the fact he came later shrunk his chances. At the top of that, the teacher told him he didn't belong in the building. The poor guy, Haruka wished she could do something for him.

Too bad she didn't see any way she could help him. Maybe she could at least cheer him up a little after class. Soon she remembered:
"Oh, yeah! The message!" The girl gave the note to Jurou subtly enough so the teacher couldn't notice. A second later Haruka realized she just wrote this note to nobody else but the most popular student at school.

"Huh, so what? He's mostly a human just like everyone else in this academy! I won't treat him any different! Then again, the fact I challanged him because of his fame makes me a hypocrite... No! I would act the same way to everyone who behaves like him!" she thought.

Aisuru paused as she heard a familiar voice. She lifted her head to see Jurou helping her. She recalled watching him play when the team cheered during games. She smiled appreciating the help. "Oh thank you very much Kawaguchi." She said while bowing respectfully when all her things were gathered. Before she could prepare for her class, she saw a angered girl following after Jurou. "Oh my. She doesn't seem too happy."

She gave a small sigh then smiled as she began to walk to her class. As she did, she paused seeing someone she didn't recall seeing before. Perhaps he was a new student. New faces were always a good thing! Though, hearing that he was in the wrong class made her a bit sad. She was looking forward to meeting the new lad. She sat down and smiled while nibbling on the rest of her muffin. It really was yummy.

"Yum yum~. That hit the spot."

She said with a low giggle as she rubbed her stomach. She looked at the rest of the treats that she had and smiled while looking towards her classmates. "Would you guys like some muffins? I have enough to go around. It would be rude if i didn't share." She said with a giggle. She then began to reach in her bag to make sure everything was there. So far so good. She then paused while seeing her favorite cheer pendant was missing.

"Oh no! It must still be in the hallway."

She pouted knowing that now that she was in class, she couldn't just get up and look for it. Who knows what it could be under or on or whatever. She would have to quickly search afterwards and hope no one picked it up and took it. It was quite valuable; well to her. It was a gift from her fellow members when she began captain. They put so much love and care into it. She couldn't bare to tell them that she lost it. She held her head slightly.

"Ahh~. Im such a dummy!" She said with a slight groan. "Ohhhh i have to find it." She said holding back the light pouts on her face. She shook her head and took a deep breath before facing the teacher. She had to pay attention and worry about that later. But it was so pretty.... Now was not the time. She would look for it later. Or maybe someone would pick it up and turn it into lost and found. Or steal it! Oh no!

Miiko had lost the boy in the crowd. She pouted, figuring that this would have been a good chance to befriend someone new but alas he had disappeared with the masses. "Oh well," Miiko sighed and realized that the hallways were beginning to clear. She had to get to class! Miiko wove her small frame around the remainder of students lingering in the halls; she was just about enter through the doorway when something shiny caught her eye and she froze, kneeling down to pick up a little charm. "Whatever could this be?" The female mumbled to herself and placed it in one of her pockets. She stood upright and opened the door to the classroom, finding the new boy there and discovering that she was the last to enter. "Sorry I'm late," Miiko apologized and took a seat behind Aisuru who smelled like muffins.

Miiko's stomach growled, she had skipped breakfast in order to make it to archery practice and the affects of hunger were beginning to set in. Miiko took out her notebook and attempted to focus on whatever it is they were doing, but her stomach growled once more, much louder this time. It was at that moment that the female noticed Aisuru had more muffins in her bag. She reached over to tap the girl on her shoulder and put on her friendliest smiles, "Do you think I could have one of those?" Miiko asked, hoping that the answer was yes.

She was hushed by the teacher who turned to the board to write something down. Miiko frowned and sighed quietly, pretending to take notes. Something suddenly hit the window and Miiko jumped, turning into a rabbit. The outline of a bird was left on the glass and she quickly turned back, her cheeks turning red in embarrassment. Hopefully everyone was too busy working to notice her loss of control.

Nariko's eyes opened with a soft flutter, her dream of Karate quickly deteriorating. She groaned and shoved the duvet off her warm body, letting the sun from the window pour over her skin. She planted her feet firmly on the ground and stormed towards the bathroom. Nariko examined herself in the mirror, Her lavender hair was knotty and a line of texta was smeared across her face. She tugged a hairbrush through the mess until it was reasonably smooth and washed her face. Quickly glancing in the mirror one more time she left the bathroom.

Next was to get dressed. Nariko flung open the doors of her wardrobe and extracted orange overalls, a short sleeve t-shirt and a pair of sneakers. She quickly dressed and tied her hair into two ponytails, checking the schedule that was lying on the floor. English. Collecting her books plus Karate uniform and shoving them in a backpack she sighed, leaving the room.

She travelled along the hallway and down the stairs to find the English classroom, ignoring her grumbling stomach.
"God damn it, I'm so late," Nariko muttered, entering the classroom and sitting behind a red haired girl. "Sorry." She mumbled to the teacher, who was staring at her with great hatred. Nariko was watching what the teacher was writing on the board when she heard a thud in front of her. What was that? She thought. The girl who she was sitting behind had shifted into animal form. Nariko scowled but swiftly softened her expression, "Are you okay?" She whispered. The female turned a deep crimson from embarrassment, Nariko furrowed her brows and spoke a bit louder, "You might want to change back before teacher notices."

Unahwi sat two boxes down in her dorm. She hated the fact that she was a late student. She walked back outside and grabbed a few more boxes, sitting them down and decided to rest. She looked through one of the boxes and found one of her books she's been reading. So she sat down on her bed and read for a few hours.
Image
Soon she dosed off and woke up the next morning, seeing that all her boxes where inside and some were open. Dad probably put them in here. She thought as she scanned the half empty room. She got out of bed and decided to unpack some. She pulled out her clothing and hung them in her closet, putting her books on her bookshelf, her paint and notepad on her desk along with her laptop, photos, and other things. She got most of her things unpacked and finally decides to get dressed. She got dressed into an over-sized black and red t-shirt, holy jeans and sneakers. "Ah, much better." She said to herself. Her father raised her when her mother died and she is use to the boyish taste. As she sat on her bed, she remembered that her father signed her up for track. So she shot up and looked at the schedule. "First period," she looked at the clock to see what time it was; 7:15. "I got plenty of time," she mumbled and gathered her track clothes and other supplies.
When she was finished, she sat down and read the last few chapters. "Done!" she said, setting her book back on her bookshelf and grabs another book. She reads it until 7:30 and puts it up and roams around the room until 8.

ImageJurou managed to over hear the conversation a bit between the new kid and the teacher. He heard him ask if any sports were accepting and that the teacher had told him he would have to stay in this class for now until they arranged to move him. It was a shame really. Especially seeing as how he certainly knew how to handle a basketball. Jurou watched the guy bounce the ball on random parts of his arm and hand, in a bit of awe actually, there was, no sound? He was doing it so lightly and perfectly with ease, he wasn't even watching the ball. Jurou wanted to talk to him, wanted to see what he was capable of. Perhaps give him a chance to stay in the class and join a sport. But for now he could not, not yet anyway.

Those cat like eyes certainly got his attention though, so they could shift into the same animal it seemed. This also pleased Jurou as a smile formed on his face. His attention was taken for a moment however, as the women from earlier who had challenged him had passed him a note. He frowned, but grabbed it nonetheless, read it to himself then simply glared at the note. Jurou then tore the piece of paper in half without trying to hide it at all, he wanted to show her how much he simply disregarded that whole note. He would not write back, he would let her squirm with anguish behind him, possibly feeling like her eyes wear burning the back of his head but it was all on purpose anyway. He would chuck it in the bin later as it lay on his desk in half.

The Cheer Leading captain soon entered the classroom shortly after temper tantrum behind him. As she seated herself, she seemed to have offered the class muffins, he would have jumped at the chance to have one but someone had already been hushed by the teacher for asking for one. Jurou pouted childishly as his tummy grumbled. The guy did have a big breakfast, he had no reason to be hungry, but alas, he was. He did eat a lot and should burn it off shortly anyway. So Jurou simply stared at the muffins and the unfamiliar female who sat behind the Captain, he remembered seeing her in the hallway but that was about it. Hey perhaps she knew the new kid? She did seem to be following him, shortly. He would have to ask her about him later. Wait did she just transform in the middle of class? At least she was quick enough to turn back, the bird hitting the window must have really scared her, she was quite jumpy it seemed. Poor bird. Oh well. The girl was bright red now though, how amusing. Jurou couldn't help snickering to himself, trying not to laugh too loud so he wouldn't get in trouble.

Aaand another student was late. Someone he was also unfamiliar with. The lilac haired female sat behind the jumpy one, she seemed to have noticed the girl transform too, poor thing she must be quite embarrassed at this point, still he couldn't help but find it amusing.
Whenever the teacher might start to introduce the new kid to the class, perhaps then he could suggest offering a try out for him to join the Basketball team. If he could show he was good enough to be on the team, Jurou would gladly accept him. He was a rather flexible guy and didn't like the thought of anyone missing out on such an amazing sport. For now, he'd remain silent, eager to at least hear the new kid's name.

Image "Alright class, shut up for once and listen to what I have to say!" The teacher turned around to face the class after writing on the board 'Shut up' in all caps.

Her loud voice made Enma lift his shoulder to his ear, rubbing it. The loudness was unexpected and slightly irritating.

She smacked her yard stick down on her desk and laughed hard. But stopped laughing the moment she had realized Enma was sitting there. But before he had got the chance of getting hit. He was already up off the seat and standing up away from the yard stick. First he was sitting and now he was standing, almost in a stance you'd use in basketball.

"Ah, sorry kid. Forgot you were there. Where you hit?" The teacher pulled the yard stick back.

Enma stared at her with a blank expression. He thought she was nuts. If he didn't have that kind of reflex, there was no way, it would have missed.

"Uhm, anyway class. This here is Enma Zero'nick. He'll..

Bling! Her computer went off and she checked the message and gasped, taking a glance at Enma, who never kept his eyes off of her.

"Forgive me for earlier, it would seem you are stuck in this class. And the Headmaster had already signed you up for the Basketball team. I wish you would have told me sooner." She sighed and looked around. "Go sit down in the far back, next to the window. You'll be sitting alone."

Itching the side of his head, he grabbed his stuff and started to head towards the back, but was caught off guard at the sound of growling. Reaching in his bag, he tossed on the Man's desk a hot bun wrapped in a plastic. The guy had wild black hair and eyes that sorta looked like honey to Enma. Staring a bit too long he started to walk again and then sat down at his desk.

Placing his bag in the seat next to him, after putting the ball away, he leaned his chin in his hand and closed his eyes. The exhaustion got to him the moment he sat down. Slowly he peeked his eyes open and looked out the window. there was a bird print on the class. It was a perfect outline. Then there was a butterfly who landed softly on the mark and then flew away again, as if blessing the spot.

It was a long school day and nearly at the end of it. Enma was not feeling his energy. He wanted to take a very long cat nap and not wake up until morning. The last bell of the day had finally wrong. It was like music to Enma's ears. And even though he had gotten away with sleeping in class, it wasn't enough for him.

Stepping outside the classroom he had noticed the groups of people trying to pass through and get to their rooms or Sports events. Enma stepped to the side to let his classmates pass through. Instead of walking through the mess off people, he quietly pulled out a book from his bag and started to read it while leaned against the wall.

"Of course he did it! Of course he tore the note! What did I actually expect?" Haruka's mind was screaming. She didn't even notice the other people who came after her. Nor did she pay atention to the red-haired girl who turned into a bunny for a second.

She did however notice the teacher almost hit the red-haired boy who wanted to join sports. She also later said that he was signed in the Basketball team and belonged to the building after all.
"That problem was solved fast!" Sato's mind exclaimed. "Good for him! And he seems to have pretty quick reflexes!" she smiled.

Soon the class ended. As expected from Haruka, she went after Jurou. She reached him and grabbed his arm.
"Listen to me, Kawaguchi! Obviously we started out horribly. And while suggesting a race out of the blue right before class, in the middle of a crowd and writing you a raging note in the middle of a lesson weren't the ideas I would be proud of, your behaviour is not flowers and roses either! At this point you probably don't want to see me ever again, but guess what? That won't happen! This is not over, Kawaguchi!"

"Sato-senpai!" a girl approached Haruka. "What a luck I found you! There's an emergency meeting at the fencing club! Didn't you see your phone message?"
"What?" Haruka raised her brows. "No, I didn't! I turn off the sound before class! What is the emergency?"
"I don't know!" the younger girl replied. "Let's go!"

Sato-senpai glared at Jurou for one last time before letting him go. The two girls went to their club.

A girl with long black hair kept in odango was standing in front of several people, including Haruka herself.
"I, Mei Chou, the president of the Fencing club have an announcement." she said.
"Wait, where are the rest?" Haruka asked.
"Don't interrupt me, Sato! This is the announcement about!" Mei raised her voice. "Everyone who are absent at the moment... have quit the club!"

The room was filled with gasping and whispers.

"Why?" a boy asked. "The club had so many members! What happened out of sudden?"
"Apparently they will either transfer to other schools, or can't find time for the club any more." Mei replied.
"What should we do?" Haruka asked.
"We will search for new members! Each of us will invite people. We must reach a good number of members again as soon as possible, or the club will be closed!" Mei said.

During the rest of the day all of the Fencing club members would advertise and invite, including Haruka. For the rest of the day when she wasn't busy with classes, she was talking people into joining, but she didn't find any valunteers. Even after the end of the classes her mind was still occupied mostly by the problem. Soon she saw...

"Enma Zero'nick, was it?" Haruka approached him. She wondered if she should invite him. He was already in the Basketball club... yet there were many people who found time to be in more than one sport. Maybe he would find some time? Haruka opened her mouth and asked him:

"I know you're new here, but do you know any people around here who would like to join the Fencing club?"

Basketball seemed to be his passion after all.

"However, if he doesn't know any, I'll invite him and we'll see what happens." Haruka thought.

"I'm Haruka Sato by the way." she raised her arm for a handshake.

After beginning to pass out muffins to the students around her in the class, she felt really happy. She was a natural giver and loved sharing with others. She paused while hearing a voice behind her. She turned and smiled happily. Hearing the teacher hush her, she giggled low and smiled before handing her one. "There you go friend." She whispered before turning and continuing her work.

Once the class was finished she noticed she had a few more muffins left. She smiled and noticed the new student outside. She also noticed Jurou who didn't have a muffin either. Her nature instict to share began to kick in again. She happily approached Jurou and smiled. "You didn't get one did you? Here. " She said while handing him one. She bowed respectfully and giggled. "Hope this will help elighten your day Jurou." She said before approaching the new student. "Hi there. My names Aisuru." She said while bowing respectfully. She then held up the muffins and smiled. "Here. Please do help yourself." She said before gasping. She had almost forgot. She had to find her pendant. She cleared her throat and laughed nervously.

"E-Eh will you excuse me for a moment." She said before going over to where she dropped her stuff in the hallway. She kneeled down and began to search for it. After a few minutes of scuttling across the floor, she couldn't find it. Now she was beginning to freak out. "No no no no no no!" She said while whining slightly. "My pendant! it has to be somewhere!" Had someone picked it up and taken it for themselves?! Or maybe it was in the lost and found? Too many options. She almost felt like crying. She quickly pulled herself together seeing a few members from the squad approach her.

"Whats the matter Aisuru? Is something wrong?"

Aisuru hated lying but she couldn't just let them know that she had lost their gift to her. She laughed nervously while hearing them. "No no im fine. Don't worry about me. Um... Have a nice day girls." She said while waving to them as they left. She pouted and lightly leaned against the wall unsure of what she was going to do. "Oh no. Everything's turning out awful..... I have to find it or else.... They will be mad at me." She felt determined to find it now. "I'm going to find it if it's the last thing i do!"

ImageTheir teacher was crazy as usual, that was close though, almost hitting the new kid. What a great first impression the teacher must have already given, surely the poor guy feared for his life around that fruit loop. But she was a good teacher, understand, kind and pushed them to do their best like any other teacher. She just had a rather, nutty side to her too.
So Enma was his name. He had good reflexes to dodge the teacher's unintentional attack. A small grin formed on his face when he heard he would be on the basketball team, even he didn't know about this. He was glad though, he would not need to bother haggling with the teachers to let him stay and what not. The teacher hadn't seemed to know this either and her tone felt rather, more annoyed now, now that the Enma had been introduced to the class, he made his way to sit behind Jurou alone.

Jurou watched him, but not as closely as earlier, didn't want to exactly be caught staring now. That was when, he noticed the hot bun tossed onto his desk. A pleased blissful expression formed on his face as he wasted no time to eat the hot bun so generously given to him by the new kid. He liked him already, they hadn't even spoken yet and already Jurou felt like they knew each other. It was an odd feeling. But he couldn't deny he liked the feeling.

Finally the class had ended as he made his way out of the room, miss stubborn stopped him to rant and remind him of the race and his attitude. He simply looked down at her with a bored expression and let out a sigh. Before she could continue, he was unintentionally saved by one of her sports team mates. So she did fencing? He had to admit he hadn't tried that out before, it was very different to what he was used to. He smelled a challenge and liked the idea of giving it a try some time in the future.

Jurou continued on and noticed Enma leaning against a wall reading a book- wait a second, when did he get there? Jurou couldn't recall seeing him leave the classroom. He was puzzled but curious and surprised. He wanted to introduce himself, whether Enma knew him or not did not matter he still felt the need to be polite. Before he could say anything however, the Cheer Leading captain approached them with muffins. A most pleased expression formed on his face as he took the muffin "oh sweet! Thanks! It certainly will, have a good day Aisuru." He gave her a short wave goodbye as she seemed to need to leave in a quite awkward fashion, looked like she had remembered something important. Jurou always found the captain to be rather cute and quite pretty, but he didn't know her as well as he hoped to eventually. He grinned at her as she finally left and he turned back to Enma.

Dammit, every time he was about to approach and talk to the new kid, someone interrupted. He didn't mind people introducing themselves to him and what not, but he barely got one word out to the guy. So her name was Haruka? And this was what her happy, greeting side looked like. It was a nice change. "You should do more smiling than frowning, looks better on you, Haruka." Jurou finally spoke up, rather interrupting their conversation that was about to bloom; a quite sly grin on his face as usual. He always looked like he was up to something or was planning something, thinking of something embarrassing or rather evil about that person. It was unintentional of course, this was his natural smile or charm, in a way. "The Fencing Club low on members or something? I thought it had heaps on the team."

Image It took him a minute to realize his name was being spoken of right in front of him. He made her wait until he was finished reading this page before he looked up and acknowledged her. It was only fair that she waited after interrupting him when he was busy.

"Enma Zero'nick, was it?" Haruka approached him. She paused for a bit then opened her mouth and asked him. "I know you're new here, but do you know any people around here who would like to join the Fencing club?" She paused again when he didn't answer her right away. "I'm Haruka Sato by the way." She raised her arm for a handshake.

Closing his eyes he started to put his book away, about to shake her hand, when another person had came up to them.

"Hi there. My names Aisuru." Aisuru said while bowing respectfully. She then held up the muffins and smiled. "Here. Please do help yourself." She said before gasping seeming to be in a rush now. She cleared her throat and laughed nervously. "E-Eh will you excuse me for a moment." She said before going over to where she dropped her stuff in the hallway.

He watched as the girl ran to her stuff, she seemed to be maybe..looking for something? Then something caught his eye, that something just so happened to be walking this way.

"You should do more smiling than frowning, looks better on you, Haruka." Jurou spoke up taking the attention away from Enma, it sort of relaxed him, but if only Jurou had came much sooner. If this was how it was going to be in basketball there was no way that they could work out. Jurou was strong, but was he strong enough?

Many things ran through Enma's mind as he stared up at Jurou, once he spoke again. He watched as Jurou's smiled changed and wondered if they were all fake. Forced smiles. He wasn't sure why he thought that but.."The Fencing Club low on members or something? I thought it had heaps on the team."

They seemed to know each other? Was it ok for Enma to stay here like this? Suddenly he didn't feel part of this. He had nothing to do with throwing around fake swords or wearing the weird outfits. All that fabric, who could move in it? Watching as they made conversation, Enma made his escape when no one was looking at him.

A sigh of relief when he lost sight of the two. There was too much going on, too fast. Once after another, people kept talking to him. It was starting to feel too much. Looking around, he noticed how much bigger the school seemed from the inside, it had an open space, big none the less. Even the windows were pretty huge. It was help actually, he noticed where the gym was located. It wasn't apart of the building, but right next to it outside.

The four doors were open to the gym it was like a car garage, letting in cool air as people practiced playing. Enma slipped inside and sat in the corner to watch quietly. No one seemed to noticed his presents which as good.

"Huh?" Haruka's attention was taken away when a familiar voice spoke to her. It was someone who looked exactly like Jurou Kawaguchi, but acted in a completely different way.
"You should do more smiling than frowning, looks better on you, Haruka." this is what he said. He also asked Haruka about her problems in the club activities.

"Kawaguchi, what got into you out of sudden?" Haruka raised her brow, yet couldn't help but smile a bit. "We even got on first name basis after three unpleasant interactions? And about the club." her smile disappeared for a brief moment as she sighed quietly.
"We have several new spots now and want to see if there are still people who wanted to participate! If you know someone who has free time and would like to try out fencing, I wouldn't mind if you tell them that the club still has room!" she forced a smile and turned forwards again.

"So, what will you say, Zero'nick? Do you kno... Where did he go?" the girl frowned a bit, but quickly shook her thought from it and turned back to Jurou.

"Alright, Kawa... Jurou! This morning I said it wasn't over and I'm still holding onto this! We're doing a challenge! You pick it. You pick the game, rules and environment."

She still had a chance to find out more about why was he the most popular person at school. There were many others who were very athletic and had high achievements in more than one sports, yet he stood out. One thing she knew - Haruka would never find out if she always recalled their bad start. It was her turn to change her behaviour.

"Also... you pick when it will be done. But that better be soon!" Her expression became serious and she pointed her index finger at him.

Haruka spaced out for a second, as she once again was thinking about that happened at the club that day.
"Get a hold on yourself, woman!" she thought to herself. "One day without finding volunteers isn't fatal! There's still plenty of time! Who knows? Maybe the other teammates have found someone! Even if for today theres only one new member, that's still a progress!"

"So, I'll be going to my club activities." Haruka spoke to Jurou after going back to reality. "When your challenge is ready, tell me immediately! And don't postpone it too much!"

She turned and started walking to her destination.

Image With Conrad coming in late in the year, the guy who was left being the Captain of the Basket-Ball and Volley-Ball team was no other but his Rival, Now that Conrad was back, there was never a choice for argument, he was the true captain of those teams. Jur had what Conrad didn't, just like Conrad had what Jur didn't, he's captain for a reason. The reason being his skill of sight and reading people.

It's good to be back, you know. He thought to himself as he stretched out his upper body, while having his hands up in the air. He might have missed school for the day, but that didn't mean he didn't make it in time for the sports events after school. Sides, it was better than school work, school was something he found a waste of time.

After putting his things away in his dorm room on the first floor, he headed straight to the Gym. Even after a whole year of being gone, this school still hasn't changed much. The only thing that changed was probably new faces here and there. And every time he ran into someone, it was an old fan of his. Squealing and asking where he's been, all he could say was the same answer. "I been over seas and now I am back, I dare say." It was the same with everyone, it almost started to get on his nerves being stopped so much.

When he was finally able to reach the Gym, the guys were already practicing. It was fast when a few guys noticed Conrad standing in the huge door way of the four doors that led to outside the Gym. "Long time no see, you guys, I mean." A cheeky smile parted on his face as he tilted his head slightly. Moving his hips to the left, while resting his hands on his belt.

"Conrad?!" They all shouted as the rushed over.

"It's been ages! How you been?! Where have you been?!" Once question after another came from each different guy all at once.

Conrad chuckled and raised his hands in defeat. "I been over seas, you know. We moved there a year ago, my family and I, I mean. It was something that I had no choice in, I dare say."

"So does this mean your back? For how long?"One of the guys stepped out of the crowed and up close to Conrad.

Taking a step back he rubbed the back of his head. "Probably until the end of the Sports Tournament's Finals. So it should be fine, I dare say."

"I wonder what Jur would do when he finds out that you're back? You know the coach wont have it any other way for you being our Captain. As amazing as Jur is, he doesn't match you and your eyes." One of them admit. "Still we couldn't have made it this far without him. He's gotten way better than he use to be Conrad."

"I wont take it, Jur's spot that is. Not unless he knows he needs me, I dare say." Conrad's eyes looked over his old and new teammates. He could tell right away which one needed alot of work and which ones didn't need much. The Finals are a big deal and if they want to make it, they need to train more. They can't always count on Jur or Conrad. Specially if they end up getting hurt.

Something caught his eye for just a brief moment, it was that of the color red. It stuck out sure, but the boy didn't. It was like he vanished with the air in the room. Him sitting there with a ball in his hands sure was odd. Part of the team huh? This sucks, I can't read him at all...Why?

He never once had a problem like this before. So already the kid took his interest in a split second. The boy was small and easy enough to break, but hard to see. Why was this? He had to find out and the sooner the better. "You kid with the red hair, who are you, I dare say?" He turned his head to see the kid properly, along with his body a bit.

Image Enma watched as the team ran back and fortieth through the full court of basketball players. It was freshmen vs seniors, least that's what the score board read. The freshmen were losing by 15 points, the score board showed 0-15. Of course it would, they were going against professionals. Lynxers basketball team is the one team people should take more seriously. In order to get in, you have to put everything into the game. No matter how much you love a sport, you can't get in if you don't try and figure out where you stand. That's like going into the game blindly and hoping to win.

A sound of buckles, made Enma's eyes turn to the front doors of the gym. There stood a very tall man, he stood proud but at the same time was relaxed and on the cool edge. What made Enma's stare prolong mostly, was the man's eyes. He could tell right away what this man was capable of, he'd seen it before. He experienced it before, eyes like those can never be forgotten. Not many have them, but it's the type of eyes that read..."I can see everything you do, I can read everything your thinking. I know what you will do, even before you do. So try me. Test me and you will lose." It's a very strong gaze, a gaze you don't want to be caught into on the courts. Most people would call these types of people "Eagle Eyes" on the any kind of court yard. Their ability is to product the opponents and see the full court of where everyone stands. Thing is, they can't use this trickery all the time, it's always limited to a certain amount of time and it's limited amount of uses. If one could break that, then they are know as a Prodigy Eagle Eyer. It's a weird name I know, but they seem to have a name for everything these days.

No time was wasted when the teammates all rushed up to the tall person. Mostly the Seniors took over the conversation. Treating him as if they were all brothers or childhood friends. Even this man's way of talking was very odd, it made Enma wonder where he came from and why he was here of all places. The conversation turned into a wrong direction fast, they were talking about Conrad taking someone's sport on the team now that he was back, but he refused it on the spot and ended it with a sly remark.

Enma almost lost himself when Conrad looked into his direction. They ended up locking eye contact and for some reason, Enma couldn't help but almost glare, but he controlled himself and just stared back. "You kid with the red hair, who are you, I dare say?"

Rubbing his left ear as he got up from the floor corner he walked up closer to Conrad. He wasn't the type to yell over the court yard or speak louder than necessary when it came to anything. "Enma...Uh, Zero'nick..." He watched as he could tell Conrad was pondering on something very hard, he almost looked as if he was thinking too much on something, but what could it be? Was it about Enma?

ImagePerhaps his tone did seem quite different from when they first spoke. Jurou wasn't naturally a rude person at all, he was just blunt but when he appreciated someone or was happy with them, he would show it. "Ah I see, well I'll be sure to spread the word for you. I may perhaps drop by and give it a shot at least." Jurou said with a smile. It was clear in his voice he was serious and he was always the type to have others trust him quite easily, whether he was being genuine about something or not. Unless of course he gave them that usual sly grin of his that simply came naturally. He couldn't help himself sometimes when he got pumped for a competition or some sort of challenge.

Once Jurou realised the new kid was gone, he too frowned as Haruka's sentence was cut short. "Dammit, lost him again. I get distracted too easily.." Well he had no idea where he could be now, he would try his luck at the gym later, seeing as how he seemed pretty eager with that Basketball. If he was not there, he'd just stay there for practice, plus word had gotten around to him that an old friend had returned who he was most eager to see.

His thoughts back to Haruka and her club plus the challenge. Of course he'd never forget she had challenged him. "Alright you're on. Once I have the time, place and challenge thought up, I'll come see you at the club, how about it?" Jurou replied with an eager grin, he was most excited about this and enjoyed the fact that she had challenged him. Whether he would win or not was not one his mind the most, but what the challenge should be. What ever he'd come up with, he'd be enjoying himself and hoped she would too. She was nice, he rather enjoyed how determined and serious her nature was and it was good to have someone speak to him like a normal person for once and not stutter all over the place like he was some famous person. It got on his nerves. Just because he was good at sports and what not didn't mean people had to lower their voices in his presence. Maybe he wasn't approachable? Did he looked angry or something? What ever, he should be thinking about it, pointless crap.
Jurou gave Haruka a short wave and a smile as she left the scene, he too made his way to the gym.

Once Jurou arrived he could hear quite a lot of voices making a fuss over something, an excited fuss however. Walking just a bit further, there he was. Conrad. Jurou wasn't sure how he felt when he saw him, perhaps a bit excited like the rest of the team but also on edge. He liked but hated this guy and it was such an odd feeling that he tried not to show. Everyone had silenced thought when Conrad called out to someone. The voice that followed, it was the new kid Enma. That was probably the first he had heard him speak, he was a rather quiet guy. Jurou made his presence more known as he made his way into the gym, he stood beside the rest of the team and simply looked at the two, studied them for a mome- god dammit why did the guy always dress so flashy? Maybe Jurou just dressed too simple but nonetheless the thought caused him to furrow his brow. The way he spoke too 'hi I'm so cool, I dare say', Jurou mocked the man in his head. He needed to stop having such thoughts before he started making odd faces to match them. Rubbing the back of his head, he lazily threw his sling on bag to the side, letting it rest against the gym's wall. "Welcome back Conrad. Have fun over seas?" Jurou finally spoke up, taking a few steps forward. All he could think about and concentrate on at this point was Conrad and this new kid. "Enma here's part of the team now. Only just heard about it in class this morning." His eyes shifted to Enma, there was probably a more tense aura around Jurou compared to before when they had met, this was only because Conrad was around of course. "Welcome to the team." He said with a warm smile, he hoped he didn't seem not very approachable. Yes earlier thoughts on how people might see him still lingered on his mind.

"Okay! I'll be patient! See you soon then!" Haruka replied and waved back.
"This time it went smoother. Much smoother." Haruka thought with a smile on her face. "I should stop judging people so quickly. He said he would spread the word! He even said he might give it a shot! He also agreed to do the challenge! It went much smoother indeed. Wait, isn't he the captain of the Basketball and Volleyball clubs? He won't have any time for this, but we'll see what the future holds!"

Haruka happily skipped to the fencing club's room. She looked around to see if there were any new members in the club.

"We have no new members in the club so far." Mei, the club president announced. "Did any of you at least manage to spread the word about the club?"

"I did! I did!" Haruka was waving her hand. Her cheeks started hurting from so much smiling. "I invited many people! Many, many, many! They all refused, but the club is getting more popular!"

"Sato..." Mei sighed. "Unless there are people who at least said they would think about it, don't waste your energy in pointless einthusiasm like you met Jurou Kawaguchi or something."
"Oh! He said he would spread the word and probably give it a shot!" Haruka said.

Silence filled the room for a moment.

"Sato, this isn't a matter of jokes!" Mei spoke.
"But that's the truth!" Haruka tried to explain, but none of the attention was on her any more. All she could hear were whispers that weren't even linked to the club.

"Hey, nice pendant, Chihiro!" A guy whispered to a girl.
"Thanks! Can you believe this beauty was at the lost and found? Whoever had lost this, doesn't deserve it!" Chihiro replied.
"WHAT?" Haruka's voice exploded in the room. "Gimmie that! Give it to me!" she tackled the pendant stealer.

The two girls were fighting over the pendant, until Haruka won the battle.
"Mei, can I be excused to return this stolen pendant?" Haruka's words were quickly shot.
"Alright, go..." the president sighed.

A loud and furious chase was shaking the hallways.
"Come back heeere!" Chihiro roared, almost reaching the one who took the pedant from her.
"Go away, you thief!" Haruka yelled back.
Both of the girls were tripping on their ways, or had trouble taking a turn, yet they quickly got on track as the chasing continued.
"Chihiro!... What you did... was wrong! I don't even know... how did you manage to take it!" Haruka yelled.
"It's none of your business! They probably... checked for it... while it was gone already!" Chihiro replied loudly.

After a long and depressing search for her pendant, it seemed that the poor girl had no luck. Even the lost and found didn't have it. It was almost time for practice and she didn't have enough time to search anywhere else; she couldn't even think of a place to check next anyway. What was she going to tell the girls if they see her without it one?! She would have to lie about it; and she hated lying. She gulped slightly trying to get the though out of her head. She would just say that she misplaced it in her room. Yeah, that will work until she finds it. If she finds it. She groaned before going and getting her uniform on.

She she got dressed, she looked around the locker room at all of the other cheerleaders having their usual conversations about what they did today and which of the athletic boys did they have a crush on. So far so good. She cleared her throat before smiling slightly.

"A-Alright everyone. Five more minutes then we head to head over to the gym and get practice started. I hope all of you practice the last dance because were going to try and perfect it today. Ok?"

The girls all gave her a nod and she calmed down a bit until seeing one of her least favorite girls coming towards her. Saji had been Aisuru's "rival" for quite awhile. Well, Aisuru saw her as a friend really but from the way Saji treated her, Saji didn't like her very much. Mostly because Saji wanted to be captain but Aisuru was just better.

"Whats the matter with you Kappukeki? You look more annoying than usual."

Aisuru sighed pushing the slight sarcasm aside. "Im fine. Just eager to get this practice started." She said with a slightly nervous laugh. Saji smirked slightly before pushing Aisuru agaisnt the wall and laughing while leaving the room. What a..... awful person! No no, Aisuru you shouldn't think like that. Why was she even still on the team? Aisuru wasn't in charge of who gets kicked off or not; their instructors were. But Saji treated no one else this badly, except Aisuru it was annoying.

She dusted her uniform off before sighing and looking around a bit. She would just pretend that didn't happen. She got her things and began to head to the gym. Her and the other cheerleaders began to stretch and prepare for another day of practice.
